I was going through a bad case of break outs and was prescriptive two topical medications to use day and night. Needless to say, my skin was horribly dry and flaky. My other cleansers would only make my skin even more parched but this really helps down the hormonal acne manageable. I brought three slices of this and love it.
I have never been into the fad of b.b. creams, I prefer my old foundations but I decided to try this out. I have noticed that some b.b. cremes only come in two shades, meaning some of them might be too dark or too light. I picked this one, based that it was suitable for NC15-20. Its a light beige, almost flesh colored hue but once you blend it in, it becomes lighter. I like the fact that has a content of spf and that it covers most of my scaring without it becoming obvious and cakey. It does have that rosey scent but I enjoy it. Only problem is the pump dispenser, it might be a problem when I finish this up.
Lip Gloss -Burt's Bees - Super Shiny Natural Lip Gloss in SWEET PINK

Its such a pretty pink color. The fact that it has healthy ingredients drew me in. I dont mind that its clear, most lip glosses are but this lip gloss cant merit a happy nod from me. The scent is this strange sickly sweet aroma. The taste is quite sticky and gummy. I prefer Salma Nuances lipgloss.
Foundations -Unlisted Brand - Lucy Minerals Foundation

I always use foundation because I was never sure how well mineral foundation would work on me. I have oily, acne-prone skin but I was hearing so much about this, so I wanted to give this a try. After doing some research, I came to conclusion cream would be the best match. This gives great coverage in one application. I couldnt believe it. Good color match, great pigmentation. But here are the drawbacks. It cakes up after 30 minutes, it doesnt last long. If I can find a good primer or setting spray, I would throw away all my liquid foundation and keep this.
I'll admit, I love any powders that have spf. So when I saw this, I bought it. Its pretty expensive for a drug store brand and what really appealed to me is how yellow it was. I hate powders that are peachy, pink or neutral. So when I got this, I was ecstatic. It didnt turn dark on me but it didnt offer the coverage I needed. My lucy minerals was getting too cakey and was a smidgen to dark for my fair yellow tone skin, so I added this to the mix and I still got the flawless coverage without the cakiness or orangeness. It look wonderful. I hate the packaging. It sucks but I'm willing to pay full price. I hate spf lotion sunscreen, it makes me oily. This is a keeper.
Shampoo -Alberto Vo5 - Tea Therapy Vanilla Mint Tea Clarifying Shampoo

This smells divine. Like a sweet but minty scent. I get giddy using this but its hard searching for this little gem. I use the Strawberry and kiwi lime but if I was given the choice, I'd pick this for its awesome smell and its gentle cleansing.

Omg. I have really oily scalp. Every three days, I have to wash my hair or my it becomes like a grease mop. This cleans my scalp really well but it does not damage it. I use a good conditioner for my curly tresses but thus stuff smells good.
Liquid -L'Oreal - True Match Lumi Healthy Luminous Makeup

Again, I fell for this gimmick. I tried the TrueMatch and it was way too peachy for my liking. I thought, hey, what the hell, this might be different. Its pretty much pink. I got W1-W2 and it was a bit too light, the shade up was way too dark. It gave a pretty luminosity but the color just killed it. Good concept though.
It is how it's described. A lovely candy or bubble gum pink. It has a bit of shimmer but its alright. Nothing like sparkles or glitter. Although it looks frightening on the pan, it goes soft and sheer. I've looked everywhere for this particular blush and now I can rest easy.
This was my holy grail. I thought my search for the perfect foundation was finally over. When I was perusing around the Target aisle, looking for a yellowed tone foundation, my eyes caught to the Sonia Kashuk counter. I got the lightest shade (Bisque) for my NC15-NC20 skin tone and it matched perfectly. I am very yellow tone. Most of the foundations I've tried are pink, peach or neutral. The packaging is pretty sweet. It look like my skin but even better. I wore this to school nonstop because it provided a wonderful glow and light coverage. Week two came around. My face was itchy for some reason. It must be the summer heat. OMG. I broke in massive cystic pimples all over my face. I mean I get pimples because its within my skin's nature but this was different. My little sister was even taken aback and she usually sees me bare faced at home. Once I stop using this, the acne vanished. When I look at this, I cry a little. So much for HG foundation.
I try this before. I'm not sure it made a difference to my skin. It didnt feel as though as though it thoroughly cleaned my skin.
Fragrances -Parfums de Coeur - Body Fantasies Cotton Candy

I love this. It smells so sweet and fresh. This goes great when you feel blah and need a instant pick me up.
Blush -Sonia Kashuk - Beautifying Blush in Flamingo

The square compact seems to hold more product which puzzles me. This blush is such a beautiful bubble gum color. Not many DS make light pink blushes but this is an exception. Its scary looking in the pan but the effect is about a true blush in the cold morning.
Blush -Milani - Powder Blush - Pink Craze [DISCONTINUED]
liladriana07 6/7/2012 8:22:00 PM
After reading all the reviews, I badly wanted to add this blush to my pink blush collection. I hate peaches so bad that its enough that I wont even glance at it. When it finally arrived from mail, I balked on how small it was. It appeared as a small eyeshadow but the color was so beautiful. A light, pink sheen that looks fresh from the cheeks. Too bad its discontinued. One of my favorites but since its a rare find, I wont use it that often.
If it ends in 0, its yellow-neutral, if it ends in 5, its pink-peach. 110 is mostly meant for NC15, the next shade up is orange for my skin tone. It gives off a dewy and glowy appearance. It transfers and doesnt last long. Good concept though.
