Lipstick -Clinique - Chubby Stick (all shades)

I have this in Graped Up, and I love the color. It's not too grape-y...it's a nude plum shade. Great soft color for work on my fair skin. I totally recommend it if you're thinking of trying. The strawberry color is quite pink, so I tone it down with a sand-toned gloss. Enjoy!

Fragrances -Dolce & Gabbana - The One

This is my current favorite perfume. I have the eau de parfum, and I think it's easy to control the amount used; I wear a small amount at the office so that it does not bother fragrance-sensitive coworkers, and I wear more when I go out. It's never overwhelming and is very pleasant. I highly recommend this!

Lip Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Pur-lisse pur-lip comfort

I received this as part of a Beautyfix kit. It retails for $22, and its selling point is that it's petroleum-free. If that's important to you, then perhaps it's worth the price. I found that the balm didn't last long enough on my lips and didn't have a lasting softening/healing effect like my "old faithful" Aquaphor does. The tube also lists "blue lotus, lupine peptides, sea silk, soy proteins and white tea" as ingredients. In a word, meh.

Eye Primer -Bare Escentuals - bareVitamins Prime Time Eyelid Primer

L-O-V-E! After 12 hours on the oilest of eyelids and undereyes, in sweltering 102 degree heat, my eyeliner, shadow and mascara are still in place. I no longer have to worry about finding the "perfect long-wear" eyeliner because I use the Prime Time for eyes. The packaging is a twist-up pen with a felt applicator, but I do not recommend using the applicator. Twist up a small dot and spread gently on eyelids and just underneath the eyes. As long as you use a tiny amount, it won't clump or give you a reverse-raccoon effect. Of course, I don't put it on my lashes, but I find that my mascara doesn't smudge against my oily skin when I use an eyelid primer like this. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have!

Treatments -Murad - Essential-C Daily Renewal Complex

Love this product! It does have a powdery finish, but I have found that it works best with a damp face. I splash my face with a small amount of water; the water really improves the application and absorption on my skin. This has been very effective in fading marks from acne and ingrown hairs in a short amount of time.

Toners -Unlisted Brand - BeFine Firming Toner

This is a nice toner; it was comfortable on my skin and didn't smell medicine-y or harse. I haven't seen any real results from using it, so I consider it just a "feels nice, doesn't do much" product. Caution: Don't spray it directly on your face - use a cotton pad for better application. If you get it in your eyes, it stings quite a bit.

Treatments (Eye) -Olay - Definity Eye Illuminator

Yipe - it stung my skin, above and below the eye. I don't usually have problems with products stinging, but this was immediate. I returned it right away and will return to my search for a lovely eye cream.

Tinted Moisturizer -Olay - Definity Color Recapture with SPF 15

I wanted to try this tinted moisturizer, as it was inexpensive and seemingly had all the ingredients and benefits that I wanted. Sure wish I liked it...I have a fair to light complexion and can use many shades of "light." This was definitely orangey once it touched my face. Sigh...back to the returns desk and back to my search for the holy grail.
