I don't usually write reveiws, but I feel I owe it to all the ladies out there especially WOC to talk about this gem of a product!I bought this cream in the hopes of preparing my skin for my wedding.after using it for almost a month I was ready to throw it out as I wasn't seeing any results.my mom conviced me to be patient and I'm glad she did!this cream has transformed my skin!I used to have some acne scars scattered all over my face;by the time my wedding day came up I was completely even!the mua hardly put any foundation on me!Before that I had even noticed when doing my makeup that I was needing less concealer, less foundation..eventually I was able to forgo foundation altogether and go out with a bare face feeling confident and looking glowy! The trick to this cream is to be patient and give it a good 3-6 months. Those looking for a quick fix should look elsewhere.this was my staple day cream for pretty much all of last year and I am so happy I stuck with it. I recently purchased my second jar,I guess to maintain my now flawless skin. I was once a foundation/concealer junkie..and now I'm happy to say that I don't need it! Now all I need for a polished look is a light dusting of powder, mainly just to remove shine. Ladies,u won't regret this! Good luck!
Mac studio fix powder foundation is the best of it's kind. the coverage is natural, but it still covers alot.and the wide range of colours means you'll aways find a match. as a consumer and a makeup artist, it unbeatable. HOWEVER that being said, studio fix aint for everybody!!! how the you find the product depends on various factors! First, the condition of your skin, your skin type and the climate you live in. I personally have ok skin, prone to break outs every month with acne scarring.also,i have really oily skin and i live in Africa! What i do is,first i use the best oil control lotion in the world(Living nature balancing day lotion)|, i use mac select-cover up concealer and mac blot powder. And i'm good to go! the powder is amazing. i have used various other powders and foundations, but i am never without studio fix. if you have really bad skin though, you might want to try and liquid or cream foundation.also,i use studio fix daily and it has not caused me to break out.i tend not to use it when im going out clubbin though, as i find liquid foundations last longer through the sweat! All in all, you'll love this powder of u have good skin or not so bad skin and you want a natural look with decent coverage.my friends that have flawless skin all use this, including some of my clients. However, throw away the sponge!Only use a brush to apply studio fix and you'll see excellent results!
Liquid -MAC - Hyper Real SPF 15 Foundation [DISCONTINUED]

This foundation is fabulous.i use nc500,which is a bit lighter than my regular nc50 in the select spf15,but its still a perfect match.the glitter in it is not too much, gives the perfect glow.i must say tho,i recently bought the 187 brush from mac and i used it to apply the hyper real.....wow!flawless and natural, and so easy to apply! i usually used my fingers, which was good too,but the brush makes a difference.this is definately for those that have reasonably clear skin, and i would say just one layer of this is all you need.use concealer underneath to cover any minor blemishes, but this will not provide heavy coverage.i love it!
Ok ladies, the secret to this gloss (thats if ur not happy with it showing up clear on ur lips) is to fill in lips with mac spice lip liner, and apply this on top. the liner really brings out the pink, and trust me u'll be in love. the colour is a lovely nude pink, perfect lasting power too. fab!
definately better than cultured, although the colours are quite similar. i love the glitters. and on me(nc50), its amazing, paired with ambering rose blusher and smolder e/l, gives a very fresh face. lovely colour
the perfect peachy pink colour i have ever tried. prrr was waaay too frosty. im nc50, and this looks amazing.same fabuous mac texture.
I already bought a back up for this as its limited edition. I love it! (nc50). Its the perfect everyday/nude lippie. I dont really like dull colours, but this has just the right amount of pink.Reminds me of varneesh laquer, but waaay better! I usually wear it with a wine red liner, and ambering rose blush for a perfect everyday look. Get this before its too late!
This gloss is gorgeous! im nc50 for reference. Just got this recently and its amazing.gives my face just the kick i need. usually wear this with chestnut lipliner, smolder e/l and ambering rose blusher. fabulous! every dark skinned girl should have this. i cant get enuff. thank God its not limited!

Tried this in pink toffee first, loved it! And then i went back for Rum Kiss. I actually dont like lipsticks, i love glossy shiny lips. But i love these lipsticks. They have the intense colour and the shine. sometimes i forget im wearing a lipstick! Everyone should try this (nc50)
OMG! OMG OMG OMG! Like literally i bought this blush like 20mins ago, along with a lacquer and stila lip polish, so i spent alot! Even having second thots, cus when i tried it on it was nice but kinda scary cus i had kinda layered it on the blush i was wearing (tried to take it off but it didnt budge!). I tried on crazed on one cheek and outlaw on the other and i decided to go for outlaw. Didnt thing it was too special but being the makeup addict that i am,i just had to own one of these....Just got back to the office, snuck into the bathroom, took it of,put on more foundation to get a fresh face, and then i gently dipped my brush and applied a suitable amount onto both cheeks......OMG! THIS IS THE BEST THINGS THAT EVER HAPPENED TO ME! I feel sooo....pretty! The colour is amazing on my skin (nc50), the sparkles are lovely but not overdone...HG status! Looks like this one has replaced my Mac Ambering rose! Bliss....
Just got this yesterday. On me (nc50) its a lovely girly pink and has the most seductive porn star look ever! My lips look wet and yummy! love it. Although if you dont care for this look you can always tone it down by only applying one coat, i do about 3!
Okay ladies, there have been alot of mixed views about this product. But in my opinion, this is the best foundation i have ever used, and i have used alot! The trick to studio tech is to find your exact match (nc50 in my case). Then the rest is about application. Dont pile it on! I use the sponge it comes with and i just DAB it in the foundation and spread around my face a couple of times. Areas that need more attention get more. The result is a perfectly flawless natural face. Perfect for everday wear, during the day i just apply less and at nite a little more. Really, you should give this a try! HG!
This has to be the best pinky/peachy gloss eva made.the lustreglass texture is unbeatable and the shine is heavenly.I love wearing it on its own,or sometimes over a wine lip liner.Dark skinned ladies, u need to get this! I think it looks best paired with either mythology or coco beach e/s and ambering rose blush.Lovely!
People complained that this gloss was too sheer but for some reaso it showed up on my lips and made them look really sexy.I mostly use it over a wine lipliner tho,and this brings out the colour more. Goes with any type of makeup look.(nc50)
