Liquid -Revlon - ColorStay Makeup

Good product, and my regular daily foundation (though I won't say it's my HG - though it's very good!). I need medium to full coverage these days due to a spell of adult acne (watch out ladies - 10+ years on the pill means coming off of it is a bit of a ride for your complexion). This product offers strong coverage, especially if built up gradually in layers. Sometimes I find it settles into pores - which I hate - but it doesn't happen all the time, so it must be due to my application. I have to leave a bit of time between applying the foundation and setting with powder. I don't find the foundation dries/sets any faster than other foundations. I also have to avoid getting this foundation on my eyelids (undereye seems to be okay over concealer/corrector) because it makes my eyelids flake/dry out/burn. Will continue to buy though I continue to look for a foundation that will offer full coverage and leave my skin looking more dewy.

BB Cream -Garnier - BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector - Light/Medium

Worst product I have used in a while. Of course I feel like the fool for falling for a product that has such lofty promises - how have I not learned better after all these years! Thick, greasy, zero coverage. Only gets more greasy as the day goes on - and I have dry/combination skin, so I am not one to shy away from a bit of shine. I actually had to wash my face and reapply makeup (excluding the BB cream) halfway though my day! Avoid this yucky product! Will try to pawn this off on my mom or sister, but it will mostly likely end up in the bin. :(

Mascara -Clinique - High Impact Mascara

My HG of mascara! Love the formula so much - it's the only mascara I buy. Resists flaking, lasts a full day, comes off very easily with makeup remover. Competitive price for a mascara of good quality.

Moisturizers -Clinique - Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief

This product does absolutely nothing for my skin. Sure, it feels nice to apply, but any gel feels nice on the skin initially. I care about lasting hydration - and this product doesn't deliver. I keep my jar of it as a backup in case I run out of moisturizer or eye cream - but certainly won't repurchase.

Treatments (Eye) -Lancome - Génifique Eye

*My very first post on Makeupalley! Thanks to everyone out there for providing such good reviews to lurkers like me - I've decided to join the club!* Just bought this product today and have just applied it. I've been struggling with dehydrated skin under the eye and on the eyelid - makeup is increasingly difficult to apply and fine lines are becoming more evident. Prior to this, I had not been using an eye cream for about a year. Don't judge! I bought this even though I was searching for the Progres Eye Cream, which the Lancome counter said they didn't carry anymore. Hrmf. I was encouraged to try the Genifique based on my age. I balked at the price, but managed to snag it in a value package which was actually a good deal. The consistency is lovely - between a gel and a creme. Lovely packaging too. When first applied, I felt some warmth and slight stinging which really put me off - for a product with this high a price tag should NOT be irritating my eyes. I will continue using for a few days and see what happens - hope I don't have to send this back to the store! Rating 3 out of 5 for now - will update soon.
