This is awesome stuff, inexpensive ($5 for a large bottle), non damaging and it works! I use it in "True Steel" to tone down brassiness in my blond hair, you just spray it on after you wash and condition and it blends everything together and makes it a nice natural looking blonde that looks and feels amazing.

This is hands-down THE BEST conditioner on the market for dry, color-treated hair. I have long thick hair that is highlighted and have been using this for over five years. If I run out my hair becomes dry and extremely difficult to manage. I will never stop using this product it is 100% worth every penny! A little bit goes a long way and a tub usually lasts me 2-3 months.

I wanted these to work, but they have an awful side effect. Do not take this if you want any man to be attracted to you or you ever want loving from your husband/boyfriend/significant other! Horrible fishy smell overpowered my private parts about two weeks after starting the pills. Took over a month after stopping to get the smell out! Omega-3 fish oil may have great health benefits, but definitely not worth it for me.
