Unfortunately this is a smart idea that just doesn't work. If you never need to wash then it might last a day. I think a tube of artist paint might last longer.

I'm a purple nail polish person and this one delivers. Flecks of sparkle are just the right size in the plummy violet base. The wear and application are excellent. One of my absolute favorites.

My only gripe is the blocky handle, I thought it would be a pull-off like other HE polishes. Other than that I call this *shimmering sauce of purple satisfaction*. Now if you are put off by the price try China Glaze Lets Groove for a very close dupe. I have both because my yearning for the "real thing" won out over common sense. *Must have* color in my opinion.

Polishes -Mavala - Bronze Green

I am mad for this color. It is a dark army green with a touch of blue and a very subtle silver shimmer. The quality is excellent. It levels nicely, applies evenly and can pass on one coat. I like that it is made in Switzerland...makes me feel like I have something a little fancy. The bottles are tiny but reasonably priced. I have not found a dupe for this unique color.

Late to the party, but this is my favorite "red". Contains no pink or blue tones and to some may look slightly orange. On my skin tone(NW20) it looks like a lovely vintage red and is not easily duped. I get the feeling Essie may be laying this one to rest, but I think it's uniqueness deserves a place in the permanent collection. I always get compliments on this color.

Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Karma organics-Remover

This is the only remover I use. All acetone and non acetone removers destroy my nails. If you have peeling this is one thing to try. It is not as efficient as acetone of course but in the end there is no damage. The active solvent is Propylene Carbonate and it is combined with your choice of scents and an oil. It is also available sans scent, which is unheard of in the nail polish remover market. I hope this product remains on the market as it is the foundation of healthier nails for me. I have purchased this from their website KarmaOrganicSpa and it appears to be available on Amazon. Not to be confused with Karma naturals which is a different line of products.

Spectacular purple fuchsia with micro shimmer. A bit expensive, but the bottle is lovely, and I like to try things from new companies. No complaints from me about quality or formula issues. I purchased this online directly from Sheswai. They have a limited color selection with some unusual names.

Top/Base Coats -Unlisted Brand - Diamond super base

A milky filler basecoat that dries quickly and is 3 free. Goes on thick enough to hide most imperfections. Super cheap from Diamond Cosmetics online, a manufacturer for several boutique brands that you may have heard of. All their products are worth checking out, for the quality and the price.

This color came up as dupey for Nars Purple rain. I wanted to try this color without the big expense. This baby DElivers. Secret and not so secret glimmers add depth to this glorious purple. I hope it never goes away...Purple satisfaction in a bottle. The formula is not streaky. One of the best purples in my opinion.

I find these way discounted from time to time. The colors are sophisticated and unusual. I love the retro packaging, and the brush is different, neither worse nor better for me. If there was a color I ever ran low on I would rebuy although I rarely get to the bottom of any polish. Overall these are decent polishes, some better than others with a well chosen color selection.

This is my first experience with a Lippmann polish. The color is super lovely and this can be applied in 1 coat. Smooth and shimmery. Nice bottle. I think this color could be appropriate in any season or setting. Very happy about this purchase.

It's Chanel and a quality product. However my disappointment arises from the lack of excitement on my nails. It looks great in the bottle but the shimmer effect barely shows when its on. Its a very deep dusty purple that almost looks black in low light. If this were a ten dollar brand I would probably be happier. Its just that I expect so much from Chanel.

This is saving someones itchy winter skin right now! I read the reviews and tested this on a suffering friend. Everybody is Happy and I'm amazed that this works. Many things have failed, including Rx stuff. Maybe its the tapioca starch!? ingredient. I am hoping this is not discontinued like every good product seems to be. Reasonable price and readily available. Give it a go for your problem skin.

RGB makes sophisticated shades in a truly longer wearing formula. I have also tried Punch and it is a lovely coral pink. I like everything about RGB except the tiny handle on the bottle and the higher price, but they have my number and I will pay it for a product that delivers.

Concealers -Make Up For Ever - Full Cover Concealer

Excellent staying power for blemishes not covered by my clinique almost powder foundation in Neutral Fair. #5 is an excellent match for my nw20ish skintone. I say I would buy this again if I lost it but i doubt I'll ever get to end of this tube. Very little is needed. I ran into a Sephora when I was travelling and an excellent salesman helped me with the color. Its so hard to get the right tint sometimes, but he was right on. I noticed this doesn't contain things that can make me breakout.
