Bought this at the same time as when I got my foundation in NC42 and somehow I started using this concealer as a main foundation instead. The fact that it's really liquidy than any other MAC concealer product and somehow the shade match perfectly with my skintone. (NC 42 of Pro Longwear foundation was slightly too yellow for me) Easy to carry around and I don't really need that much for my face, perhaps only 2-3 drops. Definitely my new HG foundation this year!
I'm on my 2nd week and using the Extra Strength one. No new breakouts whatsoever BUT! My face started peeling mildly which was for a good change...and it only happened on my first used. I notice my old stubborn blackheads has became softer and smaller in size, I also noticed my cotton pad has some blackheads on it. Which means I don't have to go through (my bad habits of) squeezing em anymore. My face is clearer than ever. By the way, I normally leave it on my face for half an hour before I apply my next lotion and I only use it once a day before going to bed. Will try the Regular Strength after this. Update* I'm now about to start my 2nd bottle of Regular Strength...and it is absolutely the best thing. This formula smells better and sinks into my skin really fast, no sticky feelings and no more acne even on that time of the month.
Awesome cleanser! I was previously using DHC soap and knew it's probably not a great idea due to of its pH balance so I was deciding whether to try this or Murad and since this one has more positive comments here, so I ordered online and the price was pretty reasonable. I'm on my 5th use and I really like it, no alcohol or any perfumes and it cleans off my mascara too. No squeaky feeling after rinsing. Feels very clean afterwards.
Wowwwza...My new HG on the shelf! I have always been a MAC user as it seems to be the only brand that can really match my skin tone. I tried it all from Face & Body, Fix Fluid etc...but back then my major drama was after half day it left me with greasy oily yucky melty face and on top of that I had some stain on collar of my uniform while Pro Long DOESN'T sometimes I don't even have to blot. I have been dying to get my hands on this since last year and reading raves on MUA was even driving me crazier and finally here comes the Pro Longwear I have always been waiting for as they just recently launch in Thailand late September. Their NC42 for this one seems less orange and slightly lighter compare to Fix fluid. It glides smoothly on my face and sometimes to gives more coverage, I then add a bit of MUFE HD#128 on top. But it's also perfect on its own. I just can't work out how to build the coverage cuz it sinks into my face so quick. Oh! Forgot to mention...No breakouts!
Cleansers -Biore - Kao Make-Up Remover Perfect Oil

I decided to try this because of the cheap price and I ran out of DHC Deep Cleaning Oil, which is my HG cleanser. I'm allergic to fragrance/perfume and this one has a mild scent which it's okay but doesn't mean I like it either. I used it while my face was dry a couple of times but I couldn't figure if using on wet or dry face works out better because either way it still didn't make me feel like I can cleanse off all the oilness. I won't repurchased this unfortunately.
Given that I have used Acerola Extract and it faded acne scar much better, that's when I get to see the big difference of how less effective of this product is. It didn't calm my acne as good as Blotting Lotion but since I bought a full bottle I might as well use it until I finish it but won't be buying again. P.S. the texture is definitely not a gel, more like liquid just like normal lotion but it sinks into my pore pretty quick, well it contains alcohol so that explains it all.
Oh gawd...the smell was awful but not sure if that's suppose to be good. I only got in sample size and surprisingly found out that here in Thailand has run out of stock for few months. I do have few tiny congested acne and currently using pure soap which I'm okay with it but still looking for something that works better with my acne.
Got tester and used it twice, clear and silky smooth feeling but to me it didn't control oil or work well as good as Clinique pore minimizer instant perfector.
I first bought a small 40 ml. bottle and didn't like it, took me awhile to learn how to use it properly and realized my face has less acne because of this product. I tend to put on all sorts of make ups and it's amazing how this oil can cleanse off really well. I use it everyday and will definitely continue to use it forever.
I love this product! I only used one bottle so far but I noticed a huge change on how my scars faded so quick. After I ran out for awhile I simply know how effective this product works and I'm about to buy my second bottle soon...can't wait. Minor bad thing about is...the smell but it absorb really fast and the smell doesn't stick on face for that long.
When I first used this soap, I couldn't stop sniffing the smell, to me it was like rice or something. Although the lather of the soap was okay until after washing my face was too squeaky and kind drying which is good for my very oily face in summer. I figured it's mild soap and soap is meant to have different pH balance etc. At the moment I'm using Washing Powder which I find it more suitable for my face but I still alter it with this Mild Soap occasionaly.
I'm really surprised with this oil; it has dramatically faded my acne scars pretty good. I like how it absorbs so quick and does not leave my face oily. The smell doesn’t bother me at all. At first I thought it smell like fish but after sometimes I think it’s more like wood or something like that. Although I started this rosehip oil together with Lush Dark Angels, Nordic Naturals Omega 3 so I don’t know exactly which product has helped my skin texture the most. One thing I have to mention is when I started these three, my face started getting flaky and peeling but I'm not sure if that was due to weather because I went for holiday to another state. But anyway so far I really this product, doesn’t clogged my pores or break out at all.
I was a Coalface fan before Dark Angels has released. This is definitely my new HG!!! I've been using it everyday although I don't find it harsh on my acne-prone skin but it has dramatically improved my skin texture instead. I love how it leaves my skin soft not squeaky clean like Coal face. I've also noticed my blackheads on my nose were mostly gone. And like many other says - those black residues it leaves behind doesn't impress but for me I just simply wipe it out with Lush Tea Tree Water which has work wonders!!! The only bad thing is, it creates extra work cleaning up fingernails. I'd still give it 5 lippies though...cuz this is the best cleanser for me so far ;)
Toners -Unlisted Brand - Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar

I dip a q-tip in the bottle and dab directly onto the pimple...it works wonderfully and pretty much dried up the next day. I also normally use it as a toner twice a day, diluted or sometimes undiluted and I don't find it too harsh or have any burning sensation, how great! The smell is really off like someone here has mention..."old socks" ugh!
It's good that this doesn't have alcohol like other toners but it feels like spraying plain water on my face, I first thought it was not doing anything but when I stopped using it for almost a month I think I see the changes, so I went and bought it again and yes! my skin texture looks better. I decided not to give another lippie because of the spray nozzle.
