This is fine as a night time moisturizer, but I cannot use it in the morning before applying my foundation. When trying to blend in my foundation, it would cause the foundation to ball up and flake off. Gross. I've been using the same foundation for years so I know it's the moisturizer!
This could pass for an everyday colour, but it isn't boring at all. The texture is a dream. Cargo seems to have discontinued this, fortunately the pan's huge so I'll still have it for a few more years at least! I HATE the packaging though. It's no fun to fumble around with especially when you've just woke up and are trying to do your makeup at 6:30am. Plus, because it has been hanging out in my washroom the edge of the top cap has rust!
I don't even own this product but it's just so vile. It's pretty much what you imagine modern-day Elizabeth Taylor to reek of: heavy, stale baby powder. This is a perfume from hell.
A saleslady thrust a sample on me while I was passing through the cosmetic counters of a department store. I guess that's why samples exist... it's pretty young and girly, without smelling cheap. I also like the fact that it isn't a popular perfume. I get compliments, and I know the person isn't likely to smell it on someone else. The bottle is pretty cheesy though.
I purchased this mascara upon reading all the raves here and now I'm adding my own rave. While it takes some time getting used to this mascara, once you've mastered the application (repeated light strokes) it gives you crazy-dramatic lashes without any fallout at the end of the day. There are a few downsides though: expensive, dries out kind of fast, and a pain to get off. But despite not even using the waterproof version, this shit stays on during hot yoga, and the fact that it dries out before you run out of product just means you'll actually replace your tube every 3 months like you're supposed to.
This blush needs more love. I told the MA I didn't want a bronzer because I thought they always looked funny on someone as pale as me but this just worked. Looks pretty blah in the pan compared to the other NARS blush but goes on really nicely, without any chunky glitter. Excellent contouring blush.
