Eyeliner -MAC - Dark Diversion Fluidline

I got this last year from the Style Seeker Collection and since then I have been obsessed. I have a lot of pencil, liquid, cake, gel eye liners and this is the one that gets the most use and abuse haha! This is always my go-to when I am in doubt. It goes with ANY makeup look. I am halfway down my pot. It is a deep dark purple color and it is so pigmented though not entirely opaque. It is so creamy and very long lasting, easy to apply with my MAC 210 brush. It does not smudge, crease, transfer, or flake. I usually wear my makeup 12-14 hours a day. I am so impressed. Will repurchase when relaunched. YOU NEED THIS!

Lipstick -Laura Mercier - Quartz

PROS: I used to be afraid of brown color on my lips until I found this product. For reference, I am Filipino, NC 25-30 in Mac. I tried this on and it made my light colored contacts pop even more. It's super pigmented. As for texture, it's not as sticky as a MAC lipglass. very moisturizing. It looks really good with simple makeup and this being the focus - a simple, classy, sexy lip. I look gorgeous having this on. Please try it out before passing this color up. CONS: Synthetic vanilla scent (too sweet for me!); High price; Average lasting power (which is okay with me).

Lips -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter in Red Velvet

I love this dark neutral brick red color. I find it to be very intimidating in the tube but it turns out to be very nice. It's creamy and pigmented just like the other shades. It makes me look mature and polished. I also bought and returned MAC Dubonnet because I found out that they look exactly the same. It is high in quality and comes in a fair price of $8CAD.

Lips -Yves Saint Laurent - Rouge Pur Couture Glossy Stain (All Shades)
rated 5 of 5

I have 4 shades 5, 7, 16, 17. Packaging: Feels a bit cheap because it's plastic but I do love the way the bottle is designed. Clean and sleek black and gold color with a narrow window for you to see how much product is left and the color inside. I love the spade shaped sponge applicator. It provides precise application on the edges and cupid's bow of your lips. Scent: It's weird. it smells like roses and wine/beer at the same time. I don't mind it but if you're one who is sensitive/picky with scents, I suggest you try these out first before purchasing. Feel/Look: Wet upon initial application and dries down after just a few seconds. Gives a decent amount of color and shine for one coat. Second coat gives full-on coverage and high shine. Very light and comfortable even though it looks as if you have one lip liner, lipstick, stain and gloss in one. Lasting power: Glossiness lasts for about 2-3 hours. I tried drinking and only the glossiness came off little by little. Color is still full on. When I eat, I find that most of the color fade in the center. I don't have to re apply that often though, maybe 1-2 times a day. When I am busy at work and I cannot re apply until after 8 straight hours, I am left with a faint stain on my lips but not dry feeling at all. Color range: I find it limited to oranges, pinks, and reds, few purples. I wish there were more browns and nudes. Price: Expensive, $34 CAD but I find it so worth it because it's like lip liner, gloss, lipstick, and lip stain in one and I don't have to keep re-applying throughout the day. Overall: I AM CRAZY IN LOVE FOR THESE! I purchased 17 first, got obsessed, then purchased the other three next. Cant wait to get more of these! Eep!

Eye Shadow -Giorgio Armani - eyes to kill #1 Blast of Blue
rated 4 of 5

^^^Hey previous reviewer, thanks for saying how this comes off similar as Purpura because I would have bought it! LOL I'll go and get Lust Red instead! Price - FAIL! God, it cost me $42 CAD plus 13 % tax. So sad but I took the plunge due to Temptalia's reviews. I am so glad I did and I am *bleep* obsessed. I was debating over this and Purpura but the MA told me that Blast of Blue looks better on grey eyes ( I wear grey Rx circle lenses everyday). I took BAB home and experimented with it. It has a really fluffy, airy texture. It's a powder yet the texture is in between a cream and powder. SO LUXURIOUS! At first, it came of as a silver metallic color because I had a lot of gold pigment on top. As I continued to use it, more of the gold came off and revealed more blue pigments. My swatches became more identical to existing online images. I have oily T-zone and eyelids. I experimented by wearing this with and without my Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance. It creased without the primer and it lasted all day with it. Overall, I am so glad with my purchase and I am itching to go and get more! I am totally ignoring MAC's Semi Precious Collection.

Toners -Clarins - Toning Lotion (Alcohol Free) for Combination/Oily Skin
rated 5 of 5
lauractinapay 9/17/2010 5:59:00 PM

I love this toner. I got this from Shopper Drugmart here in Canada and paid $37 including tax. It has 200 ml of product which is reasonable because compared to a 100 ml toner the price goes around $15-$25. I love the smell of this toner. In order to save product, I transferred this to a spray bottle and give my self a few spritzes after I clean my skin day and night. I also get to save money and reduce amount of waste by not using cotton pads. This toner also saves me a lot of moisturizer because I don't have to use a lot and the benefits sink right through my skin. This toner dries up really quickly and makes me feel fresh. I love it! It hasn't irritated me or broken me out either!

Cleansers -Clarins - Cleansing Milk with Gentian
rated 3 of 5
lauractinapay 9/17/2010 5:52:00 PM

I got this product as a sample at my local Shoppers Drugmart her in Canada. I would say that this product smells very nice and it feels very creamy. I don't think it strips away all the dirt and makeup off of my face because it doesn't lather up like my Cetaphil facial cleanser. So, I have to go back and use my Cetaphil instead. This product did not break me out or irritate my highly sensitive skin. Because of its creamy consistency, I would say that this would be a great treat for the winter months as it doesn't leave your skin dry but feeling fresh and soft. I may or may not buy it soon. I have to look-up the price and see.

I AM OBSESSED! It's the best perfume ever. I feel so bad for my other ones because I am ignoring them now ehehe. It smells great on my skin, I get whiffs of it throughout the day. It softens out. I sniff my wrists every time there's nobody around :) I will get the bigger bottle and more more more for years to come!

Fragrances -Jean Patou - Joy

I really hate this! I got it due to a rave by this girl on youtube. And then, I ended up getting it in a perfume shop that don't have testers out. I got home all excited, sprayed it on my wrist and----AACKKK! I smell so friggin old! And cheap soap! I was so angry. I called in the perfume and asked about their return/exchange policy. No refunds. Just exchange if the item is unopened. This really isn't my day at all. Lesson learned though, don't buy perfumes unless you've tested them and learn more about return/exchange policy before actually purchasing just in case.
