Love love love this colour. Gives the most subtle golden glow and at the same time it's not overly glittery. Very easy to blend and lasts forever with a base.

I've decided to get this after having heard crazily good reviews about this product. But this foundation breaks me out. Surprisingly, it is also drying for my combination skin -- perhaps due to the wintry weather here -- on my nose and under my eyes. It creases after a good eight hours or so even with my skindinavia makeup finishing spray. Most of my face that doesn't dry up after my application of this foundation does look somewhere in between matte and dewy. However, I have gotten small pimples on my chin and on the sides of my nose. This product also has the signature scent of chanel, but I'm not too much of a fan. I possess a number of foundations and BB creams and I have only started sourcing for a new one because my skin has been drying out too much since the start of this winter. I must say this foundation has been disappointing on a whole, and I won't repurchase! It's also terribly expensive here in Australia. EDIT ON 9TH MAY 2013: I've decided to change my rating to a 5 after having experienced a dramatic change to my skin. I've had serious cystic breakouts which were hormonal and likely to have little to nothing to do with this foundation. However, after having seen the dermatologists and spent many hours fixing my skincare routine and pre-makeup routine, I've finally found the ideal way to make this foundation work. I've realised that prepping the face before using this foundation is so important and it makes such a great difference to the lasting power and look of this foundation throughout the day. FIrst, I use the three-step skincare from Sulwhasoo -- first care serum, toner/essence, moisturiser. Then, I take a pea-sized amount of Nivea Daily Essentials Express Hydration Primer For Normal and Combination Skin and mix it with the same amount of this foundation -- and the coverage is extremely good, natural, and lasts all day! (in fact, it even gets better towards the end of the day). The coverage is also very buildable so I can always add a little on top of healing scars to conceal them. This has become my ultimate holy grail!

Blush -BeneFit Cosmetics - Benetint

I got this about a year ago and I've been using this as my daily blush. It lasts only for two hours and three max, really. If you want a blush that is natural, you can basically get ANY tint and not waste your good money on this product. The whole bottle lasts really long but I don't plan on repurchasing.

Primer/ Corrector -The Body Shop - Skin Primer Matte It

I got this as a gift from my friend and I've been using this for more than six months. As an overall conclusion, I don't think this is a spectacular product and I will not purchase it myself. Typically, I have an oily T-zone and after wearing this with foundation for four-five hours, this product doesn't keep my makeup fixed or control the oil secretion. However, it does allow makeup to glide over your face very smoothly and it eases the makeup application. This doesn't break me out, thankfully. I will not repurchase as it doesn't really control oil very well.

Moisturizers -Sukin - Facial Moisturiser

I bought this together with the sukin night cream as I've seen that the sukin skincare line has extremely good reviews and I'm also very into purchasing natural products. However, I must say that I'm not pleased with this product at all during winter. I would wash my face clean, pat my face dry, and then apply the sukin moisturiser OR night cream -- but both make my skin incredibly dry. My skin is typically oily/combination and I NEVER feel any dryness on my face, not even in winter. It is now so dry that I wake up with dry patches on my skin and make-up application is almost impossible without daily exfoliation. I've been trying to tell myself that this works and I would like to give this more time but sadly this has been the case for more than two weeks ever since I started using this for my winter moisturizer. I can only say that this product definitely not suitable for me during the winter and I do not recommend this. Both the sukin night cream and facial moisturiser leave a burning sensation when I apply each of them onto my face -- I've been trying to figure out which the faulty product was, but it turned out that both of them were giving me this problem. Definitely will not repurchase. I'm hoping that this works better during the summer.

Highlighters -Canmake - Highlighter

I got this in the baby beige shade. I will have to say that this product is average -- it does what it's supposed to do as a highlighter; not too much unnecessary shimmer, your skin glows, etc. BUT it doesn't last very long (even with or without makeup finishing spray or loose powder). The brush that comes with this is moderately soft, although the plastic container opens easily and my brush fell out a couple of times. It's an alright product if you want to get a highlighter that's more affordable.

Eye Makeup Remover -Simple - Eye Make-Up Remover

This product definitely does not work for me. It burns my eyes and makes it kind of swollen afterwards. Worst of all, I have to use about four-five cotton pads to clean all of my eye makeup off. I think this product may only be suitable for people who wear extremely light makeup (no mascara, eyeshadow, etc.) and also those who do not have sensitive eyes like mine.

I bought this after trying this out at the counter and after letting it stay on my face for a day. It set my makeup really well and my face didn't look cakey at all. However, I do recommend anyone who uses this product to get a soft fluffy brush for this product as face puffs don't work -- they simply pick up too much of the product. Usually, I don't set my make-up but when I do, I think the LM face powder is great. However, I will not repurchase as it is just way too expensive for the amount of product you get. It does its job but it's not spectacularly good nor entirely crucial for my make-up routine.

Skincare - Face -Avene - Thermal Water

I've been using this since 2 years ago. Initially, I thought it was just a gimmick and didn't think much about it -- it came together with my purchase of the cleanser so I just thought I might as well try it. I didn't realise what an amazing product it is until one day I developed a strong allergic reaction towards one very horrid faulty face powder; I sprayed the thermal water onto my skin and the itching and redness stopped in almost half an hour. My skin is rather allergic and this thermal water spray really comes in handy when my face gets red, itchy or swollen (or sometimes, all three!). When I develop pimples, I will use the Avene Cleanance gel and then spray the thermal water on. Usually, the pimples will stabilise the next day. This is an absolutely amazing product and I will definitely repurchase!

This doesn't work for me. Its texture is blendable and and it doesn't give me an oily finish but it breaks me out every single time I use it under makeup or with no makeup on. I read very good reviews on this but sadly I'm not going to repurchase this.

Liquid -Bourjois - Healthy Mix Serum Gel Foundation

This product is absolutely incredible. It has a very natural finish and it blends really well with the skin. You don't even need to set it with powder for it to last if you have a combination skin like mine. However, the coverage IS rather limited so it's not that good for people with acne. However if you only have a pimple or two, you can just apply on some concealer and then you're good for the day. Best foundation I've ever used! Definitely a HG product and will repurchase.

Powders -Revlon - New Complexion Loose Powder

this product is absolutely horrid -- caused major breakouts for me after i've applied it on for 10mins. my skin is now very swollen and itchy. it does not hold makeup well. also, it forms a yellowish layer of powder over your skin that does NOT look translucent at all but just cakey. i definitely advise anyone against buying this product and I wish I could give it 0 star if I could!

This product is very drying to my skin. Definitely do not recommend it for anyone. My face has never peeled on its own before and it has only started peeling since my usage of this product.
