Eye Shadow -L'Oreal - Studio Secrets Professional The One Sweep Eyeshadow

I received this product as a bzzagent to try and then to give my opinion on. I have to say, this is the worst thing they have sent me yet. It is confusing to get the application right, and even when done correctly it barely shows up. I like the colors individually, but this gimmicky product is one big fat fail.
Lip Gloss -L'Oreal - HIP Shine Struck Liquid Lip Color Splendid

I love this liquid lip color! The consistency is smooth, not sticky at all. The color looks great on me, and I have a really tough time finding a nude lip color. I love to pair this color with more dramatic eye looks. I bought this on clearance at CVS, so I'm sure it's being d/c'd which is a shame because I would be a life long user!
Lipstick -L'Oreal - Endless Lipstick - in the buff

I am so bummed that this is being d/c! I have the worst luck with nude lip colors, and since this one was on clearance I decided to give it a shot. And I love it!! It is the first nude color that has not washed me out or made me look like a corpse. It doesn't dry my lips out, but I usually wear it with Revlon SL in nude lustre on top. It wears for long enough to suit me, and it would probably wear for longer if I didn't put a gloss on top.
I am a Color Stay fan, but I decided to give this a try. I really like it. I like the way it makes my skin look luminous and glowy. I also love the fact that it comes in a pump bottle, I wish Revlon would put all their liquid foundations in a pump bottle! I set it with powder to prevent too much "glowing". It lasts all day for me with normal activity. I will definitely repurchase and I will switch back and forth between my beloved Color Stay.
These are great for anyone who likes the easy "un done" bun look. I can't believe no one had thought of them till now! I recommend these to any woman who has long enough hair to put up.
This mascara is great for when you know you might be shedding a tear or two. It doesn't come off till you take it off at night. I like it that I don't have to use a make up remover to get it off, just a few cotton pads and warm water. I will probably repurchase this mascara. I don't believe in "holy grails", but this mascara is the first one in a long time that has impressed me enough to buy it again.
This is the first highlighter I have ever tried, and I guess I got lucky, because I love it. I am very pale and this adds a nice glow to my cheek bones above my blush and to my temples. I use a small flat topped brush to apply and that works the best for me. It is a bit pricey for a drug store item, but it lasts forever.
This product is not moisturizing at all. I thought it would be like the other Nivea lip balms I have, but not at all. The only thing I like about this lip balm is the packaging. I will not repurchase.
I just got my palette from Sephora. The e/s are wonderful, everything an e/s should be. I think almost anyone will be happy with their purchase if they decide to buy this palette. Update...I've been using this for the past few weeks and I'm in love!! I reach for this more than any other of my neutral palettes. I love the texture and feel of the shadows, very buttery and smooth. I have not experienced the fall out that others have talked about.
Crème -Cover Girl - Cover Girl TruBlend Whipped Foundation

I am so sad this foundation is being discontinued. I never noticed it until the 50% off sticker was slapped on it at CVS. I've wore it for the last 3 days and am officially in love with it. I'm bummed that I didn't find it sooner! I love the texture, it's so smooth and creamy and glides on my skin wonderfully. You can't even tell I'm wearing foundation when I have this on, my skin just looks perfect! I have lupus and mild rosacea and this covers up all the redness perfectly even with out a bunch of concealer. So, I'll say it again, I'm sad to see this one go.
I got this as a Christmas present today. Of course I used it right away and I love the floral scent! It's not too heavy and it has great staying power. I think this scent would appeal to many women. Give it a shot!
Concealers -Maybelline - Dream Mousse Concealer [DISCONTINUED]

This concealer has a great texture, it's creamy and it smooths over skin easily. The jar is also great, you can get to all the product, no waste. The only thing I don't like about this is that the shades seem very "orangey". Other than that, it's great.
The best winter moisturizer around, hands down. It does wonders for my dry hands, elbows, and knees. I am a life long user. I recommend this to anyone in need of relief from super dry skin.
Blush -Wet 'n' Wild - Silk Finish Blush 831D Pearlescent Pink
lupiechick77 12/19/2010 12:46:00 PM
I love this blush! It's very pigmented so a light hand is needed. It leaves a beautiful flush of color and I think would look great on most skin tones. Also, you can't beat the price. I shunned Wet and Wild products for years because of memories of bad lipstick in my high school years, but they have definitely redeemed themselves. Another win for a bargain brand!!
I really did not like this foundation at all. First, the color choices were terrible. Even the lightest shade looked "tan" on my skin (I'm buff in Revlon CS). The price is way too high for a d/s foundation. There are just no redeeming qualities to this foundation. And it looks cakey and fake on the skin.
