Lip Gloss -Stila - Lip glaze

So I bought this in the colour Strawberry, which I love. It goes on a lovely sheer pinkish-red and smells like strawberries (not the fake plastic smelling type. It's very fruity and delicious). It is expensive at $29 CAD but I think it's worth it. You don't need much product as a little goes a long way. It goes on smoothly and hydrates my lips. While it's not as long lasting as my regular lip balms (this one lasts around 2 hours), I like to layer a lip balm over top whenever they start to feel dry. The packaging is nice, it comes in a penlike tube with a twist at the bottom. When you twist it you can hear a very clear 'click'. It takes about 30-40 clicks to get the product going but once you use it it only takes about 3-4 clicks. Learn from my mistakes as I twisted the bottom too much and so much product came out! I would definitely repurchase, even though it's a little bit expensive. I just love the colour, the smell and the smoothness of it! It's hardly even sticky, which is fantastic too!

Lip Treatments -C.O. Bigelow - My Favorite Night Balm

Alright so I have absolutely no willpower. If a store sells a lip balm or gloss, I'm walking out with another lip product and a lot less money that I began with. I love this lip balm though! It hydrates and goes on thicker than a Vaseline, but doesn't feel as great or slippery. It comes in a squeeze tube with a doe foot like applicator. It's pretty small as squeeze tube lip balms go but I like it because I can stick it into my backpack and still have room for lip gloss and such. This is meant to be a night balm but its so great I use it morning and night. It sells at about 7.50 CAD, which isn't bad for me, especially for a lip balm. It's a great buy and I would definitely repurchase

Lip Treatments -Burt's Bees - Nourishing Lip Balm with Mango Butter

Bought this after my dad stole my beeswax one. I actually love this quite a lot, the texture is smooth and soft, and is very light weight and goes on smoothly. It smells fantastic, very fruity and tropical. It lasts pretty long, but I love applying it - it's addicting! It's about 4 dollars, which for me isn't that bad. The packaging is the classic tube with the swivel at the bottom. The lid goes on with a nice and secure snap, so there's no worrying about the lid coming off (like the Nivea tube ones)

This was a splurge buy, a huge moment of weakness for me. But, I don't regret it! I absolutely love this balm! It has a smooth, thick velvety texture and when applied in a thick layer can be used as a night treatment. I used it just last light and this morning I woke up to super soft lips! Not only that but the dead skin became really soft which made it easier for me to exfoliate them. This isn't so much a plumping balm, but when applied it does fill in the fine lines. It lasts so long and smells strongly of roses, which I love. The only bad thing is that this is pretty expensive, for .25 oz you pay 35 CAD, 30 USD for it. But, I think it is worth it, so this would be considered my splurge item. Also the packaging is quite cute BUT it does come in a pot, which most people don't like. It's not that big of a deal for me, but I know it's a huge dealbreaker for some people. But overall I love this and I definitely would repurchase
