Powder -MAC - Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation

Overall, a great product. I have dry-combination skin. At first, I tried it out and I wasn't sure whether I liked it. When I went back to it after trying other foundations, I forgot how amazing this powder worked. I used to apply this product with a highly dense flat top kabuki (Sigma F80) and I noticed it was SUPER cakey. I realized that because it's not just a powder, but rather a powder foundation. However, I switched it up and tried applying it with a fluffy powder brush (Sigma F25 because it's my favorite!) and it applied so smoothly. I love the canvas it creates because it doesn't look cakey nor does it look like I have any makeup on! It can, however, cling to dry patches, but that's if they're pretty severe. It's a great product and remember a little goes a long way. Btw, I apply it over concealer because foundation alone doesn't give me the coverage I desire--dark pigmentation scars and mild undereye circles.

Liquid -Neutrogena - Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup SPF 20

Pros: Coverage is AMAZING. I was impressed because I was under the impression that the foundation was going to be too liquified and runny. It works wonderful into my skin (with fingers AND with my Sigma Sigmax F80 brush). It's hard to find the perfect color only because I have a yellow undertone (Asian-American), but I was able to match Natural Beige pretty close. Cons: One word--packaging. I often waste more product than necessary and the foundation itself is NOT that cheap (usually runs ~$14 at Wal-Mart, Ulta, and CVS) for a drugstore foundation. Overall, I would purchase it again because Neutrogena does have benefits of improving your skin. :) most other foundations don't.

Moisturizers -First Aid Beauty - Ultra Repair Cream

Overall, it is a great moisturizer. One time, my face completely dried out because of the amount of the sun exposure I had received. I only needed a little bit of the moisturizer to put on after I had gotten out of the shower and washed my face. My skin was ultra soft the following day. You honestly don't need too much of it to get the results you want. It is so heavy and I can understand why it works wonders. That is probably the only issue that I have with it--the consistency. However, it isn't too bad that you would feel the greasiness for the rest of the day. Only once you apply it and after a few minutes, it is completely soaked into your skin.
