This is my FIRST IMPRESSIONS. (I've only used this product one time) The first time I put this product on, not knowing what to expect, my face feels like it burns and a strong stinging sensation overcame my entire face. This being my first time using product, I seriously didn't know what to expect from it but I knew the sensation I was getting on my face must not be normal so I washed it off immediately. I have dry-combination, sensitive skin so it could have been something I was allergic to? Either way, I will not be repurchasing or using this product again. Into the swap pile it goes!

Moisturizers -Sephora - Instant Moisturizer

I got this product as a Sephora sample and only used it for 1-2 days. I have to say off the bat the smell is quite potent, like a jar of roses exploded in one package. I'm not used to smells and scents and have gotten pretty used to unscented moisturizer so it may just be me but if you're not one who likes strong floral scents in your moisturizer, I would not recommend this product. Otherwise, it works pretty well, I have dry-combination skin and this works fine on me. Hope this helps!

Moisturizers -Burt's Bees - sensitive daily moisturizing cream

I absolutely LOVE this moisturizer! It feels so lightweight, smooth, and has a silky soft texture to it that I love. Applies very easily and smoothly on your face (not thick like other moisturizers) and is VERY hydrating. Great for dry, combination skin! I use it for daytime and nighttime, and it is especially good for underneath the eye circles! Plus I have ultra sensitive skin and this product does not irritate my skin at all! Thus I absolutely love it and would definitely repurchase it!

Primer/ Corrector -Pixi - Flawless and Poreless Primer

I got this primer in my IPSY/my glam bag and was excited to try it out! This primer feels like a light moisturizer and when applied doesn't give you that "silicone" base feeling. Actually I prefer not to have the silicone base (this is where your primer feels ultra smooth and slippery--I don't like this as much because I just feel like my face is covered in chemicals!)..so if you're one that doesn't like that feeling either, you will like this primer. The primer itself feels pretty lightweight and natural on the face. However, aside from a slight different in the smoothness of application of my bb cream...I didn't notice a HUGE difference. The only thing I do like is that around my pore-ous areas (nose, and around my cheeks)...I notice a difference with using the primer and when without. This primer definitely helps to minimize your pores and smooth out those areas to help your foundation/bb cream/concealer to go on flawless. Overall I do like this primer over any other silicone base primer and might consider repurchasing this again in the future.

Eye Primer -Smashbox - Photo Finish Hydrating Under Eye Primer

I LOVE this primer! Ever since I got this as a sephora sample, I've been using it everyday to help me prime my under eyes before I conceal and I can definitely notice a HUGE difference! First of all the formula is great, really hydrating and not drying at all, not thick like other face primers and feels so good underneath my eyes! Secondly, when I apply my concealer over it, I've noticed a dramatic difference in whether or not my concealer "cakes" up and/or looks dry. When I use this primer, my concealer goes on very smooth and doesn't look drying at all (no fine lines visible). So thus, this has been a go to for me now. I will most definitely be buying a full size of this. The good thing about this is you don't need a lot of product to do the job. So even just a small sample size will last me a year at the least! Mascara -Pop Beauty - Smokey Lash Kapow!!!

Got this in my IPSY bag. Tried it and this just didn't work for me. It tends to apply really thick, a little clumpy, and I find myself applying several coats before I really see it making a difference (I do have dark brown/black lashes naturally). The staying power is average but by the end of the night when removing this mascara is it quite flaky and hard to take off without getting small bits and pieces all over my eye and face (even with a makeup remover)---which is my pet peeve with removing eye makeup! I would not purchase this again and unfortunately this product will probably be sitting in the back of my makeup drawer. :(

Mascara -Lancome - Definicils Pro (High Definition Curved Brush Mascara)

LOVE this mascara! I got the trial size from lancome (not the curved wand one)...but it is AMAZING and finely defines my lashes like no other! I especially like using it for my bottom lashes because it finely separates and distinctly defines each bottom lash and makes them look superb! I also like double coating with this mascara to give it more volume (since this is not really a voluminous mascara...I can see why people might not like it). But it definitely gives me the exact look that I want--natural and defined with a edge! LOVE it! It's expensive as heck but i might consider someday buying the full size...=)

Mascara -Almay - Get Up and Grow

I heard ppl rave about this mascara on youtube so I thought I'd give it a whirl. Turns out it clumps like crazy on my lashes! And I've never been a waterproof mascara type of girl so I don't know what I was thinking getting this mascara (since it's waterproof). The wear of this mascara is decent but by the end of the night when I'm taking off the mascara, it is completely dried up and flakes off when I try to wipe it off with my makeup remover. I think I even got a small piece of it stuck in my eye for a bit before I was able to fully get it all off...not a fun experience! If you like waterproof mascaras and don't mind the clumping then you might like this but it just did not work for me. sad. :(

Lips -Revlon - Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain - Lovesick

This lipstain is really moisturizing and hydrating and pigmentation is decent. Doesn't last forever though, probably a couple of hours if you're lucky. But I like the formulation. If you have the revlon lip butter in lollipop, they are very similar in color...you probably do not need to own both...hope this helps!

This lipstain is ok. I give it 3 lippies because the color barely shows up on my lips even though it is super hydrating and feels moisturizing and looks glossy (without the sticky aspect). I probably would not buy this again just because the pigmentation on this is too light for me. Maybe it will work if you have naturally light skintone and/or lip pigmentation.

I LOVE THIS POWDER. Bought this in store for $2.50 I couldnt' believe it! I wear the color buff and it is amazing on me! doesn't cake up, doesn't smudge, blends easily and just so natural looking! plus the ingredients are incredible and great for my skin as well! A WIN WIN. It's definitely an underdog drugstore powder and I highly recommend it if you can find it at your drugstore. I think it's being discontinued and/or transitioning out soon! So stock up while you can! =)

Lips -Revlon - ColorBurst Lip Butter in Peach Parfait

This color does not flatter my lips at all and barely shows up on my lips. It is a bit shimmery for my taste and thus I barely use it (looking to swap it actually). I've only used it twice and I can say I did not feel like it was doing anything for my lips sadly. I do like all the other lip butters I own, just not this one.

Lips -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter in Lollipop

Great lip butter! like all the other lip butters, very hydrating, moisturizing, and great color pigmentation, glides on super smoothe. This color is extremely vibrant and bright when applied fully, not like berry smoothie which is a more subtle natural color. But overall I like this for a bold, bright lip color! Not sure if I'll ever run out of this color...but if I do, then I might repurchase.

This is my absolute favorite lip butter! I love the consistency, so buttery and smoothe, glides on perfectly, and is very moisturizing! The color is amazing, a very berry natural color for any skintone! I LOVE this product and will definitely buy it again when I run out!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Typographic (from Matte2)

I LOVE this eyeshadow as well! It so velvety and smooth in texture and blends like a dream! I like to use it for my outer corner and smoking out my bottom lash line. It pairs perfectly with satin taupe (my other fav mac eyeshadow) as duo. Color pigmentation is amazing and color is VERY buildable! A must have in my mac collection. Highly recommend!
