Treatments (Eye) -Shiseido - Future Solution Eye and Lip

Wow wow wow! This stuff really does deliver! I've only been using it a couple weeks, but it has greatly lessened the appearance of my crows feet. You know those smile lines that stay there even when you're not smiling? They smooth out when I use this cream. Paula Begoun may diss this cream (as she does everything), but the sum synergy is more than just its ingredients. Shiseido has found a way to deeply moisturize skin and keep it deeply moisturized.

I guess I'm in the minority here, but I didn't care for this product (thank goodness!). It smelled too soapy and stripped my skin a little. I'll stick with my La Mer cleanser. I have dry aging skin, BTW.
Meh. I've worn other long-lasting lip products, but something about the applicator was wonky. No matter how much I tried, I could not get an even lip line. The color definitely does not survive the eating test -- any oil and it's gone, faster than the drugstore versions of this. And the clear gloss? Ridiculous -- as another reviewer said, after 10 minutes it's gone. I prefer just a lip balm, not some goopy liquid that you apply with a tiny brush.

LOVE this super-rich dream cream!!! It's winter in Ohio, and this is the best night cream. Unlike many, this is still on my face in the morning, my skin soft and supple. Yum!!
I love this. It works well on my sensitive aging skin, especially during the day (I use a richer cream at night). I've tried just about everything (La Mer, Fresh, high-end and drugstore brands) and I always return to asian skincare products. As far as whitening, I haven't had it long enough to notice anything. As a moisturizer -- yum!
Yes, it's ridiculously expensive. Thus I don't use it for all-over body cream, but for my arms (KP) and chapped elbows. I keep the beautiful jar at my bedside table and slather up after a bath (I use Trader Joe's Coconut Body Butter for the rest of my body). So I get the scent, which I love. It's gorgeous, pricey, and I need to make it last as long as possible! UPDATE: I'm almost through the jar, and found the scent is beginning to bug me. I'm loving my Trader Joe's $5 Coconut Body Butter instead.
Lotions/ Creams -Trader Joe's - Coconut Body Butter

OMG, why have I just discovered this? I bought it without smelling it, was concerned I'd smell like sun tan lotion, but no -- it smells like coconut with a whiff of vanilla. Very subtle, and goes away. The cream consistency? Amazing, just as rich as my dry skin needs without being greasy. At 4.99 I'm going to go purchase a bunch more, this is a keeper.
WOW -- did this burn my skin, immediately after putting it on. I searched the label for menthol, mint, anything to explain the "cold burn". Hours later my face is still red -- albeit soft. Too bad, I liked the smell and consistency. UPDATE: After reading reviews, dummy me, I tried using this again. BIG mistake. My skin literally burns with this on it.
Oh, how I love this stuff! I agree with another poster, this is overkill for young skin. But being 51 with dry and sensitive skin, I adore it!
God, how I wish I had read these reviews before trying this. I too have used the regular Nice & Easy for years with no problem. This stuff? SUPER strong -- dyes your skin before your hair. The color came out much darker than it was supposed to. And the application was unbelievably messy. I know have seriously stained skin on my race and scalp, ears and neck. I just hope it comes out. Awful! UPDATE: Well, I've continued to use this as it stays in the longest. I just don't leave it on my hair as long. Still dydes the skin.
Shampoo -L'Oreal - EverSleek Intense Smoothing Shampoo

I really wanted this product to work. Which it did. After a week my 'cone-laden hair had gone from brittle to smooth & shiny. Except my scalp started itching. And after a week (used every other day with Eversleek deep conditioner) I woke up to huge amounts of dandruff, Yuck!!!! I used a different shampoo and conditioner and things calmed right down. Aughh!!! I've had trouble with other L'Oreal shampoos before; I'm wondering if I'd have problems with any of the Hair Expertise line.

Amazing amazing amazing! Really noticed a difference immediately. Very silky, wonderful under La Mer creme, like it even better thqan the La Mer serum
The best makeup primer I've ever found, the first one that really worked! Super rich, better for dryer skin.

Too harsh for my skin (and I used the "Tendre" one) -- seemed to really strip my skin.
