Cleansers -Earth Science - Clarifying Facial Wash

This cleanser gave me a chemical burn. Then why did I still give it four lippies? I believe the cause of the burn was a reaction between this cleanser the the Differin (acne treatment) I use. The shape of the irritation was in the exact same place where I apply this treatment. Other than the inconvenience of having a painful, inflamed forehead, I liked this product. The rest of my face (where I dont apply Differin) responded well to this cleanser and I found that it really cleaned my skin well without stripping. Upon switching back to Earth Science's other cleanser (ADE Creamy Cleanser) the burn disappeared so I will continue to use that instead. I would not buy this again unless I was not using Differin.

Styling Products -Paul Mitchell - Awapuhi Styling Treatment Oil

I have very fine, flat hair and really not a lot of it. Ive always been afraid to put any sort of oil or even very moisturizing cream in my hair for fear of weighing it down. Instead, my styling products have always been volumizing and generally drying. As a result, Ive had frizzy *kinda* volumized hair that didnt hold styles well because it wasnt healthy. I started using this every day in conjunction with It's a 10 leave in conditioner and it has made an unbelievable difference in my hair and what I can do with it. I would have never guessed that using an OIL on my hair would actually give it volume (due to it feeling thicker and much more healthy). This oil is pretty weightless and doesnt feel greasy. My hair is a little past shoulder length and 1/2 to one pump works for me.

Scrubs -Clinique - Exfoliating Scrub

Best scrub I've ever tried! It really smooths out my skin and makes it feel soo refreshed but I love that it isnt harsh or abrasive...perfect consistency! I use this 3 times a week at night with no problems (I would only use a harsher scrub once a week due to my sensitive skin). Lasts quite a while but I will repurchase when I do run out.

Liquid -Clarins - Everlasting Foundation SPF 15

Comparable to Estee Lauder Double Wear Light but nicer finish and easier to apply (more spreadable). Love both foundations but the undertones for Clarins better suit my complexion. Lasts all day (I apply at 7am and IT STAYS until I take it off at 11pm). Finish looks as fresh and dewy as it did 16 hours prior...amazing!

Great gentle cleanser. Removes makeup well and rinses CLEAN (no residue). Love the foaming action, will buy again.

Toners -Mario Badescu - Glycolic Acid Toner

Used this nightly to clear my acne (TONS of clogged pores on the chin and forehead) and it really didnt take long at all to start seeing results. Now when i feel a pimple coming on and i use this on it, i notice its almost completely gone the next day...WHAT??? dont know how it works so well but will of course continue to buy!

Liquid -Estee Lauder - Double Wear LIGHT Foundation SPF10

I have been searching for years for my HG foundation and after a full year of use, this is it. I have combination skin that gets extremely oily on my forehead only. Not only does DWL stay in place but it also is the only foundation that photographs well (I never need photoshop anymore!). Another note on the staying power: I apply this for work or class at around 8 am and find that even if I'm going out later that night, I DONT NEED TO REAPPLY!! Amazing.

Mascara -Maybelline - Full 'N Soft Mascara

The only mascara I have used for the past 4 years. I hate when my makeup looks too unatural and this mascara gives my lashes volume and length without clumping. The result is pretty, enhanced eyes and lashes. Will absolutely continue to buy!

Cleansers -Trader Joe's - Nourish All in One Facial Cleanser

The best thing I have ever done for my skin is switch to only trader joes skin care. This cleanser paired with the enrich moisturizer work beautifully to keep my skin clean, soft, and clear (which never happens!) Will buy again!

My HG moisturizer. Light but very nurturing, sinks in immediatly and unexpectedly makes for a great base for makeup (no oilliness!). Best of all, it didnt irritate my sensitive skin OR clog my pores. Will continue to buy again.

Cleansers -Simple - Moisturizing Facial Wash

Best cleanser I have ever found...and ive tried a lot! My skin is very reactive and if a product is not causing a terrible rash or peeling, its clogging my extremely acne-prone skin. But since I've started using this about a month ago, my skin has been clear, smooth, and hydrated...this never happens! Will definitely repurchase.

Scrubs -St. Ives - Apricot Scrub

This product is soo bad for your skin! Numerous dermatologists and estheticians have told me that this scrub is harsh enough to create mircoscopic tears in your skin, RUINING your skin. Although I enjoy the immediate results of smooth skin, I am not willing to pay the consequences in years to come. If you actually care about the skin on your face, DO NOT use this product.

Toners -Aqua Glycolic - Toner

My dermatologist recommended this product to me and I love it! Not only did it clear my acne, but the glycolic acid in it exfoliates and smooths the skin..my skin is baby soft! I thought my skin would be too sensitive for this product, but using it actually help my moisturizer be absorbed. great product, highly recommended.
