Makeup Brushes -Ecotools - Bamboo Foundation Brush

I have other Ecotool brushes (as well as LOTS of other brushes- mostly MAC) and this has got to be one of the worst for shedding that I have come across. Maybe I got a faulty one, but I am not kidding you bunches/clumps of hairs came out of the ferrule. I know how to wash and care for my brushes; I do not stand them up while drying and do not use harsh cleansers, so I know it is not from how I've taken care of the brush that has caused this. First I thought oh ok one or two hairs, but once i started touching/storking the the hairs I could literally pull 5-10 hairs out at a time.

Conditioner -Joico - Silk Result Conditioner for Thick/Coarse Hair

This is a very good conditoner.Lived up to its claims. My hair is super straight, smooth and shiny after using it w/ its matching shampoo. Even after I went to bed with my hair slightly damp it was still smooth when I woke up, this never ever happens. Also, the next day after I had washed my hair and slept on it again it was still straight and smooth- the 2nd night of sleeping on my hair I always wake up with slight frizz and a funky wave, but not after using the silk result duo. great duo :)

This is a very good shampoo. Lived up to its claims. My hair is super straight, smooth and shiny after using it w/ its matching conditioner. When you use the shampoo and rinse it leaves your hair so tangle free like if had used a conditioner.

Highlighters -MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish in Perfect Topping [DISCONTINUED]

Beautiful. On my NC 20 skin I can wear this as a blush (applied wet) or a highlighter (applied dry). Perfect topping on my cheeks creates a soft pink sheen/glow. Only thing I wish was that I got one with more lavender veining; not to sure if it woulda made a huge difference in the pigmentation though (the one I got had lots of peach/pink swirls). Also, wanted to add these Sugarsweet MSF are very finely milled and buttery; they create a very pretty glow/sheen vs. shimmer/glitter.

Highlighters -MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish in Refined [DISCONTINUED]

I love this MSF. It's such a pretty peachy coral color on my NC 20 skin; for those that find it too sheer try it wet. Spray your brush with fix + or water, load your brush with product and buff on to your cheeks. It will create a beautiful sheen and better color payoff. Also, wanted to add these Sugarsweet MSF are very finely milled and buttery; they create a very pretty glow/sheen vs. shimmer/glitter.

Beautiful yes. Worth the price NO. I think these are waaaaaaay overpriced. MSFare 3 X! as big as these blushes and are only a few more dollars. These are a mere 3g while the MSF are 10g. Yes these are gorgeous to look at, but as another reviewer mentioned they can be dupe with pigments. Sorry IMO just not worth it...

Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Salon Care Professional Color Corrector

ok so I've had many color mishaps over the past week/week and a half. i tried to dye over my overgrown blonde highlights w/ garnier nutrisse that turned my highlights green and my base color an UGLY UGLY DEAD BLACK COLOR (no tone just flat and ugly). I ran to the drugstore picked up preference in a medium copper amber color to counter act the green. That did the job; but eeeeh not being satisfied with it (actually i was pretty bummed) i started researchin ways i could get my hair lighter and BROWN the way i orginally wanted. Everywhere I called and pros i asked said i would have to strip/bleach the black out and it would be $$$$. Well my hair couldnt handle anymore bleach (the blonde highlights really did a number on my hair) and i didn't wanna spend $$$$$. So thanks to MUA I decided to try the salon care color corrector. I was terrified of the results after dying my hair so many colors/times (oh forgot to mention before the blonde highlights i've been dying my hair BLACK with diff box colors & after the preference i tried to liven it up with a demi perm). ok so blah blah i just said the hell with it and used the remover. OMG it lifted all the different color dyes off my hair. where i had the highlights it was the lightest (obviously) it was a light brown/caramel color. my super black ends were now a dark brown. YAY! The end result isn't bad I dont think i need to recolor, maybe tone it with a demi or semi. The best part is it didn't leave my hair fried or damaged. To tell you the truth it made my hair look and feel healthier. My hair feels like how it did before i started coloring, its soooooo smooth and shiny.

Hair Color -Garnier - Nutrisse Permanent Creme Hair Color

I'm so angry; I'm sitting at my computer at 1 AM waiting for preference to fix the disaster that Garnier has left me with. I used Garnier's medium ash brown to cover my grown out blonde highlights and it turned my hair GREEEEEN! I know that dying over highlights you run the risk of a green tint, but since i've done this many many times in the past with no problem I thought it would be ok. I've done this in the past with preference, feria and excellence with no problems and beautiful results. This time I don't know what happened. Not only did Garnier turn my highlights green it darkened the rest of my hair pitch black! I don't know how this is possible when i used a MEDIUM brown color. Oh did i mention that it didn't even fully cover my highlights? the pieces that didn't turn green turned a grayish blonde color. So on a weeknight when I have to get up early for work the next morning I sit here praying that Preference can even out my hair and make it look presentable. ARGH never again GARNIER! oh i wanted to add that i've used Garnier in the past and liked the results, but I now realized that I may have not noticed how uneven and how poorly it covers bc I’ve only used Garnier in the past to darken my naturally dark brown hair to a deeper dark brown/black color probably not noticing the unevenness because the shade was so similar to my natural hair color. I'm so depressed :(

Lipstick -MAC - Amplified Creme - Chatterbox

Very pretty barbie pink. It's not pastel barbie, but more like the pink in barbie loves mac promo pics (the two models-blonde & brunnette); at least on my lips. In the tube it looks SCURRY, but once you wear it and it settles it's very beatiful. It's not bold and ridiculous looking by any means. I tried it on and didn't purchase because I couldn't justify another pink lippie, but OF COURSE i went back the next day and got it. hehe i need help...

Great texture and color. Color-wise similar to angel, but better texture and a lighter tone. It's slightly lighter than angel tho. Very pretty and versatile; it can be worn lighter or layered for a more dramatic look.

BEAUTIFUL pink. I have tons and tons of pink lippies and this a nice addition to my collection. Colorwise it's a soft pretty pink; not really dark, but not super light either. It's def a barbie-ish color. Finish is matte so the staying power is great. Make sure to wear a balm underneath though and to give it extra oomph finish with a gloss.

Toners -Clean & Clear - Deep Cleaning Astringent (orange)
rated 5 of 5

I really like this toner. I thought it might be too harsh so I orginally bought the sensitive blue version; after finishing that bottle I decided to try the regular orange version and I have to say I like it better. It seems to help keep those spots that like to pop up every now and then away. I find this toner more effective than others that I have tried (loreal, neutrogena, etc...) & BEST PART IT'S CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP :)

Eye Shadow -MAC - Golden Lemon pigment

I LOVE this pigment. This is the color I was hoping gold pigment was going to be. Gold pigment for some reason on me leaves a dark undertone, almost muddy looking, Golden lemon on the other hand is a bright yellow gold (so pretty).

Very pretty green. Awesome quality. Texture of the shadow is creamy and buttery. I usually only use MAC shadows/pigments, but NYX is comparable and has a nicer price tag :)
