Lip Treatments -Bonne Bell - Coca Cola Lip Smacker

A tried and true favourite. Since I was little, I've kept coming back to Lip Smackers. The range of scents and finishes is really nice and they always feel good. I bought a bunch of these recently, not having tried the Coca Cola one before. I love it! The scent is soft and candy like and this is a lovely nude gloss for everyday wear.

Lipstick -Lancome - Rouge Absolu - Rose Nuance

I was given this as an unwanted gift with purchase by my mother in law and it's really nice. The colour is very rosy on me, more of a deep nude than pink or a red. Seems like this colour shows up differently on everyone! It's very creamy and moisturising on me, but I don't think I'd buy it again - it's a little too boring.

Lipstick -Maybelline - Moisture Whip - Wine and Roses

I bought this for $3NZD on clearance and its a very nice shade. It's quite moisturising and long lasting, and it doesn't kiss off as bad as some lipsticks I've tried do. I do find the packaging REALLY boring however. I don't think I'd buy this if I saw it at full price, but might buy it again if I found it cheap enough.

Lipstick -Clinique - color surge butter shine - fresh watermelon

I adore this lipstick, it's moisturising, glossy without looking like I've got 'porn star mouth' and the colour is DIVINE. My one niggle is that the colour bleeds quite a lot on me, but I'm willing to get over it and buy a lipliner ;) The casing is gorgeous and this isn't too expensive as far as high end lipsticks go. I love this because it's a lipstick I can wear without making me feel like I've been playing in my mother's make up bag!

Lipstick -Prestige - Champagne

This is a really nice nude lip which looks like my lip colour, but better. I like to wear this when I want to look really polished but not too made up (job interviews, important work meetings). It is long wearing and not too drying either. I got it for $5 at a cosmetics clearance store, so I certainly can't fault the price!

Lip Gloss -Christian Dior - Plastic Shine in Amorous Red

This is a lovely colour, both to apply and wear. I didn't have any issues with colour bleeding, and it stays put through photo shoots. It is a bit too dark and unflattering for me, so I don't wear it that often. If I found more shades I think I'd buy them though. Just a shame this is discontinued!

Eye Shadow -MAC - ShadeStick in Lucky Jade

I wish I could love this product. It's MAC, it's the perfect green - but it sounds like I must have got the older, chalkier formula or something. This takes quite a while to warm up to apply and drags across my eyelids. I don't wear it that often because it makes my eyelids look crepey and old - and I'm 20! It is the most divine colour though and when I do wear it, it lasts all day. I'll keep trying!

Eye Shadow -Prestige - Duo - Green Tea

I paid $5 for this at a makeup clearance store - bleh. This has little to no pigmentation - bought it mostly for the green, but can get NOTHING out of it. The champagne colour is so beautiful, but barely showed up on my eyelids, and I'm really pale - there's not much pigment there to contest with! What a disappointment. Would never buy again.

Eye Shadow -Red Earth Cosmetics - Eyeshadow

I have Illusion Lights #25 Deep Forest. It's a really nice dark khaki green that looks amazing with MAC's pigment Golden Olive. This applies really nice for me and it lasts okay without primer. Much better with primer, of course. I didn't even realize I could de-pot this until I read the reviews! So I've just put in a quad with a few other greens, I'm sure it will get much more use now :) Now what to do with the empty case.... hmm. I can't get these in NZ but would love to purchase more when I'm next in Australia.

Eyeliner -Almay - Intense I-Color in Black Pearl
rated 3 of 5

This product was pretty nice, I got it in a buy 2 get 1 free deal. I've used quite a few liquid eyeliners over the years and this made a nice change with the glitter effect - not too showy, just sparkly enough to be a bit different. However the wear isn't fantastic. It's lovely and easy to apply, but I find it's greying, fading or GONE by a bit four hours. I want my liner to last all day! Wouldn't buy again purely for this fact.

Eyeliner -Revlon - High Dimension Bronze Flash

This is an okay eyeliner, nothing special. Like the reviewer before me, I live in NZ and bought one of the mass imported ones from Trademe.co.nz. This doesn't stay very well on me and the colour isn't that exciting either. I believe I this a couple of times then pushed it to the back of the make up drawer (where make up goes to DIE!)

Eyeliner -Napoleon Perdis - Eye Pencil

I have this in 'Fiji' and was so excited to find a nice green eyeliner after looking for ages. I believe this cost me about $29NZD. What a waste! This takes forever for me to warm up just to apply it, and even so it drags across my eyelids roughly. I honestly don't know how the MUAs get this stuff to work when making up customers and convincing us to buy this crap! This was used a couple of times than relegated to the back of the make up drawer. I have since found a dupe colour in Modelista's six pack of double ended eyeliners, which is available at Target for $12.95! The dupe in this set lasts much better, has a creamier formulation and applies like a dream. If you're shopping in Target ladies, save your cash and get the six pack, not this!

Eyeliner -Revlon - Marble-ous Match - Sassy Brassy
rated 4 of 5

I really quite liked this product. It doesn't have the greatest staying power ever, but lasts well enough. Generally I apply some primer, then run the lighter shade round the whole of my eye, sometimes blending upwards on my eyelid. This really makes my green eyes pop, last time I wore it someone I had known for quite a while leaned closer and asked in a stunned voice "are those your REAL eyes?" I'd love to get more of this but it's a LE :(

Eyeliner -Napoleon Perdis - China Doll Gel Eyeliner in Equinox (black)
rated 1 of 5

I hated this product! I paid $37NZD for it, what a waste. I was impressed with the way the MUA applied this on me at the store, and it stayed on nicely, so I bought my own the next day. I was NEVER able to apply it! I tried and tried, but it was so horrible and dry that it never did anything but muss up the bristles of my brush. I wish I'd seen the baby oil tip sooner, but I binned this crap and went back to trusty liquid eyeliner. I may try MAC's fluidline in the future but I would never touch this again.
