If you were a fan of Prescriptives False Lashes mascara, MAC has relaunched the original Px formula as a MAC product. Love this mascara. buildable volume and length without clumping.

i recently applied ben nye cream makeup to my and my husband's face for a costume. this was amazing. we were both sweating but the perspiration did not interfere with the makeup at all. no smudges at all, after 10 hours. no problems removing with a cleansing oil. one warning: i closed my eyes to spray on, and this sealed my mascara-ed lashes to my face. next time, i would apply mascara after using final set.

Eye Shadow -Sinful - Temptatious

the color name is actually tamtatious. pros: great color: olivey-golden-green-brown. great with my green eyes and warm complexion. fits in my MAC palette. cons: does tend to sprinkle fallout under my eyes and on cheeks as the day wears on.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous with Curved Brush

i have repurchased this many times. love the curved brush. some people seem to think a curved brush is for curling the lashes, but it is not. it is just to reach the inner and outer lashes while coating the center lashes. i always use voluminous as a first coat even since it it really good at thickening the lashes at the base. i use the method of pushing the wand into the lash base and moving the wand ever so slightly from side to side before brushing through the length of the lashes

Mascara -Max Factor - 2000 calorie curved brush

the curved brush is great. i use l'oreal voluminous as a base coat, then follow with this for a dramatic look. doesn't clump or smudge. edit: some people seem to think a curved brush is for curling the lashes, but it is not. it is just to reach the inner and outer lashes while coating the center lashes.

Love this as a facial wash. Removes all my makeup and mexoryl sunscreen. Doesn't over-dry my sensitive skin. Doesn't irritate my mild rosacea.

Foundations -Meow Cosmetics - Pampered Puss Mineral Foundation

I switched to Meow after using MAD minerals for a while. Meow has good coverage without the white (titanium dioxide?) cakiness I got from MAD. I have sensitive skin, slightly oily in the T-Zone. I am NC20 and Frisky Chartreux is my perfect match.

Scrubs -Queen Helene - Pomegranate and Raspberry Natural Facial Scrub

I usually like Queen Helene scrubs, but this one had 2 strikes against it: 1. The scent is very strong. Like a sharp raspberry scent, but in a very unpleasant way. 2. It make my mild rosacea flare up. My cheeks and nose had mild redness and burning for a few days until I realized this was the culprit.

i have long thin lashes. i find this a good everyday mascara. it volumizes a bit, but not too much for daytime wear. i like the brush because i can apply an even thick coat without getting clumps. washes off easily, and does not smudge or flake.

Cleansers -Avon - Completely Clean Refreshing Cleansing Gel

I love this cleanser. It's cheap, non-irritating, removes all makeup including sunscreen, and has a nice scent. It does not over-dry or leave any residue. I have sensitive skin w/a touch of rosacea. I have repurchased several times when it's 2-for-1. This was formerly named Keep It Clean gel cleanser.

this is a beautiful summer fragrance. it's not too over-powering. it's tropical, but not fruity. a bit more mature than the Escada summer fragrances, IMO. it's sparkling orange, amber and beach-y. i just wished it lasted a bit longer.

i love this sweet amber scent. i find most amber scents too harsh or masculine, but this one is perfect. it's sweet and warm and sexy, and long-lasting. i have both the parfum and body lotion.

This is an amazing mascara for only $6! It makes my lashes long and super-thick without clumping. It does not flake or smudge. I am in love!
