I think this works best for thin/fine hair. The negative reviews are usually from people with thick/kinky hair, but with my thin hair, it works great. It cleans my hair, and has a soft coconut scent. It makes my hair look voluminousness and doesn't make my hair feel dry at all. If you have thin/fine hair, this would probably work for you.

Works great for normal/dry skin. Only con is that it does not come with a pump :c
