This is a light khaki, nude creme from Essie's Winter 2011 collection. I currently am wearing it on my fingers and don't quite know how I feel about it. On the one hand, I am a sucker for nudes. On the other, it doesn't do much for my skin tone. I think I may have to keep it on my fingers for a day or two to figure out how I truly feel. The formula on this one was on the thicker side.
This color is from Essie's Fall 2011 collection. I would describe it as being a brownish purple vampy creme. Very on trend with the vampy colors. I definitely agree and say that it looks expensive and chic... two coats for complete coverage!
I personally think that this color makes my hands look dirty. The formula is nice, but it doesn't really look good on my fingers. It probably would look better on fairer skinned ladies. Pity, because I really wanted to love this color!
This is a gorgeous gray-purple creme. The formula was great, and I got complete coverage in two coats. It does go on a tad darker than you would think looking at the bottle, but I think this color is very chic. I love wearing it on short nails. Love it!
This is a pretty, very work appropriate and chic mauve. Definitely on trend because I would consider it a putty. I absolutely love this color. The polish itself is very easy to work with, I got complete coverage in 2 coats. One of my favorites from the fall collection!
I also have the non-halo version of this polish. I think that it's a cute color (it's basically chocolate brown with flecks of glitter), definitely nice for winter. My only gripe is that the glitter flecks are a little too chunky for my liking (clean up is a tad bit harder), but not a deal breaker. The consistency is pretty nice and smooth, considering the glitter flecks are a little chunky.
The only thing I can say is WOW! I am so not a red mani chick, but this color must have been made for me! It's a rich and chic ruby red creme. I can wear it to work, out, anywhere.. I am so in love with it! And might I add that the consistency is absolutely divine! Bravo, Essie =)
Styling Products -Garnier - Sleek & Shine Blow Dry Straightening Balm w/Argan Oil

I haven't had the best rapport with Garnier products, but I am so glad the spell has been broken with this one! It's light, but does some heavy duty smoothing. My hair turns into a frizz ball with even a drop of moisture in the air, but it didn't after I used this balm. This balm is magic- I was done with styling in under 15 minutes (the same routine- blow dry, flat iron- usually took well over 25 minutes). This is worth the money!
Amazing shade... It looks rich, chocolatey and delicious on all skin tones.. LOVE IT! My favorite fall/winter polish :)
