An okay powder. For an inexpensive one, CG has better. Mac Blot is the best on my combo/oily skin. The packaging is horrible, but I still keep this in my makeup bag because it is a cheap backup in a pinch.

My skin loves this. I only use this at night on a clean face, and it absorbs well. I brush my teeth, wipe the counters down, or whatever and let it absorb and follow with moisturizer. After a month the very fine crows feet are gone, and more pronounced wrinkles are much softer. Overall my skin has a better tone and clarity. I love that the pump dispenses just enough for where I want to apply. The only drawback for me is the smell. It smells like Maple syrup to me. It may just be me, but if so there are worse things than dreaming of pancakes every night.

Misc Beauty Tools -beautyblender - the sponge

I have combination to oily skin. It gets super oily in the hot Texas summer months of 100 degrees and way above. I use EL Double Wear or Revlon Colorstay, as they are the only foundation that will stay on my face with sweat and oil. For me, the beauty blender ruins the stayproof application of these foundations. These work better for me with clean finger application.. The blender is fab for lighter or less coverage foundations. I have bought, and would re-buy it. I just don't like it for MY foundations. It gives an airbrushed look to makeup, and blends seamlessly if applied properly. Price is ridiculous for a makeup sponge.

Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - Color Icon Trio - I'm Getting Sunburned

I like the pink "browbone" color on my lids, and a sweep of the crease brown in the crease. I never like the eyelid colors of W&W, and almost always prefer the browbone highlight on my lids. These shadows do give outstanding quality for the price.

Primer/ Corrector -L'Oreal - Revitalift Miracle Blur

This works for me. I know we all have different skin textures, issues, wants, etc.. But this stuff is so good that with a swipe of undereye concealer I don't need foundation. I love this stuff. It really diminishes the pores and helps on the finer lines and texture under my eyes. I used to buy something from Estee Lauder that worked almost this good.

Horrible. I really want to like a BB cream, so I tried this. I feel like this is a tinted moisturizer. Little coverage, oily after one hour, and could not stand the feel of this on my skin,

Shampoo -Suave - Professionals Dry Shampoo Spray

The best dry shampoo I have used. I have really fine hair and this freshens up the roots so that I can go the second, or even third day, without having to wash and dry (which dries my fine hair out). I personally like the smell, it is citrusy with a pink grapefruit note. It totally takes away any stale smells from the hair. For the price, this cant be beat. I have and will continue to repurchase.

I LOVE this powder. I work outside in hot humid weather, and this is the only thing that doesnt leave my face a greasy mess while providing adequate sun protection.

This mascara clumps so bad on me. I ended up with those little balls of mascara on the tips of my lashes. It is very black, which is about the only think I liked about it.

BB Cream -Garnier - BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector - Light/Medium

This is horrible on my face. I have oily skin, and this is way to moisture heavy and greasy for my skin skin. I dont need a lot of coverage and this left my skin looking nice for about 30 minutes and then I turned into a slick greasy mess. It seems like it would be great for normal or dry skin, the convenience of just setting with powder and being done would be awesome.

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast Volume

This is my go-to drug store mascara. It makes my lashes thick without clumping. I have longish lashes but love the thickness this adds, it makes my lashes look like false ones. Bonus is that it doesnt flake or smudge yet still washes off easily.

Soap. My first impression. Dishy soap or laundry powder. Nice scent for a cleaning product, but not for the price of this scent. *UPDATE- Just went to bed and asked hubby what he thought of this scent: "Smells like my granny".

Eyeliner -Milani - Infinite Liquid Eye Liner

Best long lasting eyeliner ever on my lids! Doesn't budge, smudge, or smear. I dont like their brush so I use my own little liner brush and pick up some product off the stem of the Milani, and then line eyes and wing up the outer corner. I never use primer, just a light layer of Estee Lauder Double Wear over eyes when I apply my foundation. This combo seems to work perfect for me! Stays all day and looks perfect. 20+ years of using eyeliner and this is the absolute best for staying power.

This is the best foundation ever!. I am caucasian with olive skin that tans freakishly fast. Even with sunscreen I vary by 2-3 shades from summer to winter. That said, my combination/super oily areas hold this makeup like glue! I live in an area of Texas that gets from below freezing in winter to over 115F in summer with HIGH humidity at times. Even with sweat and oil production this foundation holds fast and makes my complexion look smooth, even, and clear. I won't lie, on hot humid days I have to blot numerous times but this foundation retains it's coverage and flawless look!!! I set it with the lightest dusting of corn startch and it looks almost as good at the end of my 12 hour shift as it did when I first applied. After years and years of searching, this is by far my HG foundation, I am not even tempted to try others.

Nice tube and applicator. Great color and it stayed for hours. This is the stickiest tackiest gloss ever though. Not moisturizing at all either. For the price though, $ONE, I will keep one to stash in my purse.
