I am really enjoying using tenderling at the moment :) It us such a wearable colour that i dont think can be duped at any other brand because the bronze/peach that you can only really understand in person is so pretty! It looks quite flat..almost matte even in the pan, but looks so pretty on the cheeks. NOTE* If you have this...try putting trace gold my MAC on top! It is so pretty!
Foundations -Max Factor - Miracle Touch Liquid Illusion Foundation

I LOVE this stuff. I've never really loved any drugstore foundations...and i've always been so tempted by the marketing of designer foundations like Chanel and Giorgio Armani and therefore have only ever loved them. This product is fantastic and creamy, but you do have to blend it into your skin quickly, as otherwise it will adhere to the skin too quickly, will set, and you wont be able to blend. The only negative (for me, as someone with dry skin round my nose and between my eyebrows) is that is "cakes" in those areas. Therefore i have to be carefull about blending down the centre of the face. Overall though, highly reccomended. The sponge applicator it comes with is AWFULL. I just use my mac 190 foundation brush instead and it works like a charm...but i cant really critisize max factor for that because all of the high end foundations dont even come with brushes sponges or aplicators, and you are expected to provide your own brush any way. The pricing of this foundation is good....however you would only have to chip in a few more pounds to get a MAC foundation...which is something to concider if you are a MAC freak like mee :)
I hate to be the bringer of bad news. but i dont like this product that much. The shimmer is almost a "glitter". If i stand in front of thr natural light of my window i look like a discoball with this as i highlight. It has alot more "glitterly" particles than high beam by benefit, which is what i was expecting this product to be similar too. When you blend it into the skin, the colour of the product also totally dissapears, and you are left with just silverly glitter. However, it looks really pretty as an inner corner highlight, and i think mixed with foundation this will look pretty too. So i will find some use for it. EDIT: I have now found another use for this i actually quite like. If you blend it down the centre of the face it looks okay...but again...DISCOBALL!!!
Everything about this perfume is "sexy". If you dont like the bottle...then your just not a Tom Ford girl, because you dont understand that to be sexy..the bottle doesnt have to be all pretty and pink glass like most of the purfumes. I love the smell of this, and would purchase this time and time again. I think its an aquirred smell though, because my mum hates this stuff. It is strong..and in the bottle doesnt actually smell that great..but if you put it on and leave it for about 5 minutes it smells AMAZING. It really is sex in a bottle.

The packaging, the scent, and the silky feel of this product are amazing, and as a bonus it looks as though the pot would last you a good year or two. This would all be great if the product wasnt total rubbish. My foundation looks better without this. Anyone who wants to look dewy or radiant this is not what you want..because it takes all the glow off my face. It looks dry on my skin, and when i go over a dry bit it clings to the dry patch and doesnt blend properly and i look awfull. "Flawless" is definatley NOT the word to describe how i look with this on. On the plus side it does make your makeup last longer, but its so not worth it for the ashy, dry old lady look i get when wearing this. EDIT. My skin is a LOT less dry with it being summer now..and this product works really well for me now..4/5! However im keeping this review as it is..because for the winter months when i cant help but have dry skin..i stand by what i said.
Lovely foundation. I didnt think i could ever like anything better than all of my MAC foundations...but this beat it. Flawless and even coverage...makes the price tag worth it.
Primer/ Corrector -Chanel - Le Blanc de Chanel - Sheer Illuminating Base

Honestly, i see no difference to my foundation when im not wearing this. I only like it for using on the dry parts of my skin (ie. round my nose, and between my eyebrows) because it hydrates it a bit before i apply foundation. Because of this, this product sat on my shelf for a few weeks, as i hated it as a base... until a friend online told me you could use it ontop of your makeup. It makes a lovely highlighter, which for me makes this product ok. but its alot of money to spend just on a highlighter. However, the packaging is lovely, and i think it will last such a long time. If you mix it with your foundation it gives you such a pretty glow! I like it...but im tempted to try the Gemma Kidd dewy glow now instead?
This was alot brighter than i expected. At first...i hated it, because it was not what i wanted at all. I also applied it using my normal blush brush that i use with all my other blushes and i HATED how it looked. However, a few months later i decided to try it with a Kabuki that had been given to me by my friend who is a MUA. I fell in LOVE with it. It looks stunning and really brightens up my face. I use this when i have done darker eyes and lips, and then when i have lighter eyes and lips i use a darker blush. Satin blushes have great pigmentation, and i LOVE it so much now. I would repurchase this, but i dont think i will ever need to because you get quite alot of product.
This is such a lovely product. I have really fair skin, and although i thought this may be too dark for me, it isnt. I can use it on the apples of my cheek..blending it backwards for a really pretty look...or use it to contour my cheekbones and it also looks really good. Sheertones have a lovely pigmentation, that is buildable but not too much. I highly reccomend this.
Foundations -Giorgio Armani - Face Fabric Second Skin Nude Makeup

Negatives: - Poor colour range. (After shade 1, it goes very dark, very quickly, and so i kept finding that shade 1 was sold out, because everyone that is white and british..which lets face it is most of us, wanted it). - Sticks to dry patches, even with my chanel primer, and avene moisturiser, which are both HQ products and work with other foundations. So stay away if your skin is dry. Positives: - Flawless effect. The most flawless a foundation has ever looked on my skin. - Great scent. - Lovely packaging. - Blends well with fingers, so there is no need for a brush. - Buildable coverage. You can easily add more to areas that need it. My reccomendation: Only try this if you have pretty good skin. If you have spots they will not be covered by this, and when you try and use a thick concealer, you can see exactly where you have used concealer as the formulation of this foundation is so unique that it is kind of semi matte. This product literally "blurs" imperfections...but it does NOT cover them. So unless you have pretty good natural skin, and you are someone who likes to see skin through makeup..do not get this. If you are a MAC studio fix fan or an Estee Lauder Double Wear Fan then this is not for you. If you like powder foundation however, you will probably like this alot, because it dries with a powdery finish. Also if you are into tinted moisturisers i think you will like this too as it is lightweight. I must however say though the appearence of this foundation gets much worse during the day!
Hate the smell. Therefore would choose other brands over this one. The only way i can use this is by spraying brushes with it (such as stipling foundation brushes) and then applying my makeup.
LOVE THIS :) I have used it on alot of friends, and it is quite a universal product because it looks good on alot of people. It has really good pigmentation, so it doesnt take long to build up a good colour, and it is really flattering and pretty. It is expensive, but it will last a long time and is well worth it for the quality of both the product and the packaging. NARS blushes are such fun products..and i will be re-purchasing this as soon as it runs out :)
