I bought this on a recommendation from the Boards. My hair is very brittle, dry, and over-processed. I cant even run a comb through my hair without it breaking. So I was told this is a miracle in a bottle.....Works great, but no miracle. My hair is more moisturized, and softer, looks a little less fried. It definetely works better than the Pureology Reconstructor which literally dried my hair to straw. I used this with heat and with the shampoo and moisturizer that comes with the set. Ill keep this updated as I use it throughout the weeks for a weekly reconstructor.

Cleansers -Zia - Moisturizing Cleanser

LOVE this cleanser. THIS IS MY HOLY GRAIL! It makes my skin feel dewy and supple and moisturized. I love the tingly feeling I get when I wash my skin with this. It doesnt strip moisture from my skin and it is extrememly gentle. This was exactly what I was looking for. I would give this 10 stars if I could!

Conditioner -TRESemme - Vitamin E Moisture Rich Conditioner

I was looking for a cheap conditioner that would hyrdate my dry hair. I used this at a friend's house and I just LOVE IT! When I was putting the conditioner on my hair in the shower you can literally feel your hair being moisturized, its unbeliable supple and smooth in the shower. I let my hair air-dry and my frizz was significantly reduced. (No poofy hair!) I can actually run my fingers through my hair and it is tangle free. My hair is soft and bouncy. It's such a great product for the price!

Powder -MAC - Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation

I love this! This is so perfect for the actual 20 minutes I have every morning to get ready for work or school. Great for teens like me! This is the EASIEST foundation to put on! Just swipe my sponge on powder and dab my face. No blending, rubbing, up-close-mirror-checking needed.
This was recommended to me by multiple friends of mine, all who look absolutely flawless in it. I headed to my MAC counter and the SA put this on me. I freaked at first when I saw it on me...it was SO powdery and cakey!!! But I thought, "Well, I drove all the way down here, and it looks great on everyone else...heck, I'll give it a try and if I dont like it I will sell it on eBay :-P" Turns out, when you first apply this it does look rather cakey and powdery. However it sets to a natural finish after a bit. I dont use this as a concealer, I think it looks too powdery for me, and I need more coverage.
On days when I actually have time to do my "makeup routine" I use this just as my face powder over my regular foundation. I love how this is in a compact with a mirror and has a seperate compartment for the sponge. Very hygenic. I can just whip this out and check my makeup and powder or reapply a little foundtion for a mid-day fix me up. And who doesnt like to take out a MAC compact in high school? ;-) Oohh the jealous stares...haha just kidding. My only con about this is that I turn into a total oil slick greaseball in the middle of the day. Thank God this is in the compact..I can just repowder my nose and wherever else Im oily. See isnt this is so easy! This is the same foundation Paris Hilton uses BTW.

Lip Gloss -MAC - underage lipglass

I love MAC Lipglasses! They are the BEST lipglosses EVER! This is my favorite color. I saw it used on the show "Look-A-Like" on TV Guide for the Lindsay Lohan look-a-like girl. I like the thick goopy texture of them becase they SHINE and they STAY!!! My favorite lip color is a pale pink. This is the perfect Pale pink shade and it tones down my lips for my smokey eyes that I wear daily.

Foundations -Maybelline - Dream Matte Mousse

This is over-hyped massively-over-advertised CRAP.
Thats the only word I can think of for it. The color matches are perfect if you are an orange oompa-loompa, or love to look like a dead clown.
So sure, if you love that thick and cakey "LOOK IM WEARING 80's PANSTICK FOUNDTAION! YAY I LOVE THOSE SCARY MAKEUP DEMARCATION LINES AROUND MY JAW AND NECK!" look, then this is for you.
For 10 bucks I'd rather go to the mall and spend my money on some Department Store makeup like MAC foundations or Stila for the same price. I almost chucked this, but then gave it to a friend who uses it as a face paint. haha. how ironic....

