BEST. LIPBALM. EVER. I keep a million of these around so I never have to go without it! This feels so good on chapped lips and moisturizes like nothing else, the mint extracts are really refreshing and help plump up lines on my lips, making them look super healthy. Plus, it doubles as a breath mint in a pinch!
This is totally my kind of lip gloss, a warm and creamy coral nude with just a touch of shimmer. I love the way the formula feels as well, it's still a bit sticky but it's on the thicker side so it stays in place and I love the subtle tingly feeling it imparts on my lips. I do wish, however, that this was just a touch more pigmented.
whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa....whoa. It's like MAC pulled this concealer out of my dreams! I thought Makeup Forever Full Cover was as good as it was going to get considering there are so little concealers out that there that provide full coverage and are actually long wearing but that one was so thick and difficult to work with. Not Pro Longwear, for how much coverage it gives me over my dark undereye circles, I'm really shocked at how smooth and light this glides over my skin. Plus, the finish is really natural and sets really quickly. I just dab a little bit on with my fingers, set it with a translucent setting powder and I'm good for the whole day. The only thing that I don't like about this product is the packaging, I love that it's airtight but the pump is difficult to control and I dispense way too much sometimes. However, at $16.50 for a generous 0.30 oz, it's an awesome price point.
I would absolutely love this if it weren't too drying/irritating for my face. I like how it smells, the fact that it takes off all my makeup, and it feels really refreshing and tingly because of the menthol. It's also a great value for the price, which is why I use it on my chest and back to keep body acne at bay and it's been working really well for that.
Shampoo -L'Oreal - EverSleek Intense Smoothing Shampoo

I've been on the search for a shampoo formulated without silicones for the longest time and was so excited to try this line out because it's advertised to be silicone-free. As someone who washes her hair every day, I also liked the fact that this is sulfate free because it's very gentle. This shampoo smells great and though it doesn't lather as much as non sulfate-free shampoos, my hair doesn't feel weighed down or gunky. However, my hair and hands do feel coated with a thin layer of oil when I am rinsing this out, although it is advertised to contain argan and sunflower oils in it. I've tried both shampoos from the Eversleek line and I like them both very much, this is my favorite line at the moment.
I wish I had more occasions to wear red lipstick out because this one is seriously the perfect shade for my skin tone, NC25/30. It is a rich, and crisp shade of bright brick red that doesn't turn fuschia or make my teeth look yellow. The only thing is, make sure your lips are exfoliated and lightly prepped with a balm because the texture is not very forgiving (extremely pigmented but kind of dry) and will accentuate lines and flakes.
I think this mask is really cool, I've certainly never seen anything like it. It comes out of the tube as a sticky black gel and you apply it all over your face until it dries into a film, which you then peel off in one piece. It smells amazing too! I don't think this will give long term benefits but it certainly made my skin baby soft and smooth after I removed it, sometimes it even pulled out some of the blackheads on my nose like a pore strip.
Makeup Brushes -Sonia Kashuk - Synthetic Flat Top Multipurpose Brush

No complaints here, this brush is pretty much true to its name. I can use it to apply all kind of textures from liquids to powders and it works just as well for blush application as it does for foundation. But I only own one, and I like it best for my daily application of mineral foundation. The synthetic bristles are really soft, durable, and densely packed. The brush itself has a nice weight to it and is constructed really well, the shape of the handle is also really comfortable in my hand.
This concealer is just ok. The shade I picked out, NC30, was a perfect match for my skin and didn't oxidize, plus it went on really smoothly and covered up my imperfections very effectively but it just doesn't last and I wouldn't trust this concealer to hold up for very important occasions even though I really like how it looks. In the end, longevity is the most important factor for me and a concealer that looks amazing freshly applied doesn't do much good if it settles in lines and rubs off within an hour.
This mascara doesn't really do anything for my lashes, which are fairly long but on the thin side. The rubber bristles make my lashes look more separated but there is absolutely no discernible volume or length when I apply this and when I try to layer it, I start getting the unsightly spidery, tree trunk lashes. Plus, the formula doesn't last very long and ends up smudging on me within a few hours. However, I've repurposed this as a mascara for my eyebrows and it works perfectly for that because it tames them and tints them lightly without being crunchy because it barely applies any product.
Enchantress is probably about the second lipgloss I've ever used up in my life, which is saying a lot because I always get bored with a makeup product before I finish it up. It's a gorgeous warm peachy beige base with a subtle golden pink sheen, the pigmentation is perfect and it goes with everything. I'm not a fan of the thickness of MAC lip glasses but a light layer of lip balm underneath fixed the stickiness issue in a pinch.
As far as price and performance goes, this product can't be beat, It visibly calms down any redness and swelling related to acne on my face in one use. The only thing is that it can be a little too drying if left on too long or applied too thickly and it makes my face smell kind of funny the next day because of the sulphur in it. Although this product is not the end all solution to my skin care woes, it's helped neutralize/dry up a lot of pimples in the past and I can't imagine not having this in my medicine cabinet.
This top coat has changed the way I feel about painting my nails because it dries ridiculously fast! It also noticeably makes my polish last much longer than they would on their own and gives my nails a really glossy shine. The formula is a little thick but I like to layer on a lot anyway so it doesn't bother me. The only cons for me is that the fumes that come off this topcoat is especially strong and I am wary of the fact that it does contain toluene.
Despite the fact that this is not a particularly unique scent, I like Pure Seduction a lot and I love to use the body mist in my hair for everyday. Unlike many scents in this price range, it doesn't transform into something completely obnoxious once applied and lasts a long time. On me, I think it smells like a delicious, grown-up version of fruit punch and I always get complimented when I wear this.
The color of Pink Teaser is not especially unique, a warm medium pink that is laced with fine golden flecks of shimmer. However, Chanel has executed this combination flawlessly because it looks absolutely beautiful in every single lighting condition. The pigmentation is great and despite the obvious shimmer, the formula is very light and comfortable on my lips. I'm sad that this shade is limited edition but I will definitely look into more shades in the future.
