Primer/ Corrector -NARS - Pore Refining Primer - Oil Free

I know no primer is perfect, my favorite was mac matifiant but they discontinued it. I have used smashbox, reviva and now this. I liked them all because of that soft silicone smooth feel but I am so surprised that nars got such a low rating. It does not give the feeling of smashbox but it mattifies my skin for several hours. My nose is always shiny but the other areas stay matte for the most of the day which is much better than the ones listed above. I like this product and will purchase again.

Fragrances -Hugo Boss - Hugo - Pure Purple

The trick to this fragrance is allowing it to dry down. At first it is almost overwhelming it under notes are hard to describe but once it has dried down oh my goodness! If anyone is thinking of getting this and order it offline get a sample first.

I have nc/nw45 skin, this thing does not show up at all. The pigmentation is poor and it seems chalky to me.

It stunk so badly even my daughter who I cast away my not like perfumes to did not want it. The best thing about this is the box and the cute bottle with the little ball thing on the side(forgot what you call it) will update when I get the answer.

I gave it a three because I just started using this balm in mint and I only use it at night before I go to bed because my lips get very dry at night after washing my face. Read lots of complaints about having to reapply so I will use it during the day next week to see if it works as well as chap stick for a base. I am concerned that if I use all of this balm then how will I apply it if its flat? Once I use this during the day I will give another review. For not I like it.

Makeup Brushes -NARS - 27 - Yachiyo

The price I gave a three but I purchase my brush from ebay from a lady that sells them in Australia for a lot less than in the U.S. the brush has the number 27 on it so I am guess it is a real brush. I also trust the vendor as she makes her own knock off version for a cheaper price. I absolutely love this brush I have purchased three because I lost one and I want to have the extra on hand. This brush does not prevent you from using to much blush but the trick is just to use the tip. If you do this then you will not pick up too much and them work the brush into a circular motion and it will make your blush look so natural. The best blush that I have used with this brush is the nars taj mahal (oh my goodness!) I always get compliments with this blush because it diffuses the color in a way that makes it look so natural. If you really want to try this go to eBay and look for the vendor in Australia, you will not be sorry.

Powder -MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish Natural in Deep

I love this stuff and wish I had found it sooner. This is perfect for spring and summer. I put it over my concealer and then buff it in. It does not keep me oil free all day but I can use it in the t zone or use a translucent powder. I do not like to wear make up on the weekend so I used to use a translucent powder over concealer but now all I have to do is use this with a nice buffer brush! I wish it came with a mirror though, then again let me bite my tongue cause that will increase the price for sure.

Concealers -MAC - Studio Sculpt [DISCONTINUED]

I am so upset that this is not available anymore. I love the coverage. It did not last as long as the studio finish. The studio finish lasted almost a year with one container this only lasted a few months but it covers up everything. I wish I can get some more. I will admit that it does not blend as well as the studio finish but it is opaque and once you blend it it stays put all day without being too oily.

I am new to highlighting and heard of this from destinygodley on youtube. The packaging is cute and I tried it and liked it but I don't think I will every have to purchase another one as this will last me forever. Not to shimmery and it is not white or yellow I guess beige or soft tan would be best to describe it so it seems to be able to go with any skin tone.( I am NC/NW 45 and it looks great) but you have to use a light hand and it brightens up the face. I used it with MAC notable and it was very pretty.

I was skeptical about this color as I thought it would be a bright fushia color but with all of the youtube reviews I decided to purchase this and I am glad I did. This along with touch point lip glass made me look like a diva. The color is nice when applied heavy and them buffed out If you don't buff it out then it will look too heavy. I don't think I will have to purchase this again as this is not for everyday wear, at least not for me but if I run out I will be buying it again.

Cleansers -Cetaphil - Gentle Skin Cleanser

Cheap sometimes comes out expensive. I purchased this to save money on purchasing sheseido and heard ravings about it on youtube. Well I am not pleased with this at all. It does not suds up and you have to use a whole lot to get the skin clean. I decided to use this in the morning because my skin has no makeup on and I will use the sheseido in the daytime to clean off the makeup and get that nice sudsy effect.
