Pressed Powders -Bobbi Brown - Sheer Finish Pressed Powder

I'm really excited about this powder and I wish I tried it sooner! It goes on smoothly and makes you look amazing. I was using Clarins Shine Stopper Powder Compact which was just ok, nothing great and it didn't stop shine. I couldn't get ahold of that anymore so I switched to Chanel Natural Finished Pressed Powder which is very expensive, again just ok but didn't stop shine. I was tired of paying the price when not impressed. So I tried Bobbi Brown and I'm in love! I stay with a nice natural matte look for hours. It feels so soft on the face as well. Love it, hope Bobbi makes this product forever.

Bought this shade a couple of weeks ago. I love it. Very natural. I only apply 1 coat because I use 2 basecoats underneath so I prefer sheer colors. This my friends, is a sheer color! Love it....

Eye Shadow -Chanel - Soft Touch Eyeshadow - Lagoon

I love Chanel shadows. I use this shade from time to time. I find it looks incredibly lovely when paired over the shade Cinnamon. It's too blue by itself for me but that's probably because I use more brown/purple shadows more than blues. Ultimately, love it.

I love this color. It goes on so nicely and it stays all day. Never creases. And the name suits it perfectly. It truly looks like cinnamon! I usually do a light touchup of makeup around 5:30ish and don't even put more of this color on my shadow brush (I just use whatever was left from the morning on the brush) because it is incredibly long lasting as all Chanel shadows are. I use a base underneath so that may help as well. This is my go-to color that I wear most days over others. It's worth the price to me because it's great quality and has great longevity.

My favorite Chanel shadow. But sad to say I found out this weekend, they have discontinued this color. If you like it, email Chanel a complaint (as I have) and they will forward your complaint about the discontinuation to the appropriate department for review. Bring Lavande back!!!

Blush -Clarins - Multi-Blush Tender Raspberry 05

I use Clarins foundation and powder so I figured this would work good for me after my previous blush from another brand was discontinued. I thought it would work great but it is no good. First the blendability is horrible. It blends right into my pores and made me look like I had polka-dots on my cheeks. And due to that my cheeks broke out. I had to take it back and return it. I'm pretty disappointed since I do love Clarins. But I've found something wonderful that I'm madly in love with...Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge!!!

Blush -Clinique - Blushwear Cream Stick - Rosy Blush

This blush is horrible. After Clinique took away my favorite mousse blush I tried this but it doesn't last, it's sticky, and really shows the pores. This was my final straw with Clinique. I'm so disappointed in them anymore. I feel like their products have really gone downhill the past few years. I've switched to Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge which I love!

Eye Makeup Remover -Almay - Moisturizing Eye Makeup Remover Pads

I LOVE these eye makeup remover pads! I've been using them for years and it works great on my sensitive eyelids (unlike the horrible Clinique which irritates me) They remove eye makeup easily and really do moisturize my skin. I even use them in the morning before washing my face just to give some moisture to the lids. And after I wash my makeup off at night I also get a dab of this on my finger tip and rub it onto my eyelids for the night again for extra moisturizing. Works great!

Mascara -Almay - One Coat Nourishing-Thickening Waterproof

Don't know what the bad reviews are for. I can't find a better mascara cheap or expensive. This stuff holds the curls and lasts all day. Doesn't flake and it really does nourish my lashes and make them look thicker. I love it and I would die if they quit making it. However, I usually apply 2-3 coats for my lashes and not 1 but I don't care...

Eyeliner -Almay - Amazing Lasting 16 Hour Eye Pencil in Precise Black

I love this eyeliner I've been using it for a few years now. It doesn't tug on the eyelids like most pencils do...it glides on smooth and last all day. Sometimes you do need a touch up in the corners if you are prone to touching your eyes throughout the day but I love this stuff. I've tried other brands but haven't found anything I like better than this so I stick with it!

This stuff irritated my sensitive skin and it smells horrible. Not to mention it stained my bedding and clothes. Yuck!

Treatments -OPI - Nail Envy Original

I've been using this for a little over a year now. It has made my weak nails much stronger than ever before but they still break every now and then. I apply 2 coats and then the following morning I apply 1 coat of a shade. I don't apply the color the same day because it takes a while for the 2nd base coat to dry. It last for about a week and allows my color to last just about that long as well. I've tried this on my mom who has weak nails but it didn't work for her so it looks like it wont work for everyone.

I was excited when I saw this color because I thought it was going to be sheer with an iridescent feel to it. So I was thinking it was going to be very unique. But it was more of a milky color when applied to the nails. It looks nice but it isn't at all what I was hoping it would be. A lot like many other shades, there was no uniqueness. I'm pretty disappointed in it because I had such high hopes.

This is my favorite OPI color. It last about a week on my nails and is very natural looking and sheer which I love! It looks a bit pink in the bottle but on the nails I would say it looks more of a peach color. I actually apply one coat of this color over 2 coats of a base coat.

Self Tanners -Bobbi Brown - Sunless Tanning Gel for Face and Body

I've tried so many tanners over the past few years. Cheap, expensive... I have incredibly sensitive skin as well as sensitivity to sunless tanning lotion smells. This so far is the best one I've found. There is still a smell there but it isn't as intense as the other sunless tanners. Because it is a gel it will feel a bit sticky but I can deal with it. My skin doesn't get nearly as irritated as other products but I do still get itchy on my shins and sometimes around my collar bone. I have fair skin and have tried both light to medium and medium to dark. The medium to dark works better for my fair skin because I want to look like I have some color! If you just want a light touch of color then the light to medium would probably work better for you. I used this product last summer and will use it again this summer unless I end up finding something better.
