Ok...so here's the thing. While this is a great foundation, it is not for people with oily skin! After reading the amazing reviews, watching YouTube videos about it, and seeing pictures, I instantly fell in love and had to try it. I went to Macy's and picked up, and I couldn't have been more excited. My skin is not super oily, but it is slightly oily, and the minute I put this foundation on it felt so heavy and greasy. It did give an amazing glow and the "dewy look" which I love, but it wasn't right for my skin. If you have normal or dry skin, I think this would be fantastic for you. It really gives great coverage and looks pretty...it just comes up very oily on me. If you're like me and have oily skin -- mix some illuminating cream (I use the Laura Mercier one) and mix it with your foundation. This also gives a dewy look...and to top it off you could even add some cream blush or a cream highlighter (such as Hush from MAC).

I wanted to love this product so badly. I never had bad skin to begin with, maybe a pimple every now and then, but other than that my skin was good. When I tried this, my only motivation for using it was so see what it could do for me since my skin was already fine. I was 15 or 16 when I tried this (I'm 19 now, almost 20) and it was horrible. The toner actually felt good and refreshing on my face, but after a day or two my face started to break out and get red. It was such a nightmare!!! I'm not sure if it was just bringing the bad stuff out before it got better or what, but I didn't want to take the chance and I switched to Philosophy and I'm so happy I did. I won't be buying this again...ever. Be careful!

This lotion is seriously delicious! I was a little nervous about if it would be too strong and give me a headache, but as soon as I smelled it I knew I had to buy it. It's a true cotton candy smell. Actually, it almost smells like cotton candy ice cream if you've ever had that. It's a little more milky than just cotton candy (which makes it even more amazing). I get so many compliments when I'm wearing this stuff! Everyone says it smells so incredible.

Misc Beauty Tools -Shu Uemura - Eyelash Curler

The best eyelash curler I've tried so far. I haven't tried many, but it really makes my lashes long. I would never put mascara on without curing my lashes with this. It really makes a difference!!! Love love love.

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast

AMAZING! That's the only word to describe this mascara. Okay, so I'm a total beauty snob. I rarely ever buy drugstore brand cosmetics, but after hearing all the rave reviews on this product I figured I'd give it a shot (hesitantly). I was so shocked when I saw how long and voluminous it made my lashes. I can't imagine ever switching mascara's unless this gets discontinued. I went from Diorshow to this, and I couldn't be happier!!!

Lipstick -MAC - Saint Germain (amplified creme)

This color is so perfect. I usually only wear nude lipsticks, and I mean every day, but this is the only pink color I'd wear. It's so pretty and I really think it compliments every skintone. I keep trying other pinks, but nothing compares to this. Such a fun color!

Words cannot describe my love for this eyeliner! My hand has a tendency to shake, and I kept switching from eyeliner to eyeliner, but the search is over! It's so perfect. It glides on smoothly and I have no trouble at all. Before this, I was using a liquid eyeliner from Lancome which didn't really look all that great, and if you saw the difference, you'd be in shock. I got my mom into this eyeliner too and she's crazy about it!

Polishes -OPI - Bubble Bath

This nail polish is one of my favorites. I'm very fussy and barely ever try anything new, but I fell in love with this color when I saw it online. My mom says it reminds her of buttercream frosting. It's just so gorgeous. It's not like a pepto bismol pink, or any weird shade for that matter. It's just a beautiful creamy color. Very elegant!

Polishes -Essie - Ballet Slippers

This might possibly be my favorite nail polish color. It's so classy and elegant. It looks great whether your hands are fair or tan (I know that might seem like an odd thing since we're talking about nail polish, but I know that I wonder this when I'm looking at new products too)...but yeah, it's perfect by itself, or it can be used as a french manicure with a white line. Love it!

Fragrances -Philosophy - Amazing Grace Concentrated Perfume Oil

This smells so good. I could smell it over and over and not get tired of it! I get headaches easily from perfumes, but this didn't bother me at all. It's very very light so depending on your preference, you might want to reapply it kind of often. For some reason I forgot I had this and haven't been using it at all, but it really is great.

Great product! I first started using this around three years ago when I saw sixteen. I have fairly sensitive skin and my skin wasn't terrible, but there was room for improvement. So many other products have broken me out in the past or given me a headache, but as soon as I started using this product it was different. The smell is so fresh and you can tell it's really cleaning your face. It helped my skin a lot and I'm super picky. If I love it this much, I think you will too!

My favorite lipstick ever! I'm a huge nude lip girl - and before I knew about this product I was using myth. As soon as I saw it online, I ordered two of them, and I am so glad I did! Myth is a little more peachy on me, whereas fleshpot is very nude but slightly pink. It compliments fair and tan skin (I have been very fair and very tan) and it looked great both ways. I love the texture of the lipstick in comparison to myth too. I still love myth, don't get me wrong, but this is my number one favorite. It stays on really long for me and never dries out. Love it!!!

I am so shocked that this product doesn't have better ratings! I first saw this product while watching a youtube video, and as soon as I saw it I knew I had to try it. It is very matte, and it literally covers every imperfection you have. I have some natural freckles which I always hated and this product covers them perfectly for me. It goes on so smooth and doll-like. I adore this product so much! I used to switch foundations so often...it was crazy, and I am the pickiest person you'll ever meet, but I couldn't be happier and I can't even imagine not using this. Pricey, but so worth it.

Bronzers -MAC - Matte Bronze

Love this product! Let me just say that if you want to achieve a natural looking tan - this is your product. I go spray tanning weekly (yes, I know...but it looks natural believe it or not), and I usually get to a slightly lighter than olive color. This bronzer makes me look like I was just on vacation even as the tan fades. Literally, I can't even tell you how many times people have asked me where I went on vacation. I would never use anything that turned me orange. A must have!
