Lotions/ Creams -J. R. Watkins - Apothecary Aloe & Green Tea Hand & Body Lotion

This is an amazing body moisturizer. I have to admit, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place when it comes to natural products vs department store products, and drugstore products. When I look around for an after shower moisturizer, I reach for this one. The smell is naturally fragrant and light. Moisturizes really well, too.
Moisturizers -Shiseido - Bio-Performance Advanced Super Revitalizer

I may have commented on this product before, but I have to reiterate how good it is. Yes, I've purchased this before, and yes, I came back to it. Why? Because it's the only cream that moisturizes my skin wonderfully and it keeps it from being too dry. I used Creme de la Mer in the interim, and I still use it, but even that isn't as effective in moisturizing as Shiseido's Bio-Performance Revitalizer.
This pastel, mint green color is so close to the Chanel Jade that was seen on the runways last spring; an uncanny similarity. The formula is long lasting -- I have had my manicure last over a week with no chips. The color is so pretty, and I get so many compliments on it!
This is one of the best Chanel Glossimer Lip Glosses I've purchased. At the counter I was about to buy Sesame, which I love also, but the MA proposed this color to me to add a little bit more colour. I usually don't listen, but I am happy I did. The texture if really nice too. Not sticky, not to gel-like. ~AJ
Skincare - Body -Bath and Body Works - Flowering Herbs body lotion

I used to wear this scent back in 1994. I feel in love with it's fresh out of the shower clean scent. It's a floral, but I don't smell herbs. I'm certainly stocking up on the shower gel and lotion when the semi annual sale happens next week. I still have a little bit of the cologne from 1994!
Lotions/ Creams -Lierac - Caryatide Reshaping Care

Great line. I love the Lait Cleansing Cream and the Toner Lotion. This product is high quality and over time, very beneficial to the skin.
Eye Shadow -Christian Dior - 140 Twilight Eye Shadow Quint Holiday 2008

This is the most phenomenal palette for a midnight dark smokey eye look. It's gorgeous! The quality of Dior shadows are unsurpassed because there is so much pigment. I can't imagine this not working with any skin tone. I have blue eyes and light skin, but I imagine it would look beautiful with brown eyes. I highly recommend it.
Eyeliner -Chanel - Le Crayon Kohl Intense Eye Pencil in Ambre 62
luba 4/5/2008 7:47:00 PM
This is a very easy to apply formula and Ambre is a gorgeous color for blue eyes. If you have blue or green eyes and like the smoky look, I highly suggest giving this eyeliner a try. The only problem with kohls is that they smudge and fade easily, but if you don't like waterproof formulas that you have to tug off, then this is a great product.
Eye Shadow -Chanel - Soft Touch Eyeshadow - Safari

I'm still unsure as to whether the formula of Chanel's single and duo eye shadows are different from their quads, the singles being softer. I love the soft easy application of this formula and I adore the color. It's a really nice taupey brown with a hint of shimmer; just enough to add a final touch without looking glittery. Love it!
I think this mascara works well, and does all the things it claims to do, namely thickening, lengthening, and curling. While I love YSL's 'False Lash Effect' and Shisedo's 'The Mascara', what I really love about this particular mascara is that it doesn't clump or dry your lashes out. I highly recommend it!
I bought this at Saks yesterday and am so happy with this product. A makeup artist told me that I didn't need to wear foundation, just this and the touche eclat. They work great together. I also love the packaging. It makes this product very portable.
This was recommended to me by a helpful woman in Sephora, White Plains (in "The Westchester"). For even coverage of dark circles around the eyes, this works wonders. She also suggested Vincent Longo's dual stick concealer, but they were out of stock.
I was recommended this lip gloss, by guess who?!?! Stacey, from "What Not to Wear". I recently put my friend on that show and Stacey was wearing it. It looks bright in the tube, but brightens up my light skin and blue eyes. I imagine it would do the same to you! ;)
I really loved this color on a customer of Lancome in Bloomingdale's while I was trying on make-up so I bought it. It's a very pale, golden color so depending on the lip liner you use and your skin tone, it can look great on everyone except for the exceptionally pale. It is probably meant for brunettes with olive skin, but I have blonde hair and blue eyes, light skin, and love it! 5 stars from me! or was it 4? whatever!
Lipstick -Christian Dior - Dior Rouge in Carefree Pink #132
luba 2/3/2004 10:34:00 AM
The quality of these lipsticks surpasses the Addict line in my opinion. They are creamy and long lasting. This color is very pretty and natural. It's perfect for the smoky eye/pale lip look. If you like this, try Cashmere Beige too...very similar but this one has a little more pink to it.
