I love the scent of this and how soft and smooth it makes my hair. I have very fine, somewhat oily hair with a tendency to have a lot of flyaways, but this shampoo really did help both with the oiliness and the flyaways. I've only tried it once, so we'll have to see how it works over time...

I haven't had such great luck with LUSH products, but this was an exception! The smell is so sweet and energizing, and I love the beautiful green color it turns the water. And no ring around the tub! I took off one lippie for the price, but it's definitely worth the occasional splurge!

Bath Treatments -LUSH - Blackberry Bath Bomb

After reading all the hype, I decided to try this, and now I have a lovely purple ring around my tub. And that's about it. My skin is not particularly moisturized, at least not enough to skip lotion, which bath bombs from some other companies do allow. The scent was not particularly pleasant, which makes me thankful it wasn't very strong. I have used much better bath bombs from other companies with reasonable prices and great customer service, so deciding not to repurchase this is really a no-brainer for me.

Bath Treatments -LUSH - Creamy Candy Bath Melt

I don't know what it is about this scent, but I just can't stand it! I usually love vanilla/candy scents, but this just smelled plasticky or mediciney or something to me. Plus it left a weird residue on my skin that was powdery and sticky yet dry, certainly not the softly moisturized feeling I was expecting. This was my first foray into LUSH and I did buy a few other things, so I will hold out hope that this product was just an anomaly and that I will love the other items I paid ridiculous amounts of money for.

Lipstick -MAC - Pink Plaid

I love the formula of this lipstick--it's matte, but non-drying. By itself, the color is a rather loud bubble-gum pink. Definitely not something I'd wear every day or even most days. BUT, mixed with mac's Twig lipstick, it turns into the most beautiful, muted pink which is perfect against my cool-toned PPP complexion. I wish they made a color like this, because it would be my HG!

Crème -Shiseido - Hydro-Liquid Compact

This is a great foundation! I wear the lightest shade, I 00, and it matches my skin perfectly. The texture is light and coverage is moderate to full. This has a broad-spectrum sunscreen too. My only complaints are that it doesn't last too long-about a month if you use it every day, and that it tends to melt a bit as the day goes on. This is easily remedied with a quick powder touch-up, but if I need my makeup to stay on for hours and hours, then I use Lancome Tein Idole Ultra, which is also beautiful. I am almost out and will definitely repurchase!

Lipstick -MAC - Pro Longwear Lipcolour

I really wanted to like this product, as the color (For Keeps) was absolutely gorgeous. But no matter how thin a coat I applied or how many times I reapplied the topcoat, my lips would be gritty as the lip color balled up and wore off after only a couple of hours, or sooner if eating. If they could fix the grittiness, I'd buy it again, but otherwise it just drives me crazy. EDIT: I just tried this out again in a different color, and I like it a lot better. I applied a super thin coat, to the point of wiping all the product off the applicator before applying, so it just left a sheer stain, and then I waited about 5 minutes before applying the gloss coat. This seemed to cut down on the grittiness, although it does still have some texture issues. But it's gorgeous and does last well, so I think I will repurchase.