Cleansers -Aveeno - Clear Complexion Cleansing Pads

I love the fact that this is Non-Comogenic, and Soap free. Ladies, that is what EVERY cleanser SHOULD have on their labels. I found this to be an average cleanser. Nothing special or extraordinary about it. So far I've been breakout free but I wouldn't give all the credit to this. I stopped using certain foundations and I feel it is because I stopped using them :) Takes off my makeup well, but not my eye makeup as much as my Olay Daily Facials did. One thing I dislike about this is the bulky packaging, but considering the shape and size of the pads, I don't see how the tub could be any smaller.

Bath Treatments -Aveeno - oatmeal bath

When I was in 7th grade, my body erupted in a severe case of allergic dermatitis. I was on Codein painkillers and had to visit the E.R twice. Both a doctor and a dermatologist recommended this. I tried it and I remember it made me itch even more. (I think it was due to sitting in the water) But it did reduce the redness and helped calm my skin down. However, I came up with this "genius" idea of slapping on the oatmeal bath on my arms and wrapping gauze all around my arms it to keep it in place. It looked kind of like a cast was on my arms. AND OH MY GOD...this was the only thing that helped sustain me through the terrible pain of the dermatitis. I was a miserable mess and the allergic reaction I was suffering from was the worst pain I had ever gone through. This was a lifesaver. I love Aveeno and I use their moisturizers and cleansing pads too.

First off here is 411 on my hair type: I have naturally thick wavy brown hair. It is very coarse espcially at the ends. I have EXTREMELY bad split ends due to a bad bleaching job done to my hair about a year and a half ago. I flat iron my hair about 2-3 times a week. This is WAY too strong on my hair. I didn't notice a difference at all. In fact, my hair feels like it's been "stripped" of moisture and anything else on my hair. After it air-dried, my hair was crunchy. I love Pureology but this just doesn't work for me.

Lip Gloss -MAC - Lip Lacquer in Varneesh

Im not a fan of the color. I just didnt like it and it wasnt what I exptected. But I like the actual "lacquer" product and this turned me on to the other lacquers by Mac. I dont wear lipstick and Im not a fan of it, it makes me look old. When Lipglass colors are too subtle and sheer for me, Mac Lip Lacquer has the pigment, gloss and shine I want.

Concealers -Yves Saint Laurent - Touche Eclat No 2

Definetely NOT a concealer. Touche Eclat does its job, so if you need a highlighter I recommend this. It turns out my face just doesn't need any highlighting. This really does lighten my eye area up...however it gets cakey and crease when applied anywhere else on my face. I really am not a fan of this highlighter...since it highlights my undereye are a little too much...I feel like I dont really need it. In pictures it looks like my undereye area is glowing and it really stands out...If you are looking for a highlighter then go ahead and use it, it does it's job...but I just don't I personally need a highlighter for my face so it didnt work for me.

Conditioner -Kerastase - Lait Vital Proteine

I have LOTS of hair which is dry at the ends, naturally wavy, and and tends to "grow" twice its size after washing and drying it. After using this my hair is so much more manageable! GREAT *EVERYDAY* conditioner. This conditioner REALLY DOES gives you soft, shiny, and MANAGEABLE hair! After washing my hair with this it made my hair less frizzy, less poofy, and have a nice healthy shine. My hair is so much more manageable! This really wasn't too expensive..I got it on eBay for about $20, the same price as my old conditioner. And boy this definetely replaces my Matrix Sleek Look conditioner! (Matrix was greasy for me and left my hair waxy/greasy, not healthy shiny). This may become my HG conditioner!

Moisturizers -Neutrogena - Neutrogena Moisture SPF 15

This is SO oily on my dry skin! It's like rubbing grease on my face! Whoever said that this is for dry skin is wrong, it's just plain greasy. It's not even moisturizing! After reading the ingredients I'm not suprised...most of the ingredients are oil-based! YUCK! And this made my skin break out.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
