Woah baby! The make-up gods have finally heard my prayers. Let me begin with stating that I have tried so many powders over the years hoping to find the one that will offer good coverage, but also wouldn't cause break outs (which resulted in being next to impossible with my kind of skin). So I tried Lily Lolo, Laura Mercier, Sephora, MAC—the list is endless—and all left me disappointed. But THEN, I stumbled upon this beauty! I must admit, my expectations were sky-high after skimming through so many positive reviews, and this product did not let me down. I was thrilled to see how flawless my skin looked after applying, and even more excited to see that it didn't look a mess the following day. The shine control is amazing, and this is coming from someone who has very oily skin. Yes, the price is a bit steep as others have mentioned, but the containers offers so much that I don't see the need for replacement anytime soon. Also, keep in mind that since the coverage is so good, there's no need to cake on the powder; only a little will do. RUN OUT AND BUY IT!

Foundations -Lily Lolo - Mineral Foundation
rated 3 of 5

I use MUA as bible for purchasing new beauty products, and so while searching for a good mineral powder, I stumbled across Lily Lo. I purchased a couple samples to match my skin tone, and they were a pretty good bargain. They give you a generous amount for your buck. Thrilled to try it out, I applied the make up and noticed that it doesn't offer a lot of coverage. If you're into very light coverage, I guess this will be great for you...I instead was looking for a good coverage, since I'm not a fan of foundation or many layers of make-up (I tend to break out easily). I WILL say that this product did NOT break me out, and for that, I am thankful.

Concealers -Giorgio Armani - high precision retouch
rated 4 of 5

Honestly, after reading the reviews, I ran to SaksFifth to buy this bad boy. I think having my expectations so high is what makes me "eh" about this product. It's okay, but nothing extraordinaire. Save yourself the big bucks you have to fork over and invest in another concealer. Meanwhile, I'm back on the hunt. ***UPDATE*** After viewing a youtube review on this product, I learned the best way to use this concealer is by blending it in with your fingertips versus a brush or a sponge. I thought I'd try it out, and voilà! it blended in a whole lot better and offered a considerable amount of coverage than when I used a concealer brush. So although I do still stand by the product being over-priced, I did have to change my overall rating, and the product isn't as "eh" as I originally thought. :-)

Cleansers -MAC - Makeup Remover Wipes
rated 3 of 5

I was recommended these towelettes and was told they were the best. I was excited to give these a go and tried not to mind the fact that I spent over $30 for the big pack. Once I arrived at home, I removed my "Giorgio Armani Fusion Foundation" with my new wipes. I ended up using two of these wipes and my face was left red in certain areas, and looked irritated. I agree with prev. posts that it does leave your face feeling a bit oily and the smell does suck. I definitely wouldn't recommend these. On to next!

Tinted Moisturizer -Laura Mercier - Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20 - Oil Free
rated 1 of 5

When I was first introduced to this product, I was ecstatic. I applied it daily, seeing as it's oil-free, I assumed I could wear it without my face suffering any consequences. WRONG. This product, along with many of the Laura Mercier products contains bismuth, which causes my skin to break out terribly. I had to return this product along with the powder they offer. If you have acne-prone sensitive skin, I do not recommend this product.
