Concealers -Maybelline - Dream Lumi Touch in Radiant

the color does a good job counteracting the discoloration under my eyes. and it adds a subtle brightness to my face. it lasts through out the day and the formula is nice and light. i would say touche eclat is slightly more sheer and milky. i use to buy clinique's airbrush pen, but i find this one to be lighter and not as cakey. clinique's pen and touche eclat made under my eyes look ashen, but the dream lumi pen doesn't. i also like how you can see how much product is still in the pen. it says that it's a concealer, but i would probably dub it as a corrector. it works well to color correct undereye circles, but there's not enough coverage to do any good for zits. it works like bobbi brown's corrector, but i prefer the lighter formula of the lumi pen. this is my favorite corrector/brightener style concealer i've found.

this stuff rocks. what a wonderful idea. it helps nourish the sensitive skin under the eyes but it doesn't create any slip for concealer so it doesn't crease. a little goes a very long way. i was hesitant about the color and the slight iridescence to it, but it applies neutral. it's not a gimmicky product- it really does get the job done nicely. my only wish is that it had a doe foot applicator. sometimes the squeeze tube style gets a little messy.

the packaging is very sleek and you can definitely tell there's a luxurious product housed inside. the colors are nice and complement each other and my skin tone well. the textures are creamy and blend well. the bronzer/contour color can be built up and blended out well so any patchy application can be smoothed out. it has an almost grey undertone so it's great for a contour color. no orange cast to it at all. the illuminator gives a very subtle glow to your skin. it mimics well moisturized skin. if you want a shimmery highlighter like nars' albatross, then this isn't for your. my biggest peeve is that it's a dust magnet. i have no clue why but every time i use it there's always little fuzzies or particles that stick to the top. i'm baffled as to where they floated from, but they always pop up on the surface. it's soooo weird. this never happens with my other cream products. i feel like i'm wasting so much of product when i clean it. also, the case shows fingerprints.
great product! i use this as my primer and base, and i never have problems with creasing. i usually put it in the middle of my lid then smudge it with my finger so the color is sheer. i've been able to get at least 8 hours worth of wear with no creasing. it's really impressive for a drugstore brand. i would fork out over $20 for this, so it's definitely a steal for under $10.
it applies nicely and the pigmentation is nice. it's creamy at first so you have time to blend it. i used this to do line my upper lashline and had problems with it transferring by the end of the day. i didn't even bother tightlining. it's a shame because it's a great strong black.
i love this stuff. this is my hg foundation. it's super light weight and gives me smooth, sheer coverage. it's lighter than a bb cream or tinted moisturizer. i can usually get around 8-10 hours worth of wear from it, with one or two touch ups with the powder. i think that the powder really makes a difference in the finish. i tried it without and setting it with my usual setting powder and it was good. when i tried the pressed powder the results were fantastic. the only problem is there's no pump. i ended up buying an empty airless pump container from ebay and now it's the perfect product!

i'm very tempted to stock up on these since they're LE. the color is so pretty and subtle and it lasts forever. i was looking for over a year for the perfect every day color that i could wear during the day and add on to if i was going out at night. this is now my hg eye shadow. the only problem is the chunky glass packaging. i'm afraid i'll chip it. but that's ok because the product itself is amazing. AMAZING.
