Conditioner -Pantene - Expert Collection Age Defy Conditioner

After seeing Courtney Cox, the spokesperson advertising for Pantene Expert Collection, I had to go out and buy it. I have used a few Pantene formulas in the past and gotten good results but nothing to write home about. This, on the other hand, is absolutely amazing. I washed my hair with the Age Defy formula and have never had a shampoo that made my hair feel conditioned and slick but this does. I also followed with the Age Defy Conditioner, which I combed through and left on for 3 - 5 minutes. It rinses clean and feels like silk. I also use Aveda Damage Control serum/spray to protect before drying and flat ironing. I must say that I am 45, color monthly, blow dry daily, flat iron daily etc. My hair is also 90% WHITE underneath the color so it can be VERY unruly. I also live in the south which is known for humidity. It's been pouring rain for three days and my hair has not frizzed at all. My hair is soft, silky, shiny, manageable and full of body. I wish the bottles were larger but I will definitely be repurchasing the shampoo/conditioner. Now I'm on the hunt for the Age Defy treatment masque and kind of want to try the Advanced Keratin formula but I don't see how it could top Age Defy.

Fragrances -Jo Malone - blackberry and bay

First of all, I love the clean, simple bottle with the silver top. So Classy!! I have worn this for several days now and keep trying to find the grapefruit top note that is stated in so many reviews. I knew it wasn't grapefruit that I was smelling but something else, and it FINALLY dawned on me....... It's green tomato leaves!!! Fresh, dewy, green tomato leaf. This lasts for an hour before the blackberry and floral notes start coming into play. It typically lasts 8 -10 hrs on me and changes throughout the dry down. This is such a unique fragrance and I honestly can't think of anything similar to it. I'm SO amazed that someone finally came up with a blackberry fragrance that isn't sickening sweet or suited for teens. This is definitely a grown up scent, unisex and truly unique!!

Conditioner -Unlisted Brand - Generic Value Products GVP Conditioning Balm

Let me start by saying that my hair is 85% gray, colored every month (Natural Instincts Vibrant Hair Color) and flat ironed daily. I keep reading how great the GVP Conditioning Balm is so great so I stopped by Sally's to pick it up. I saw the GVP Biolage Hydrating Shampoo sitting beside it and thought, why not?? I'm a hair product junkie. The shampoo smells great and I used it with the conditioning balm and my hair looks amazing. It is super shiny, smooth and the conditioning balm, as thick as it is, didn't weigh my hair down at all. It's super soft and manageable. I see complaints about the shampoo leaving your hair like straw but without conditioner, ALL shampoo makes my hair feel rough. The conditioning balm smooths the cuticle. Overall, I am WELL satisfied with this shampoo/conditioning balm and will definitely repurchase.

Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter in Pink Truffle

Never have been much of a lipstick girl as I prefer a lip gloss which doesn't look as harsh. I am completely in LOVE with the Revlon Lip Butters. Pink Truffle is an amazing pink. I have highly pigmented lips and everything goes extremely pink on me, however this is the exception because of the brown undertone. It's MLBB and I will DEFINITELY repurchase.

Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter in Fig Jam

Looks SCARY dark in the tube. I typically tend to go with lighter shades due to my highly pigmented lips BUT, this is amazing. It is my new MLBB shade. Out of the 20 colors of Revlon Lip Butters, I would have NEVER guessed this is the one that would work. It also seems to stain my lips so it lasts. I'd give it a 3 for moisturizing but a 5 for the perfect shade.

Blush -Tarte - Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush in Amused

Amused is the PERFECT "just came in out of the cold" pink. I have tremendous issues with blushes turning orange/brown on my beige skin tone however, have NEVER had an issue with this one. I honestly thought it would be too light just looking at the pan but like the other Tarte shades, it only takes a light touch to look natural - like a flush from within. This lasts ALL day without any oxidation at all. My new HG!!!!!

Fragrances -Unlisted Brand - Bottega Veneta Eau de Parfum

I got a sample of this thinking that it would be too heavy and too cloying since I typically like light, floral, airy fragrances. Of course I had to test so I sprayed a light squirt on my wrist and disregarded for a several minutes. This beautiful aroma of a girly leather starts wafting up which causes me to smell my wrist a little closer. It's what PINK leather would smell like. IT'S GORGEOUS!!! I own Daim Blond but have never been able to wear it because it's cloying and made me feel like I was choking if I sprayed it. I would dab occasionally but there was something that was off in my opinion. BV is leathery but airy, not cloying and it's so easy to wear. It does remind me of Gucci Rush, which I love and own, so maybe that's why I find it so beautiful. It lasts forever and it feels very warm and sexy in cool weather but it is airy enough that it could be worn in summer as well. I have tried Cuir de Russie, Daim Blond, Tabac Blond, Kelly Cleche etc and Bottega Veneta is my all time FAVORITE leather.

This is beautiful, green, fresh, exotic and straight up SEXY. I normally wear florals and happened to test this in Saks after seeing it mentioned in a magazine. I couldn't quit smelling my wrist. It just got better and better. This lasts 7+ hours on me and it has QUICKLY moved into my top 10. I went back the next day and bought a bottle. Guess they either work or they don't. Update: I have been wearing this EVERY day since I bought it and can't get enough. It is one of those fragrances that would be PERFECT for any season, any occasion and any style of clothing. It's like a chameleon on me. I pick up really green notes, smoke, flowers, woods, spice and it continues to change throughout the day. It lasts FOREVER on me. Can't wait to try the L'eau version. LOVE IT ♥♥♥

I have this in the Anti-Aging formula and it is HANDS DOWN the absolute BEST eye cream I have ever used and I have tried EVERYTHING to get rid of dark circles. I really liked the moisturizing formula too but this tops it. This has done wonders for my dark circles, fine lines in only a week and it doesn't break me out. It is truly a miracle eye cream. LOVE IT !!!!!

Shampoo -Dove - Nutritive Therapy Nourishing Oil Care Shampoo

I have never been able to use Dove shampoo/conditioner in the past. They always seem to make my hair too soft, lack body and very unmanageable. However, I took a chance on this and it is AMAZING. I have at least 85% gray so I color every month, flat iron everyday and needless to say, my hair is dry. This makes it look shiny, full of body and the flat iron just glides through now. A big plus is even on the most humid of days where my hair normally frizzes, it stayed smooth. I also use the conditioner and leave in conditioner. AMAZING !!!

Fragrances -Le Labo - Bouquet Blanc

Bouquet Blanc is a beautiful white floral made by Le Labo for Anthropology stores. It's very fresh, clean and makes me feel pretty. It has a cool vibe that would make it perfect for any season. It's like standing in a field of white flowers to be honest. It's smooth and no one note stands out to me. DH "responds" well to it also lol. If you love white florals this is a must try. The bottle is brown with an antique looking top. My only wish is that it came in a box but Anthropology has these cute flowery cloth bags when you join so I use it for my fragrance. Another love !!!!

Lip Treatments -Fresh - Sugar Plum Lip Treatment SPF 15

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST tinted lip balm ever. I love the metal packaging with screw on cap, LOVE the color which is MLBB, my lips are hydrated and the color lasst for at least 4 hours. I was skeptical because I had tried the original but wasn't really impressed. I love the sheer plum/berry/brown color. Will definitely repurchase.
