Conditioner -Joico - K-Pak Reconstruct Daily Conditioner

I have never used conditioners regularly because I can get acne form it easily after rinsing well. But once my hair was damaged by dying I took a rise and try this conditioner. This is moisturising and light enough and I can use it everyday to prevent tangled hair and it didn't casue any pimple on my face.. Sadly, it could not mend my hair, I used it as maintainence for everyday then I'd use Joico Deep Penetrating tratment for repair.
This is not a product for people with rosacea and sensitive skin.It burns and stings like putting toothpaste on your face, my eyes waters everytime I use this. And the staying power is so strong , you have to use lukewarm to hot water to remove it. And since I don't have water-heating system in my house, I can't easily remove this and later develope acne later.
Treatments (Eye) -Clinique - Moisture Surge Eye Gel

I found it not moisturizing enough and can cause millia ( little bumps or clogged pores under your eye ) It end up dusty in my fridge for a long long time.
This review is for Gelly type not the new version.I have permed fine and fragile hair.It get dry everytime after shampoo and this treatment comes to rescue. Despite its light consistancy and it can detangeled my locks so easily that I end up using it every day. After rinsing, the curl is defined and healthy. But here is the CON, you can't use this everyday. It can only applied to your roots because it contains oils and can make your scalp and hair oilly. And you can get acne on your face if you use it too much. I decided to use this sparingly every other day and don't apply to ends around my face. In terms of curl defining, detangling and mositurizing, it does way better than any treaments I have tried Joico and Shiseido. Any you need little of this , it can last forever. But I won't buy again because it changes formula to creamy type which I suspect it can casuse acne for sure.
This review is for"CW Program Solution Hari Mask" Pink Tube Smells great, little of residue but not moisturizing enough. If you find your hair tangled after doublewash your hair, this won't help detangled it.But your curl will be nice and bouncy afterwards. The tube is squeez-able and easy to get last drop of treatment. Treatment : Water,Dimethicone,Hydrogenated Rapseed Alcohol,Diglyerin,Isopentyldiol,Behemtrimonium Chloride,Glceryl Oleate,Phenoxyethanol, Isostearyl Alcohol,Frgrance,Lecithin,Critic Acid,Glycerin,Hydrolyzed Wheat Protine PG-Propyl Silanetriol,Cystine,CI15984,Moringa Pterygosperma Seed Extract,Disodium Phosphate,CI 17200
This review is for CW Program Solution ( Pink bottle ) My hair is fine and fragile after perming my hair for 2nd time. Here is my comparison with Loreal curl shampoo.: Curl Maintainence : same as "L" eventhou I use everyday Residue : less than Loreal but also not enough moisturising. My ends get tangled constantly everyday even after using CW treatment."L" leaves residue on your sclap , need clarifying shampoo every 2 weeks. Cleanliness : foams well and scalp feels clean and fresh ( but you must double-wash of course) Same as "L" Acne : I always have trouble getting acne from shampoos and treatment. But this one hasn't caused any trouble even when the foams drips on my face."L" can casue acne if it drips on my face. Packaging : squeeze-able bottle with marks to determine amount left. You unscrew the dispenser and fill with water to make sure you don't waste any drop. For "L" which has pump dispenser you can unscrew it as well. The only CON is the price. One bottle is 200 ml but costs 18-19 USD. And I wash my hair everyday! So I'll buy it agian if I have money. For "L" 25 USD for 750 ml., "L" is way cheaper ! Shampoo :Water,Sodium Laureth Sulfate,Cocamidapropyl Betaine,Dipropylene Glycol,Distearate,Cocamide MEA,Glyceryl Oleate,DimethiconemPolyquaternium-7,Lauryl Betaine,Fragrance,Sodium Chloride,Phenoxyethanol,Sodium Benzoate,Critric Acid,Sodium Methyl Lauroyl Taurate, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Ethylerediamine Triacetate,Arginine,Glutamic Acid,Lecithin,Metthylparaben,Glycerin,Propylparaben,Cystine,CI 15985,Moringa Pterygosperma Seed Extract,CI 17200,Disodium Phosphate
Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express Turbo Boost Waterproof

