This is the best Beauty Balm I have tried. Before this one came into my life, I really loved Smashbox's BB. At first, I was weary of the Flextone. . . I have never been crazy for the low coverage of these. It is gray at first, not very appealing; but once it blends in, it is beautiful! I can understand how it is a little dark for fairer skin tones, it would be nice if there was another formula for very light skin since a true "all skin tones" formula is basically impossible, no matter what the product claims. The glow is unbelievable, and long lasting. I wore this to the gym and glowed the whole time, all while feeling like I was makeup free. My skin looked so smooth, I just couldn't believe it. A Beauty Balm made my skin look as good as my full coverage foundation, I am all about it!

I love this product soooo much. The only thing I could live without is that sticky texture it has when I first put it on, but I realize that is because of the Aloe Vera and it subsides after about 10 minutes. Do I wish it only cost $10? of course, but I the price point isn't so terrible, especially since it is so effective. I actually am enjoying seeing all of the stuff being purged out of my pores, it is amazing!
I agree with some of the comments on here; the old ones inthe silver discs with a clear top were terrible! I won't belittle anyone by saying they were for "beginners", but they were definitely not very good. When they re-did the eyeshadow line, they really hit the nail on the head! They became incredible! Cleopatra, Iced Brownie, Stormy Night and Back Panther just to name a few of the fabulous colors! Please check the newer ones out; yes, the new compacts can be a pain in the butt to open, but it is better than ones that open too easily and make a mess!
THERE IS NO UNDER EYE CREAM THAT CAN GET RID OF DARK CIRCLES. Dark under eye circles are normally a hereditary trait that is symptomatic of a capillary leakage of a blood vessel near the area. The only thing any of these creams do is keep the skin on top of the blue toned circle nice and health so the area looks at least a little better. If you use an eye cream and pilling happens, it is because your skin is dry and there is dead skin that must be ex foliated. If you develop the little bumps, called milia DO NOT POP THEM. You could get an infection and lose your eye. The best way to handle dark circles is to first tell your doctor if you have a lot of congestion in the area, as sinus pressure can cause you to retain more dead blue blood in the under eye area. If that is not the case, or you have done that, make sure to drink a lot of water, and when you do use an eye cream at night, give yourself a nice massage about one finger spaced under the eye; this will blend away some of the dead blood. When concealing, make sure not to over conceal, less can definitely be more. Choose a concealer that is exactly like your skin color.
