Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Professional Size

LOVE this! I do a smokey eye every day and this primer makes it so easy to have saturated colour in one go. I tend to have oily eyelids and UD's primer potion makes it last ALL day. Very easy to spread and dries relatively quickly (but not immediate so you have time to spread it around). No creasing, no fading of the powder eyeshadow and eye liner. Really like the squeeze tube as there is no wasted product.
Lip Treatments -Fresh - Sugar Passion Tinted Lip Treatment

I am usually a Blistex kind of girl yet continue to buy lip balms and glosses. I usually stick to nudes but I had wanted to give a good sheer red/berry a go and found fresh's Sugar Passion lip treatment. I love it! It gives a lot of colour in one swipe but doesn't feel heavy. I do layer it over Blistex so it's even more sheer on me but there is a definite red berry colour to the lips. The scent is heavenly - light and fruity. The only issues are the price - $26 CDN and the product can get pushed up into the lip while closed because of the twist base. As long as you're aware not to twist too hard while closing, the product will stay in place. Will definitely purchase again especially since it will take a long while for me to finish it!
Mascara -L'Oreal - Waterproof Voluminous Carbon Black

Due to my puny, straight Asian eyelashes, I've used mascara every day for the last 19 years. No matter which new product out there comes along, it never compares to L'Oreal's Voluminous Waterproof (swithed to Carbon Black in the last couple of years). It HOLDS the curl I've labourously gotten from the eyelash curler, it coats the lashes without clumping, gives a rich, dark colour to them and it STAYS. I have oily skin and by curling my lashes first then applying Voluminous WP, the lashes stay off my skin. I wear contacts and teach GroupEx cardio classes at the gym and it lasts (not as pristine as before sweating but it doesn't smear). Removal is easy with the appropriate remover (Sephora's Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover + cotton pad). I cannot sing it's praises enough. Seriously the best mascara for my lashes!
Skincare - Face -Skinceuticals - Blemish Control Gel

I've been using SkinCeuticals products for a few years now and for the most part, I like their oil control / acne solution products (clay mask, daily wash, facial scrub), but this Blemish Control Gel is terrible. Not effective at all in reducing pimple life cycle or preventing any new ones from coming about. The pump dispenser is not a great design as I only needed a little at a time so I would end up with double what I needed if I didn't make a huge effort to squeeze light and fast - awful waste of product! Save your money and get some other spot control solution.
Brows -Make Up For Ever - Make Up For Ever Waterproof Eyebrow Corrector

This is by far the best product for eyebrows! I'm Asian with very sparse eyebrows (I naturally have thin hair) and I've tried powders, pencils, wax fillers, etc but this WORKS. Using an angled brush and various pressure strokes, it can look super natural or dramatic (entirely up to your hand). I have oily skin so I tend to apply MAC Blot Powder first so it stays on all day during my FT job. I also have a PT job as a groupex instructor at the gym where I teach 60 min intense cardio classes. As in super sweaty. As long as I don't wipe my towel on them, it stays. Just blot/dab at the brows and they're still there! Not super fresh as during the day but I can leave the gym not feeling self-concious (I cannot leave the house without my brows!). You get a lot of product as you only need the tiniest dab. I would highly recommend this to dark-haired ladies as I think there are only 4 colours available. I'm an NC 30 (MAC) / Med Beige (bareMinerals) and use #3. The 2 lighter colours don't seem light enough for fair-hair ladies but that's just a guess :)
