i really had bad skin asthma/eczema before. out of all the dermatologists i went to, this was always the product they recommended for me to clean my face. ALWAYS. ever since then, i've started using this product. iv'e used this probably for more than 10 years already. it's a great, mild cleanser. it doesn't irritate/aggravate and dry out my skin at all. after washing my face, my skin still feels quite soft. however, i recently discovered that it can't remove make up that great. so i started using baby oil to do that. anyway, despite that, i'd definitely continue using this product!

i love this product! it's great for normal to combination skin. The product seems light when you put it on but it is still able to moisturize my skin without leaving it too oily. i put this on at night and even though i sleep in an air conditioned room, my skin still doesn't feel as dry in the morning. it lasts quite a while for me since i don't have to use too much of it.

i had really bad skin asthma before which mean dry, sensitive, irritated skin so i always had to bring a tiny container filled with this moisturizer with me all the time! it really does moisturize my face, making it feel soft. supple and moisturized! it's one of the few moisturizers which didn't have fragrance that would irritate and aggravate my skin condition. i would advice those who has bad eczema/skin asthma like me to try out this product because it's really a skin saver! loved it to bits. couldn't leave home without it, definitely! however, my skin recently became better and evolved into a combination type, so i don't really use this as much. i don't think this product would suit a person with oily skin or combination skin even. it may work best for those with a drier skin type as it is kind of heavy and may feel too greasy for other people. i'd still buy this product again because it's effective and cheap. definitely the best drugstore moisturizer. it also lasts for a really, really long time! the tub is huge!

i used to have really dry skin so this product was great for me! it moisturized it pretty well. however, given that i live in a tropical country where it's always mad hot and my skin became a little more oily, this product became a tad more greasy on me. a shiny face isn't pretty so i stopped using the product. i only take it out if i'm going to be in an air conditioned room all day or somewhere cold.

Toners -Nivea - Refreshing Toner

i started using the product around 1-2 months ago. at first, i used it all over my face. but after a couple of days, i thought it dried out some parts of my skin too much. i concluded that it's not so suitable for normal to dry skin after all, despite the product saying that it's suitable for normal skin. i have a combination skin type, so i only use this on my T-Zone. it did make it less oily (but not TOO dry) actually, which is really great for me! so far, it hasn't made me break out or give me allergic reactions. overall, I think the way it cleanses and tones your face is acceptable. nothing spectacular about the product.

LOVE this lotion! definitely HG material. i used to have really bad skin asthma which meant dry, sensitive, itchy skin. prior to using this, i tried different kinds of lotion like Keri. all of those i tried weren't as effective as moisturizing my skin as this. right after i take a bath, i dab this on all over. it stays a bit greasy for like a minute or so, but afterwards, it wouldn't be greasy anymore. It actually makes my skin feels soft and moisturized all day even if i just put it on once a day. really great lotion. i've bought this product a couple of times already and i don't think i'm going to stop anytime soon.

Moisturizers -The Body Shop - Vitamin C Skin Boost

I love how it makes my skin feel so smooth and dewy when I put it on. I definitely feel it moisturizes my face! After a week of using it, my friends noticed how much it boosted my skin and made it seem more healthy. However, after months of using it, I'm not entirely sure if it's still giving the same effect of improving my skin more or as effective. My skin didn't get worse though. It didn't clog my pores or made me break out or anything. I think it actually made my skin type better. Before I was pretty dry, but after using this I noticed that my skin became more of a normal skin type. I also find the smell really good and energizing, which is a definite plus! What I don't like about this product is the packaging! It's a pump but it doesn't have a cap for it or a box that comes along with the product. This means that I can't bring it along with me whenever I travel for fear of the pump squirting inside my bag. I'd definitely buy this product again. I'd still buy it because of the texture because it moisturizes my skin and it works great as a primer. UPDATE: they repackaged and reformulated the product! i haven't tried the new version yet. but the packaging is better! it got a bit more expensive though.

Eyeliner -Prestige - Eyeliner/ Charcoal #77

At first I was pretty annoyed that the eyeliner comes off/smudges easily. I kept trying to line my eyes with it but was always quite unsuccessful at it. It either kept transferring to my lower lashes and giving me raccoon eyes or it completely came off after a couple of minutes! However I discovered that if I smudge it myself, it give a pretty nice smoky effect. Doing so gave the liner a more lasting effect to my eyes! It also didn't give me raccoon eyes anymore. I probably won't buy it again though.

Brows -Shu Uemura - H9 Hard Brow Pencil - Seal Brown

Despite it being a pencil, it still gives a really natural look. I have super sparse eyebrows but whenever I put it on, my eyebrows doesn't look drawn on at all! Really great effect. Great color as well! But it comes off REALLY EASILY. It's not smudge-proof or water-proof at all. If you accidentally rub your face with whatever or if you get a bit sweaty, it will surely come off! I have to use another eyebrow pencil that's more waterproof (Max Factor) because I don't want to look silly by the end of the day, having uneven/no brows, if I only use this product. Might buy it again but I definitely have to use other eyebrow pencils to go along with it.

Blush -Smashbox - O-Glow

What I like about this product is the texture when you put it on your face. I feel like it makes my skin so smooth, dewy and silky. However, it does come off quite easily. Sometimes, the tint it leaves on my cheeks is also too light and it's a bit difficult to make it darker since you don't really have any control of the color. The price you pay for it is definitely not worth it.
