This product is discontinued but I decided to add a review anyway... I must say I wasn't too impressed, saw no significant changes on my face, bad or good. I recently switched to the new beaute intiale cream which I really liked.. perhaps the lotion was not the right type of product for me.

Foundations -Max Factor - Miracle Touch Liquid Illusion Foundation

I usually stick to high-end foundation but I was short on cash and short on foundation so I decided to give this a try. As I usually have the SA to pick a foundation for me I had some doubts which product to chose (here there is no SA for the lower-end brands and we have a no return policy for cheaper make-up) so I went with the one which had the most empty tray... only two left in the display, luckily it seemed to be a good colour match. I am amazed... why have I been using expensive foundation all the time whilst this does the job as well. Good medium coverage, lasts forever (even after a night out the coverage was still acceptable) and easy to apply (did use a foundation brush though). On top of that: it is a great colour match which is always my biggest challenge...

Crème -Chanel - Double Perfection Creme Poudre (Creme Powder Makeup)

Sometimes I think that Chanel custom designs all these products for me: they are just perfect for my difficult skin combined with my total lack of make-up knowledge. I used to buy the compact version, but the SA recommended me this one, and I must say, this is even better! Only downside is offcourse the price... but hey, sometimes you get what you pay for... and with Chanel you can be sure that the product is really superior to others. Will certainly repurchase! A++++

I got this as a present from my parents (they found it really weird: what do you like as a birthdaypresent? A brush!). I am using it for a month now and I think I am in love with it! It is really worth the money, it gets all the knots out of my hair so easy! Will I rebuy? I hope not having to! But if I ever loose it (keep my fingers crossed) I certainly will because I love love love it!

YAK! YAK! YAK! This is one of my mums favorites but it makes me and my brother physically ill. A real turnoff, I can't imagine that this is Dior!

Moisturizers -Shiseido - Eudermine

OOOOOOOOH I LOVE THIS! Why do I always like expensive stuff? Anyway, this is a great toner, way better than the other Shiseido toners (which are already great), somehow it has a luxury feel (is it the price which makes me think this or the heavenly smell?) The only downside is the bottle: I travel a lot, and it is quite impossible to take this with you. But I always ask samples of this, which I use when I am on the road. Will rebuy for sure!

Lotions/ Creams -Dove - Protective Care Hand Balm

Got this for free in some lottery game at my local drugstore. Not pleased at all, tube is really not handy, it squeezes way to much cream out of the tube (I can almost rub my whole body with this amount!) and it does nothing for soothing my hands. Only plus is that it has a nice smell, but wouldn't think of purchasing it.

I bought this on a trip to Canada when I forgot my beloved shu e/l curler and didn't want to spend too much money on something that I already have. What a big mistake! It didn't do anything for me.Couldn't believe that there is so much difference in curlers. Wouldn't have it for free... so no I won't buy it again.

I got this in a very nice swap with mitziedoll (see her a bit further for her review) and was a bit hesitant as she didn't like it at all but decided to go through with the swap anyway as I really wanted a brownish e/s. Now I am so happy I did! It is a really great colour with average staying power. Ideal for an office day or a normal-no-special-occasion day. I absolutly love it! I must admit I only use it as e/s not as browliner. BTW, I am not blonde at all, I am natural blackhaired. Would repurchase.

I got this in a swap, and I am so happy that I didn't pay for this. At first, when I applied it with a seperate brush and I had a lot of time, I liked it, but I tried it again on a normal day and the packaging is just bad. It is hard to apply with the applicator which they provide and you really have to wait until it dries. I would consider to buy it.

I absolutly adore Diorshow and tried several other high end mascaras but after reading all the raves in the magazines I had to try this. And I must admit, I was amazed, for such a low price it is a really good product. When I was a teen I often used drugstore brand mascaras and they all sucked big time so either technology has changed or this one is definetly an exception. Offcourse you cannot expect the same result as from a mascara which costs about three times more but it gives you a nice look altough it doesn't curl at all which is something I really need to have in a mascara. If I was younger or if I ever have moneyprobs (lets keep our fingers crossed this never happens) I would revert to this one for sure.

Eyeliner -Lancome - L'ombre Stylo duo

Dunno why the previous reviewer said this was discontinued, I checked on the Lancome site and you could even purchase it online so I don't believe this is discontinued (at least not in Europe). Anyway I have this in Eau, its really really easy to applicate. It's just one of these things that you carry with you in your purse. Which is good as it has zero staying power. Unfortunately it is also a tiny amount compared with other "normal" eyeshadows (I like to think that this is a eyeshadow, not a liner). I would repurchase if it came in more colours.

I love this, the texture is great, the scent is nice and not to overwhelming. The packaging is handy, although a bit on the heavy side. Nothing but positive remarks! Another good one from Shiseido!

Cleansers -Shiseido - The Skincare Extra Gentle Cleansing Foam

I am a bit addicted to Shiseido when it comes to skincare. I have been using this foam for over a year now and I love it. The smell is great, not overwhelming, gives me a relaxing feel, the texture is really luxary. I have some negative remarks though: sometimes I find this not powerfull enough to clean all the dirt of my fact and the tube is a bit unhandy, when it is almost finished you'll have the hardest time to get the last bit out. But overall I like this one, I have and will repurchase.
