I worked at ULTA and here are the reasons for the issues. The reason why they ask for info on cash returns is for loss prevention. Regular $3.50 and ad coupons will be restricted from prestige items the same way most stores do so. Macy's, Dillards, Sephora, etc.For being a rewards member you receive 6 20% off post card coupons with no exclusions. Return policy is great because you can exchange/return with a receipt with 60days if not satisfied. For every $50 u spend in a 4 month time period you move up a reward level for free items or your choice in a list. What other store will give you a FREE fragrance up to $40? Sephora is also not as busy, maybe that's the reason people feel they give better customer service.

Mascara -Bourjois - Effet Liner Mascara

This has got to be the best mascara out there. The brush on it is so unique. one side is for volume, and the other is for length. It really does its job of lengthening and volumizing your lashes. Unfortunately, i can only buy this product online. It was once sold at ULTA and i would get it for a great price with my discount. But i have gone out of my way to order it off their website because its totally worth it.

Mascara -Wet 'n' Wild - Mega Length Mascara

The mascara is only $2.99 and it is amazing for length and separation of your lashes. I like it because it doesn't flake or look clumpy. I apply this mascara after i apply either Tartes lights camera lashes mascara or loreals voluminous mascara. It works great for its price. A great go to mascara when you just cant grab your higher end brand.

Bronzers -NYX - When Leopard Gets A Tan

I love a lot o NYX products, but this one was not on of my favorites. I have purchased some of there bronzers before and loved them but this one in particular looks like you have patches of dirt on your skin. At least on my medium skin tone. the cute leopards print and packaging is awesome, but the color of the bronzer alone is terrible.

Concealers -Hard Candy - Glamoflauge Concealer

I have read so many reviews on this product and i had to try it. I finally bought it and i fell in love with it. I needed a great inexpensive but quality concealer. It covers my acne scars and blemishes completely. I highly recommend it to ladies who need a little extra coverage. It doesn't feel heavy and little bit goes a long way. It will last you forever. i have tried it all from MAC, makeup forever, bobbi brown,smashbox, urban decay, dermablend, tarte, you name it. and this $6 concealer beat them all. Hard Candy's best product. DO NOT discontinue!!!
