I tried this color in medium brown, it did nothing. I kept it on for 15 minutes, still had plenty of grey hair when I was done. I only used it because I cant do my regular L'oreal Excellence color which takes 45 min. Anyhow, I wouldnt recommend this to anyone.
I bought this in light, I think I will try this in med next time, but overall it covers pretty well. A little goes a long way, a little pricey 8.00 but I think it willl last a long time. Also came with a little concealer pencil to outline tattoos and things before applying the concealer cream. I like it for taking with me when I dont want to carry the tube of concealer.
Makeup Brushes -Unlisted Brand - Paris Presents Highlighter Brush

I bought this brush just to see if I liked the way my foundation looked with a "highlighter/stippling" brush, yes I know it's meant to be used for powders. It was only $5.00 at walmart so it was worth a try. I liked the results but as mentioned, this brush sheds like crazy, I kinda expected it because is was cheap. I washed it after using the first time to hopefully get out most of the loose bristles, that helped a little but I still find little hairs when Im done using this. I end up just going over my face with a different brush to get rid of the stray hairs. I would only buy this again if I absolutely had to.
Gels/Soaps -Unlisted Brand - Tone Daily Detox Body Wash

I decided to wait before reviewing this product, and after a month of using this I really like it. Smells great too and the bottle is a nice size. I would buy again.
I was really hesitant on purchasing this but so far seems to be working for me. I havent had any flaking, and no burning eyes. This is a huge deal for me since I wear contacts. Yes it is hard to remove, but its WATERPROOF! lol. I just use my Johnson & Johnson baby shampoo and that usually does the job. I will purchase this again if I dont find something better!
I have been searching for a great primer and so far this one is working for me. I saw this at Walmart for around $9.00, and at that price I had to get it. At first I was a little worried because of the way it looks, it's white and almost looks like gritty toothpaste :P. Thankfully it's not gritty at all, and the white completely vanishes. There is a slight scent to it, but that to vanishes pretty quickly. I tiny bit goes a long way! I dont seem to get as oily as I did when I was using the Smashbox primer, so that's a plus. The tube is a great size for the price so I say give it a try, it's worth it.
Picked this up at Walmart, 2 for 1 package, which was a good deal. I got the waterproof formula, and Im wondering if this is why mine seems to be sooooo thick. This really didnt do much for my lashes besides make them stick together. Anyhow I wont be buying this again
I typically wear Revlon Colorstay, but I am sensitive to SPF so when I saw this I had to try it. I bought the classic ivory first, it turned out to be a little to pink on me, so I went back and got a bottle of porcelain ivory, which ended up being a bit to light. Then I just mixed the two together and finally got a match. It was a bit of a hassle but it worked out. *EDIT* I still like this makeup for everyday running errands but other than that the coverage just isnt good enough, I had to go back to Revlon CS. Oh well maybe they will fix this formula and the color selection.
Hair Removal -Sally Hansen - La Cross Eyebrow Shapers

I love these little razors for cleaning up my eyebrows, and getting any other small areas that need hair removal. They come 3 in a pack, and are fairly cheap. The packaging is pretty basic, and the razor itself has a little cover for obvious reasons. I get them at walmart, where the razors are. So if you dont like plucking your stray eyebrow hairs this should take care of them.
Hair Removal -Unlisted Brand - Schick Quattro for women Trimstyle

After reading some reviews on here, I decided to give this a try. While I'm not impressed, I'm not completely disappointed either. I really just wanted to see how the electric end would do with trimming along the bikini area for those stray hairs that get missed during shaving. The razor end works like any other razor I've ever used, I think I may have gotten a bad razor though, it had some sort of defect in the moisturizer strip, not sure if that had anything to do with it. The electric razor end was pretty much useless for me. I tried it without the little length adjuster thing and still didnt manage to trim one stray hair with it. Not to mention it is super loud!! I dont sport a fur bikini so I guess maybe I should just stick to a good old razor lol
Works good and is cheap, I just use this a few times a week because it can be a little bit drying if you use it everyday. Helps keep my skin less oily. Will repurchase.
Scrubs -St. Ives - Apricot Scrub Blemish and Blackhead Control
mam311 7/4/2009 4:44:00 PM
This is good for a cheaper scrub, not too scratchy which is great for my sensitive skin. I also use this on my problem areas, chest and back, it seems to help a little with any acne flare ups. A little bit goes a long way so I say it's a very cheap price for the size of the product.
I bought this in the travel size just to see if I would like it before I payed a ton more for the big bottle, oh and I was traveling so it worked out. I think this works pretty well, not to much different than BE prime time which is about the only BE product a really like. Any how I dont think the packaging on the larger bottle is the best, but it does make it easy to get out just the right amount. The only problem I find with the pump bottles on products is that it makes it harder to get the last drop out of the bottle. I guess one could use a long q-tip or something to grab that last little bit of product. Oh well overall it seems to be a great product just wish it were a little bit cheaper.
Loose Powders -Bare Escentuals - Tinted Mineral Veil
mam311 7/4/2009 4:15:00 PM
I dont like Bare Escentuals products in general so when a friend of mine gave me this I was a little hesitant on trying it. It works good over my regular foundation as a bronzer, since Im not very white or very tan it shows up just enough. The packaging sucks on all of their products but how else can you package loose minerals? They do give you a pretty big jar, but the price for a product that is just okay isnt worth spending that kind of money. I know this is about 18.00 but I can find a better bronzer for less or about the same price. I wont purchase this on my own, but thank my friend :)
This is great for traveling! I love all of the colors. I didnt feel like bringing all of my eyeshadow on my recent vacation so I picked this up, and I absolutely love it! I find that if you dampen the applicator or es brush (which I use) the shadow goes on a little better. And the big mirror that slides out is great! Will definately purchase this again.
