aite, when i was younger i used to have HORRIBLE dandruff. then i used the regular dove repair one that you can find at costco, and BAM! my hair was awesome and my scalp wasnt too dry. no more dandruff. im at whole foods and see this and i thought it would be great. NO. this shampoo dried out my hair so bad even with the conditioner, and actually made my dandruff come back! im so pissed! and it wasnt cheap! i really wanted to like it, and i did like the smell, but it was just so horrible for my hair. i guess if you dont have a dry scalp or dandruff, it would be ok, but if you do have that stuff, dont try this! im gonna stick to my dove from now on.

Eyeliner -Jordana - Punk Rock Purple Glitter Rocks

LOVE this purple eyeliner. BTW is has not been discontinued, i see it every time i go to walgreens haha. the purple is so pretty, and the sparkles are lovely. the staying power is great, and smudges well when you want it to. the texture is nice and creamy, no tugging. the only thing that bugs me sometimes is that the sparkles tend to fall out onto your face, and im scared to put this near my water line cuz it will go into my eye. but for me i dont care bout the sparkles on my face haha. this and my jordana metal rocks in prism purple are my go to purple pencil eyeliners.

i love this brush! i use it for my upper lash line with my elf cream eyeliner. that one came with a brush too, but it was soo small and kinda flimsy so i had a hard time getting that perfect thin line. this brush is amazing and does the job beautifully. i can get that sexy thin line and a dramatic thicker line. The only thing that bothered me at first was that the brush is pretty stiff so its hard to get it in one swoop like i could with the little one, but it just takes getting used to :)

OMGZ i absolutely love this lip balm! I bought the pomegranate one first, and then this one. i love that one too, but for me this one is more moisturizing. the smell is also nicer, its sooo yummy! tastes good too. it is so smooth and moisturizing and im that person with super chapped lips that literally applies chapstick like every half an hour but with this one i only apply like every 5 to 6 hours! AMAZING! my HG lip balm :)

Lip Treatments -Blistex - Raspberry Lemonade Blast with SPF 15

so i waltz into target and see a blistex lip balm for a dollar, and i think, oh it should be great! no. this lip balm was HORRIBLE. the smell was nauseating, and the texture of the lip balm was grainy and gross. first of all, this left those white patches on my lips (so gross). but worst of all, i woke up to find that my lips were dry and completely cracked! i had to use the blistex in the tube (the creamy stuff) and burts bees pomegranate to fix them! so bad guys, if u want blistex stick to the one in the little pot or the one in the squeezy tube. if i could give this a 0, i would.

OMGZ i love this lip balm! i have been searching for my HG lip balm forever, and i love, love, love this! after having yet another bad reaction to some chapstick i recently bought, i have into the hype and bought this. it is freaking amazing! just on saturday, the corners of my lips cracked (so disgusting). but today, my lips look completely back to normal, and its because of this! it is so moisturizing for me, and makes my lips feel so soft and supple! it also lasts for a long time and i dont have to reapply every half hour. unlike a lot of chapsticks that did moisturize my lips, this did NOT dry the skin around my lips. it also gives me a slightly rosy color, which i love. the smell can be strange at first, but i actually like it now. the only thing that i found weird was that it had a waxy feel on my lips, but im pretty sure thats because it doesnt have all the artificial chemicals and crap, and it goes away reasonably fast and leaves my lips so smooth and soft. it is kind of expensive for only .15 oz, but it was so worth it!

i absolutely hated this liner. no staying power at all! it isnt smooth at all and tugged on my eyelid. it would be gone like after 2 hours and would smudge all over my eyelid. i put a little on my hand and literally when i rubbed it, it dissapeared! i still have so much of this stuff, i dont even know what to do with it cuz i hate it so much.

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum Express The Falsies Flared

As always, cute packaging. this was actually my first maybelline mascara, and i had high hopes since like everyone had been raving about the falsies and the flared thing sounded pretty cool. but honestly, i hated it. i think if youre just gonna apply it like a regular mascara it works alright, but for me it was that kind of mascara and makes your lashes look thicker by sticking them together. if you follow the instructions to flare your lashes, it makes them look super weird and stiff and sticks them together. plus, this mascara has TONS of fallout. after a few hours i would have these black specks on my face. this stuff clumps on me all the time! i did like how black it was though. the only time i really use this is after i apply my mega plush as a top coat to make my lashes look darker, but i dont do the whole flare thing anymore.

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Mega Plush

First of all, the packaging is adorable. This is actually my second Maybelline mascara (my first was the falsies flared, you can read that if you like :p), and i actually liked it quite a bit. No fallout whatsoever, and it didnt clump for me unless i started fooling around with my lashes. the gel formula is great and my lashes are so soft. I know some people didnt like the wand and thought it was too bendy, but i was pretty okay with it haha. i have really long eyelashes, but not the most voluminous. it does lengthen quite a bit, but didnt do too much for volume. if i applied around 4-5 coats, then i definitely could tell the difference. this is definitely a very buildable mascara, which i like. i just wish that it did more for volume with less product, because as we all know, maybelline mascaras dont come with a whole lot of product. it is a more natural looking mascara, and it wont give you a false lash effect but will make them look thicker. i think this mascara would be great for people with enough volume but not a whole lot of length. i did like this mascara, so if i ever really desperately need one ill buy it again. but first im going to keep searching for that voluminizing mascara lol :)

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS EYELINER! for $3, i wasnt expecting a whole lot but this was awesome. the brush is great and can make both thin and thick lines, and the eyeliner is dark and lasts all day for me. there is tons of product, and the formula is so smooth. i know some people said they got the product cracked, but if you check it before you buy you should be good. i will definitely be buying this again!

For such a long time i've shuffled between lip balms to find one that moisturizes my lips and keeps them soft and supple. no luck. then one day im looking through my drawer of goodies and what not, and i found an unopened package of this! i was running out of lip balm, so i said why not? and OMG i loved it. it made my lips so soft and i didnt have to reapply every two seconds. i will say the packaging isnt the most attractive, but who cares, it does the job! i will definitely buy this again!

Lip Treatments -Maybelline - Baby Lips lip balm

I do love my baby lips, but there are some issues with them. i get dry lips soooo often and i've been trying to get a good lip balm for them. my favorite beauty junkie on youtube always raves about baby lips, so i went and bought the quenched and cherry me from target ($3.44 i think...) first, they absolutely smell amazing! the cherry one smelled soo good. im not a big lipstick person, and while the cherry was pretty sheer, i still had to blend because i didnt want really red lips. i love the quenched one and it smells awesome. they are moisturizing, but only for like the first half hour. especially since i dont apply the cherry one a lot, my lips feel dry withing 10-15 minutes. with the quenched is much better, but they dont keep my lips moist for as long as i would like, but i dont mind reapplying it. i will say that my lips did feel good though and soft, but probably the worst thing i can say about baby lips is that it made the skin around my mouth so dry and cracked, especially at the corners! luckily i had my handy dandy blistex around. the packaging is cute, and there is quite a lot of product. i do like the colors and they do moisturize decently (at least in the long run) so i will be buying these again! Pros: -great smell -nice colors -cute packaging -lots of product -moisturizing (long term) Cons: -dries skin -have to reapply a lot -
