Overall, I really like this eye shadow. I use it to create a smokey eye - it's much softer looking than black. The subtle shimmer make this eyeshadow less monotonous as well.
Tinted Moisturizer -Stila - Sheer Color Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15

after 2 months of using this i dont like it. firstly, my skin is nc 20 and combination, but not flakey or in need of blotting during the day, its just more dry outside of my t zone. i have this in light and its much more yellow than my natural skin tone, although when i blend it in you cant tell. the texture of this is something i really dont like. it feels greasy when you blend it in and it also looks shiny on my face right away afterwards. it slightly evens out the redness i have on my cheeks, but not as much as i would like. the positive aspects of this is that it didnt break me out and it has an spf of 15.
i have a lot of sheer colored glosses and i bought this because i wanted to try something different. im not very adventurous with shimmery lip glosses, but this is subtle. the color is a peached pink with gold through it and it smells like an orange creamsicle. it stays fairly sheer looking on (it doesnt really add much color) but it does leave behind a peachy gold shimmer. if you want a less sticky feel, try layering this over a few coats of lip balm.
this color matches my lip color almost exactly so it goes great with any lip gloss i own over it. the automatic-ness is really handy as i think a lot of product is wasted in pencils that need to be sharpened. the only thing i didnt like was the cap because it didnt stay on the pencil securely. sometimes the cap would fall off in my purse and i would end up with pink lines over everything. a great product besides that.
i really like this brush because it combined a brush and a mirror and closed into a small, easy to travel with compact. mine did not last as long as i would have liked it to. it broke after only 6 months, and although i liked it while it lasted, it wasnt very hardy, which doesnt make it very suitable for travelling in my opinion.

i like this moisturizer because of the broad spectrum sun protection, but thats about it. when i put this on, it makes my face feel hot, and i dont have very sensitive skin at all. it also made my face greasy looking, and i prefer a more matte looking moisturizer.
Lip Gloss -Chanel - Sirop Glossimer [DISCONTINUED]

this is a gloss i use everyday as it really brightens my whole face and is very versatile. the color originally scared me because it looks incredibly bright, but its very sheer.
there are some definite pros and cons for this. i like the way this builds up your lashes with every coat you put on, but without an eyelash comb, clumping would be a big problem. also, i feel like the brush is a little too large on the ends to reach the corners of the eyelashes well. i also dont like how it tends to flake after a while. i like to use this onmy lower lashes since it helps define them well. overall, an okay mascara but i prefer definicils or mac fibre rich lash to this.

firstly, i have to say ive had this for almost a year and its still half full! when i got this i was apprehensive because it looked like there was only a small amount in it, but a little goes a long way for this product. the coverage is great - it has a clay-like texture like someone else said and i feel like the dryness of this product helps it stay. i have always used this for covering small blemishes, not for undereye, and i think it helps to use a good concealer brush like bobbi brown's with this since the texture is difficult to work with using your fingers.
i started liking this fragrance when i smelled it on other people but i couldnt handle it on myself. it was so cloying and sweet it started disgusting me...i felt bad because i got it as a gift with the whole set. in the end i also felt like i wanted a more mature smelling perfume, as well as something a little more complex and sexy which this wasnt to me.
Pressed Powders -MAC - Select Sheer Pressed Powder

i liked this in some ways, and hated it in others. i love the consistency - its incredibly smooth and silky, and the color was a good match. the only problem i had was it oxidizing after i used it. it turned much darker on my skin after an hour or so, which was a big let down. i like using this to set my makeup in the morning, but it doesnt work very well for blotting down oil, not because it doesnt cut shine but because of how it oxidizes - i will stick to blot powder for that. it did great at setting makeup and giving sheer coverage though, people who dont get oily a ton should go for this!
i think this is a great way to store eyeshadows. the case is easy to open and has a huge mirror on the inside. the brush that comes with the case has a liner end and a fluffy shadow brush end, and taking the shadows out and putting them in is relatively easy for anyone. very practical and pretty, too.
i chose to purchase golightly because when i tried it at the counter, it really seemed to bring out the brown in my eyes. the color looks like a medium dark brown shimmer in the pan, but when you look closer it seems more olive-toned. thats what i think makes this color so pretty - its uniqueness. its very pigmented and stays true all day for me. i wear it in the crease paired a lighter shimmer, which i think makes a pretty, versatile combination. i agree with the review below that its important to prep your eyelids with powder before you apply, or else it will be fairly hard to get a smooth, blended look.
i bought this many years ago and lost it, and i finally repurchased it recently. i love the way it brightens my eyes up, and in the sunlight its stunning. i use it as a wash over my eyelids and a highlighter. in the pan, the color looks like a peach toned beige, and on my eyes, it looks like a light beige shimmer, although the shimmer is much more noticeable than the beigeness of the eyeshadow. i use this everyday, the texture is very smooth and overall, its one of my favorite eyeshadows.
i just received this product yesterday and have followed all of the instructions exactly. after applying it at night, i woke up and already saw a difference in my skin - no kidding. im not if sure anyone else noticed, but i really felt like my skin looked smoother and less irritated. i will update this review soon, but for now, i hope things go as well as they have so far. update: i have been using this every night since i got it and it really has made a difference. my skin is more luminous and smooth, and for people who want to get their skin in great condition, this should become part of your skincare regimen. one of the few BHA's that did exactly what they were supposed to do.