I always have trouble with mascaras. Having oily skin and long lashes is not suitable for mascaras. I curl my lashes as usual, using Maybeline Curler.Take out the applicator, wipe excess masacra from the wand and apply one layer in zig-zag motion. The result is disappointing, my lashes slowly go back to long-stick-straight phase and if blink too much, it will smudge bad, really bad. So,for oily skin and long lashes... long wearing ? No. Volume ?No,Though my lashes are naturally lush, the wand makes them disappear into few chunks. Length ? Little bit ( my lashes are naturallylong )
Treatments (Eye) -Estee Lauder - Re-Nutriv Ultimate Eye Creme
little_me 11/3/2007 11:38:00 AM
I got the sample from BA, one little tube could last for months but I wasn't happy enough to continuously use it. I got tiny bumps under my eyes , I think it's too rich for 20-something.
I am allergic to dust and mites, so I rub my eyes a lot while I sleep. Now I have few fine lines around my eyes and have dark circles that can't be cured, unless I can get rid of my allergies.I want an eyecream that is moistuizing and can reduce my dark circle. I did a little experiment with LRP Hydraphase and FANCL rest eye gel. I notice a differnce, LRP is better ( but my drak circles are still here ! ) PRO : Creamy ( Emolant ) texture but doesn't clog pores and feel light, Nice smell CON : Can't reduce dark circle, make my fine lines WORST.It doesn't cause you an arm or a leg, but it has short shelf life and expires so fast after opening.
Nice smell, nice quality of grain ( moderate exfoliating ).ladies, give yourself at-home spa treats. You'll love it.
Loose Powders -Ettusais - Day Protect (Amulet) Powder
little_me 11/3/2007 10:45:00 AM
This is my first loose powder, so I don't have any brand to compare. PRO : Light coverage, cute ( but heavy ) packaging and leaves my skin luminous. CON: Not so oil-controlling, still needs blotting.Reapply may look caky. Not sure if it is a culprit for my acne or not, but I had a mild breakout after using it.
I've tried lots of facial treatments, and I love masks! But this one is a no-no for me. The mask is supposed to be moisturizing, certainly is, but it's too sticky! After using it, I had a breakout, guess it wasn't meant for me. Ingredients: Glycerin ( Normal humactant ) Rafinoss ( Humactant also ) and collagen The ingredients are simple, but I still don't know why it's soooo sticky and clogs my pores terribly. I had to use damp cotton pad to remove the residue on my face, then I put on Aloe gel and it was sticikier, yuck! NEVER AGAIN PRO: simple ingredients with collagen. Cotton sheet mask, is easy to use. Dry skin condition is relived. CON: Leaves sticky layer on skin without sinking into the skin, may suffocate the pores!
I have acne-prone, Normal/Oily,sensitive skin and have gone through lots of acne medication ( ie Benzoyl Peroxide, SA, Lactic acid peels and so on). So, my skin is sensitive to sun and normally I wear Japanese brand sunscreen such as OMI or my derm's sunscreen. But I wanted to raise my SPF notch up, that's why I tried LRP Antelios SPF 60. Luckily it was a sample, cuz I had bumps after wearing it for a day. Although this fluid is suitalble for Normal/Oily skin like me, I still think this formular is too heavy and contains too much alcohol. Eventhough it left sticky and shiny layer, the alcohol triggered my SD. I had trouble removing it without rubbing my face too hard ( PRO: waterproof is effective )and bumps came up along my forehead. Summary: PRO: Easily applied, really waterproof. CON: Sticky, may leave shiny layer and too much alcohol content. Not good for sensitive skin.
I have sensitive skin with reaction with yeast which breaks me out for years. So, using doc's med is a must and the med dries my face out! I have large pores on forehead and cheeks and my face is quite oily because the med really draws out my natural oil. So, after washing my face, I'll splash some of this toner and pat dry with tissue paper. I'm impressed!! My face is softer and no more huge pores. I know that the ingredients list is short, but if you have sensitive skin which reacts to almost everything from alcohol, salicylic acid, starch, benzac, I think you sholud give it a try because it is v. hydrating.
Skin condition : Sensitive and acne prone skin. Pores cloged easily, esp. with jojoba oil, coconut oil, alcohol d. and so. Unfortunately, this is not for me. Although babyoil and c . wax are non-condemogenic ( sp ? ), according to Acne detective, they sure do clog pores. Although it feels so smooth and non-greasy; unlike oil-based cleansers I've used( fancl, dhc and EVOO); it takes about 3 days to clog my pores and spread small zits all over my face. Not to mention the jar container which is iggy when it comes to sticking your finger into something like this, you need cottonbuds for this baby! Look on the bright side, it smeels yummy, hahaha!
