i am totally confused by MY foundation since i can't find the shade i purchased anywhere. i bought it in a store so i'm hoping its not a fake one. when i search for foundations online i like to compare them to the ones i have so thats why i know there is no sign of my shade anywhere. for the record its 403 natural bronze and its not even on the rimmel's website.... btw i have the one with the glass bottle just like picture 5 (i know there is another glass version where the lid is a bit different).
Pressed Powders -Rimmel - Stay Matte Pressed Powder (ALL)

i purchased this product since i've heard so much good things about it. everyone said it was the best thing ever for oily skin so as it was so cheap, i had to try it. i have oily skin mostly on my nose and forehead no matter what i do and/or use so i was excited for this. well, it did nothing for me. it just stays a while and then oil starts showing and showing like i had no powder on. does pretty much nothing for me but i will keep using it since i spend my money on it.
i like this foundation and besides the revlon colorstay, this is the one that i have that stays longer on my oily skin. i dont find it particularlly easy to apply since it dries to a matt finish so i don't feel like it glides on easily. i like the coverage and the shade as well, it gives me a good everyday look when i dont want to bother too much about being shinny. i think this is the only foundation that i own which i dont powder after applying since it dries to such a matt finish - but i can tell it enhaces a bit my large pores and also some dry patches that i may have. but overall, i like it pretty good despite the number of bad rates it has! :)
this did absolutely nothing for me. the consistency is way to creamy/rich to not crease. the color payoff is no better and i get all the creasing as i was not using a primer. this could work as a concealer though, if you dont like to waste your money out.
on contrary to many reviews i've read about this product, i don't find it has a strong chemical smell or if it stings that bad. my packaging claimed a new vanilla fragrance so i'm not quite sure if this is really new or not. of course i'm not smelling it directly from the tip but i don't find it strong. the sting only lasts for 2 or 3 seconds but my lips are not cracked or anything. as far for the staying power i was really surprised, i was wearing a cheap lipstick and toped it with lipcote and went for some drinks and after about 4 hours of that jazz my lipstick was the same! it never happened to me before. i don't think the lips look dry but you can definitely feel a film on them that wrinkles a bit. the only downside was when i clean my mouth with a napkin and the product started to come off like little lumps. that drives me crazy so i clean my whole lips before a meal and after it i apply the lipstick+lipcote again. but i don't like to eat while wearing lipstick anyway so its no big thing. by its price, i recommend trying it.
this is the best foundation i have ever tried. i have the combo version and the the staying power is amazing and even in the hottest days it doesnt melt! i love the smell as well. i wouldn't call it a everyday foundation since it has a lot of coverage, but it is a staple to my collection. i only had the chance to buy online so i bought the hade 180 soft beige to match my nc30 studio fix, which is fine when im not tanned. when i went to buy a darker version of it for the summer days, i ruled by a chart thats on the web comparing the studio fix and the colorstay but imo its not correct. i went to the medium beige and its pretty much as light as the soft beige but has pink undertones! i was very disappointed with that.
I'm new to this foundation but i really like it. i was searching for a foundation-on-the-go and this one is easy and blends beautifully. the shimmer is detectable on the bottle but not on the face. the smell and shimmer is exactly like an old foundation by rimmel, the recover anti-fadige, which is now discontinued. the concept is the same so i guess this is an improved version of it. i'm a mac nc30 studio fix and bought this one in the shade soft beige which is a tiny bit lighter but you can work it with bronzer and blush, etc. the staying power i guess its good but im no example since my oily skin always wins with everything.
