Lovely colour in the pan. I had such high hopes! Unfortunately it turned into a very ugly orange on my fair skin.
Concealers -Lancome - Maquicomplet (Complete Coverage Concealer)

I can't believe I haven't written a review for this AMAZING product!!! I've been using it for years, not as an under-eye concealer, but to cover up the few blemishes or red spots that I get from time to time. I don't know what I would ever do without this. It's a PERFECT match for my skin. I'm a LLL and was using Light Buff but recently switched to Ivoire. It covers everything beautifully where it doesn't look like I'm wearing anything at all. If there's only one product that I could keep with me for the rest of my life it would be this. I really love it!
Lately I've been having a problem with dandruff and flaky scalp. Everything I used would just aggravate it. But as soon as I started using this shampoo my hair is FINALLY CLEAN. Not a flake in sight! This shampoo also smells great. I would definitely repurchase.
Styling Products -KMS California - Curl-Up Curling Balm

Did absolutely NOTHING for me. I have wavy-curly/frizzy hair. Created no curls whatsoever. No definition at all. Just a frizzy mess. Complete waste of money.
Lip Gloss -Christian Dior - DiorKiss - 858 Pomme D'Amour (Caramel Apple)
luciannah 6/24/2004 10:09:00 PM
I tried this on at the Dior counter. I've been looking for a gloss that will make my lips look very red and juicy. This definitely accomplished that. When I caught up with my mom and her friend a few minutes later they immediately loved my lips and wanted to know what I had used. I will go back to purchase!
I actually like this. It's not as bad as some of the reviews make it out to be imo. It thickens my lashes very nicely, making them appear very full. It will replace my Clinique Naturally Glossy Mascara and Maybelline's Full and Soft because it achieves the same affect and is MUCH cheaper. Follow the advice given in ATripodi's review below and you'll see a huge difference. HTH! :D
Very beautiful colour. I didn't buy it b/c it's too expensive for me right now. The MA at MAC put some on me and I must say that my eyes looked gorgeous! It's a natural look that polishes you up a bit. Gives you a "clean" look, if that makes any sense. I would definitely buy it!
Lotions/ Creams -Vaseline - Healthy Body Complexion Moisturizing Lotion
luciannah 5/25/2004 1:10:00 PM
I find that my skin looks a *little* better with this product. It moisturizes well and does even out skin tone a bit. However, it balls up even when I apply a normal amount. For that reason I wouldn't buy again. Too much mess.
Has replaced my MAC Spice. The colour looks so natural. It crumbles a bit when you apply but i will tolerate it. You can't beat the price of $1! ***UPDATE: DEC. 1/04*** Has been replaced with MAC Dervish l/l. For some reason 666 was turning a very ugly brown on me. No longer natural at all. Dervish is WONDERFUL so far!
LOVE THIS!!! I use it for my face and body. I will never buy another cleanser for my face again. This is perfect and has replaced my Cetaphil cleanser. It is very gentle and doesn't dry my skin. NO breakouts and very soft skin. Yay!!!!!!!
Misc Beauty Tools -Clean & Clear - Oil Absorbing Sheets
luciannah 5/18/2004 10:09:00 AM
These are great! Usually by midday my face looks really shiny. These suck up all the oil while leaving my make-up intact. They are very expensive though. I will continue to buy until I find something cheaper.
Lotions/ Creams -Eucerin - Original Moisturizing Lotion
luciannah 5/12/2004 12:49:00 PM
I'm reviewing Eucerin LOTION, not the cream. There seems to be some reviews for the cream here. This lotion is INCREDIBLY GREASY!!! Yes, it made my skin soft but it was disgusting to apply. I love that it has no fragrance. I think I'll try the cream next time. This was WAY too runny. Would not repurchase.
Lotions/ Creams -Nivea - Renewal Night Creme for Body
luciannah 4/23/2004 6:03:00 PM
This body creme was just OK. Nothing special at all. I've been using it for a little over a week and I haven't noticed anything that makes this product stand out from other body creams. I don't find it greasy at all, and it absorbs really well into the skin. It has a pleasant fragrance. I prefer creams in a tub so, unlike many reviewers, I don't mind the packaging. This creme is a bit expensive for a drugstore brand, especially since you can find better things for the same price. Overall I wasn't greatly disappointed nor impressed. I would not repurchase.
I can't tell you how much I love this! I've been using AHA's and Retin-A for over a year now and my face is constantly dry, irritated, red, etc. I put some of this on my face every other night and it has calmed my skin down. MUCH less redness and my skin is back to glowing. I've kept up with this routine for about 2 weeks and so many people have commented on how much better my skin looks. THIS IS NON-COMEDOGENIC!!! I haven't broken out once and my skin is looking clearer. Apparently Vaseline is the skin-care secret of many older ladies who have fabulous skin. I will DEFINITELY repurchase. :)
Awful. I can't believe I fell for all the hype surrounding this product. Smells bad and tastes bad. No plumping. It does make your lips a bit rosier though, but so can brushing your lips with a toothbrush! Would not repurchase.
