I purchased this shade of gloss after reading about it on the Glamourai blog. It is a shade I would normally never in a million years even pick up, let alone buy (I hate dark colors on my lips). I am fair with warm -toned skin, blue eyes, and reddish hair, with barely any pigmentation to my lips. I normally gravitate toward lip color in light peaches and pinks. The blogger (who is a fair to medium blonde) wrote that it looks dark in the tube, but is a YLBB shade. Since I have nothing even remotely resembling that color and I have been looking so washed out lately, I decided to give it a try. It is absolutely beautiful. It is truly a YLBB shade, so natural, but it brightens up my whole face. It does have a pretty significant amount of glitter, but I love the shade so much that I don't care. The gloss formula is thick but not sticky. For people who think it looks too dark: I dab the gloss on, almost like a tint, rather than a full-on thick coating of gloss - this way the color is lighter and looks natural. I would call this a universally flattering shade, for any skin tone. Go out and buy this - you will not be sorry!
Mascara -L'Oreal - Double Extend Mascara with Lash Boosting Serum

My lashes are naturally about average in terms of thickness and on the stubby side in terms of length. I received this set for Christmas and began using the serum immediately. I have been using the mascara, which is really nice, on a less consistent basis. Regarding the serum, as the previous reviewers have said, WOW! Granted, my expectations for this product were not high, considering the price compared to similar products out there. However, while doing my eye makeup today, I actually gasped at the difference in my lashes! They are, without a doubt, longer and fluffier. It truly amazes me that a drugstore product can have these results in such a short period of time! The mascara is lovely as well. Hands down, this is the most exciting drugstore find I've had in a very long time. To think, I almost spent $65 on Tarte Multipleye!!
Sunscreen -Unlisted Brand - Elta Gold UV Shield SPF 45

I have been searching for a HG sunscreen for so long, that I had almost given up hope that one existed for me - until now!. I have light reddish hair, fair, yellow-toned skin, and a sordid history of teenage tanning (yes, I am ashamed.) I also have oily, break-out prone skin. Almost every chemical sunscreen I have tried has broken me out and they smell quite heavily perfumed. I do better with physical sunscreens (like Linda Sy's ZincO) but they tend to get extremely shiny and leave a whitish cast. Well, I guess this sunscreen combines the best of both worlds. When I first apply it, it looks only slightly whitish, but completely melds into my skin within a few minutes. Throughout the day, it stays virtually shine-free - I do not need to blot any more than I do without sunscreen on my face. That is a miracle in my eyes! I can detect no perfumey fragrance, and the high SPF formula is photostable. I am in heaven thanks to the MUA reviewers. The price isn't the best, but Iat least I won't waste anymore $$ on crappy sunscreen. You must try this product!
Foundations -Sally Hansen - Fast and Flawless Airbrush foundation [DISCONTINUED]

I absolutely love this foundation. I have only worn it for the past 3 days, but it makes my oily, uneven skin tone look so perfect that I couldn't wait to write a review. I actually just spray it into my hand and use my fingers and/or foundation brush - either way, it's the closest thing to perfect looking skin I've ever had. And this has not made my oily skin look oily at all. FYI I have a lot of foundations (including shu uemera, giorgio armani) and this is by far the best for me. I am very fair and creamy natural gives me just the right amount of color without being too dark. Right now, there is a rebate on this product so you can actually try it for free! EDIT: I have realized that this foundation can be used no more than two or three days in a row, and must be removed adequately before bed. I stick by the fact that it looks great, but now I'm saving it for going out or special occassions. - otherwise, yu will breakout!
