Ive used this since last august & i don't know what i did without it before! It is a product advisable to used with my EXTREMELY OILY skin & i must say it works a treat! makes my makeup go on smoother & keeps my skin feeling really fresh. In terms of application you have to be careful with it as too much will leave you looking shiny as the consistency is very watery (being water based and all that lol) so its best to use a small amount and let it sink in before applying n e make-up etc. I read on here people noticed their skin was more oily with this product & I've found that only happens when you use to much!! if you use the correct amount it really is perfect. I kno a lot of people find dermalogica products expensive, but seriously they r SOOOO worth the money! like i said i started using this product last august (2011) & I'm still on my first bottle to this day april (2012) so i think the £40 price tag is more then worth it. I have really really really oily skin & dermalogica are the most amazing I've found for this skin type. Just for reference, dermalogica dermal clay cleanser, skin prep scrub, active moist & skin refining mask are all the main products i use to help keep oil at bay! i advise others with same skin type to give them a try because they really do work & have amazing benefits.

OILY SKINNED GIRLS- LISTEN UP!!! This has been the holy grail of products for my skin for 6 years now & i can't imagine not ever using it. I was first advised to get this product when i went for microdermabrasion facials & have never looked back. Its the only face wash that cleanses my skin without leaving it dry or feeling sensitive etc Its a simple clay based wash to help get rid of oil etc on the skin. It also doubles as a mask which is great as i put it on in the mornings hop in the shower & leave it on whilst i wash, then take it off after my shower & my skin feels amazing. I normally team it with dermalogica skin prep scrub or dermalogica daily microfoliant which are also two amazing products for us oily skinned gals. I real can't express how great the benefits of this product are. My oil levels are out of control and especially after night time i wake up looking like u can fry an egg on my face. This wash gets rid of all my oil leaving my skin feel smooth & ready for the day! Team this with dermalogica active moist moisturiser (which is water based and again is BEST PRODUCT EVER FOR OILY SKIN!) and your skin will see improvements straight away. I don't think this product would work as good for other skin types as the clay formula is for helping oiliness etc. It might seem that the price is a bit steep, however my 500ml bottle that costs between £40-£50 lasts 6 months, could last even longer if i didn't slather it on so much, so 100% worth the dosh!
As an extremely oily skinned gal this foundation is great in comparison to others that are perhaps more expensive. For example i use mac studio fix fluid and pro longwear as well & colour stay seems to be the one that lasts the longest before the grease takes over! I find with colour stay it goes on really light and u only need a small amount to create an even medium/full coverage. I have really large pores which, truthfully the foundation does cover to an extent, but u can see them quite obviously through the makeup. However, much as this peeves me it does make my face look extremely natural & i find the fact i can see mild imperfections (e.g. the enlarged pores/moles) makes for a more fresh un-caked look which my studio fix fluid creates sometimes! Obviously with this foundation & my skin type i do have to blot throughout the day, but this foundation gives a few hours wear before i have to reach for the powder! This really is my "go to" foundation & i advise those girls who suffer from oiliness like me to take a chance with this one cos it really is a great foundation at a great price! my only with it would b the bottle *____* seriously needs a pump or some kind of different dispensing method! at the moment i shake it and use the product that falls into the lid, that always seems more then enough to cover my face LOL

Due to the fact i have immensely OILY OILY skin is probably the reason this product really did not work for me. it felt watery and weird on my skin & enlarged all my pores dramatically! after putting it on i literally could not wait to take it off, it didn't even out my skin tone & it made my face look wet which is not a desired look for someone who already has a lot of shine! However I gave this product to my mum (also an oily skinned gal) however she seemed to get on with it a little better then i did. perhaps in this case her more mature skin benefitted from the properties of the cream. either way i don't think combination or oily skinned girls should go for this product, its really not that great theres other more amazing products on the market.
I am so in LOVE with this lipstick! Best method of application for day time wear is to jus lightly sweep some across your lips and blend with ur fingers & ur left wiv a stunning lighter more wearable colour. Im colour NW20 and even thrown on my lips full on it goes well with my skin tone. I even tried it on my friend who has asian skin (light golden brown tones) & smudging it into her lips also looked gorgeous. Personally i think it suits anyone, just depends how u wear it. Quite drying consistancy, so make sure you have nice prepped lips before you wear it!! overall great staying power, if ur in2 ur pinks grab this one for your collection!!
First of all u really need to buy a mac pump (£2.00) to actually get the product out of the pot!! I was advised this foundation for my oily skin by a mac consultant & at first i loved it & it worked beautifully. However after a few months i noticed it started seperating on my oily skin & looked caked on. I use mac prep & prime skin base visage primer underneath & i felt like the two just didnt compliment each other!! ( even tho the primer is amazing!!) Beacuse my skin is always changing I decided to buy MAC pro longwear foundation & fell in love. It is much lighter but wiv great coverage!! i prep my skin properley first & it goes on smooth & natural- I still have studio fix fluid in my dresser draw, ready for when pro longwear decides 2 hate my oily skin LOL Just For reference i also use revlon colour stay foundation for combination/oily skin & alternate between the three foundations depending on how my skin is behaving lol!
Eyeliner -MAC - Fluidline Eye-Liner Gel in Blacktrack

I decided to try this after using countless cheap liquid liners that always faded on my oily skin & created unattractive eye gloop!! I use my fluidline with MAC 209 or 210 eye liner brush and it goes on so easy & perfect! Amazing staying power, would only touch it up if i was goin out again in the evening! I must admit tho in humidity it does fade more in the inner corners of the eye, but its not a masive problem at all!! jus re-touch & go For the price £13.50 it lasts me 3-4 months and i use it everyday So i feel its def worth the money --Its definitely a make-up bag must have
