Mascara -Christian Dior - Diorshow Mascara

After years of using drug store mascaras because I was stubbornly not going to spend money on something that has to be thrown out in 3 months I finally found my HG. I wear contacts and my eyes are very sensitive and always got watery, burny and red when I used drugstore products. I could only wear mascara if I was going out and for a short period of time. I then tried this stuff and no matter how much I pack it on I have no problems. No watery irritated eyes anymore, just gorgeous eyelashes. I love it. I even have the SA at the Dior counter call me every three months to remind me to throw it away and get another. Yes it is expensive but for me it is so worth it.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Bloggers Obsession Jealousy Wakes

I initially bought this because I love Temptalia and I wanted to support her. When I actually got it I was impressed. The colour is gorgeous on my nw45 skin tone. The drawback is the texture but I can live with that for the payback I get. Temptalia needs to keep them coming.

Mascara -Christian Dior - Diorshow Black Out Mascara

I use this Black Out over Extase for the dramatic eyes I love. This is my HG and perfect combination product. I know there are cheaper alternatives in the drug store and this is a product that has to be thrown out every three months but I have tried all of those and nothing makes my lashes so beautiful. I just have to cut back on other areas, like my chocolate addiction. I have to say that this is a splurge that I will not give up no matter what the naysayers have to say.

Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - Color Icon #252B Nutty
rated 5 of 5

I know that this is overstated but I had to add my two cents. As an NW45 woc I LOVE Nutty!!! It is such a universally perfect e/s that I can't see this not looking good on all skintones. I have had to hide mine so that I could stop using it. Wearing the same eyeshadow everyday is like wearing the same clothes everyday, I'm wearing Nutty everyday. Ya the packaging sucks but it's 2 bucks. If you want great packaging then go to Dior or Chanel. Just sayin...I hate when people complain about cheap packaging on a $2 product like they're expecting it to be wrapped in gold. It can be depotted. I advise that everyone get this but be prepared to be addicted.

After debating whether this was worth the price I gave in just because of the awesome colours available and the beautiful packaging. The actual product is good but I do prefer the MAC formulation better.

This is my very first WnW palette and I must say I am very impressed. I love the colours and how soft the shadows are. I liked this one so much I ran back to Walgreens to pick up the othe two. The other are nice too. Watch out Urban Decay you've got some competition.

All I can say is whoever created this palette is shear genius. The reason it is contantly sold out is basically because this is simply a GREAT product. Just sayin.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous mascara

Love this stuff. I have next to no lashes and have to spend a long time everyday building them up with out looking clumpy. Trust me I have tried everything from very expensive to very cheap and this is the best. I use this especially when I have little time and have to rush to put on my makeup. I can put on one or two coats and voila. Long full lashes.

Palettes -Urban Decay - Book of Shadows Vol. III
rated 5 of 5

My very first BOS and I must say I am remarkably impressed. What can I say I love everything about it. Even the kitschy pop up. I love that kind of flashiness. When I first opened it I was like a little kid on Christmas morning. So much fun. The shadows are beautiful and surprising to me that I actually use them ALL cuz there's always one or two in a pallette that I just overlook and have to forgive but not this one. I love to sparkle so the glimmery eyeshadows are a bonus for me.

Blush -MAC - Matte Blush - Bite Of An Apple (Venomous Villains)

Love this blush. I have been using it almost everyday since I got it. Sometimes I highlight it with Nars orgasm. This is one of the nicer packages in the Vemonous Villains collection in my opinion. Mine won't last long. Should of got some back ups.

Primer/ Corrector -MAC - Matte

Love this stuff bat first it seemed a little slippery but when used sparingly it makes my skin look so perfect and coupled with my msf I look wow if I do say so myself. Lasts all day even in Florida's relentless humidity. Everytime I looked in the mirror I was amazed. My friends want to know why I look in the mirror so much. I can't help it. Since I've been using matte my skin looks so smooth and velvety. I'm not a greaseslick anymore. I love Matte. The downside is this price but that is to be expected with Mac products. This little tube for $20 bucks! Ya you only need to use a tiny bit. The MA who sold it to me said she thought it was a lipgloss it was so small. I mean Mac could have at least tried to elaborate in the packaging to make me feel like I was getting more for my money. Like the UDPP's fancy tube with it's shiny cap. This matte is so understated that even the name is boring. Anyway Mac is still the Rockstar of Make up.

Liquid -Revlon - PhotoReady Makeup
rated 3 of 5

So I finally decided to give this a try after hearing such great things about it. I've been using MUF mat velvet and MAC Pro longwear both of which I love. The price was right. I think I paid $12 at Walgreens. Took it home washed my face, moisterized and primed with MAC matte. After applying I did notice the sparkles but that only made me happy cuz I love to shimmer and this is subtle. I do have oily skin but don't really need a full coverage. Well I did like the coverage and the shimmer but it just seemed to never dry. I had to powder and I don't always want to use a setting powder but this is a must or I looked greasy. Yuck. By the way I used a light application. I live in hot humid Florida and I don't think this would keep me looking fresh for more than an hour under the intense sun. It does have an SPF of 20 which is great. With lots of touch ups throughout the day and staying away from anything light to prevent transfer this foundation is mediocre. Maybe dry skinned users will like this but for me I most likely will have to return to using my faithful Mac and MUF.
