I switched over to this concealer once my old MAC select cover-up was not proving to be enough coverage. I really like how this concealer does a great job at hiding flaws. I have to use a loose powder on top of it though, or else my skin appears oiler than usual.
I have been wearing this concealer for a few years now. I am not sure if my skin or the formula has changed, but it's not working like it used to. The coverage appears much more sheer and I hate to apply too many coats. I am going to use up what i have left in the tube as strictly under eye concealer and I will not be repurchasing. It's a shame too, because I really used to adore this product.
This is a great, CHEAP powder. My skin is pretty oily, and while it doesn't completely keep the oil at bay, it does a great job! I didn't give it 5 stars because the packaging is AWFUL, and makes a mess.
This is a very nice color for spring and summer. I generally wear two coats which results in a sheer, yet bright-ish pink. I own far too many baby pinks already, so I was looking for a color with a bit of a POP, but still wearable for work. This shade does the trick! I recommend it if you are looking for a cotton candy pink that has more color than most light pinks, but still maintains a sheer, easygoing feel. If you want more of an opaque, I am certain that three coats will give you that result.
I don't know why I ever stopped using this product -- it conditions my hair better than any high-end salon brand! I went on a hiatus for a few years from using this product to experiment with other options. I did not find anything comparable though; between the quality and cost, there is nothing relatively close. When I use this conditioner, my highlighted hair feels silky and tangle-free. I will continue to repurchase this product and I do not plan on straying away again!
I was purchasing a few bath bombs at LUSH yesterday when I noticed these lip scrubs by the register. Being the impulsive shopper I am, I instantly asked the saleswoman about them. She gave me a sample and explained how to use it. She suggested licking your lips first, then just applying a small amount and rubbing it in. Simple enough! The only complaint I have is that it is a little difficult to transfer the product from the pot to your lips without dropping some. Other than that, I am really impressed. My lips felt soft and all of the dead skin was gone! In addition, it makes for a sweet treat since you can lick the sugar off your lips afterwards! YUM.
I am an avid wearer of Philosophy's Falling in Love fragrance, but I received a sample of this, so I decided to try it out for a few days. Let me just say, I LOVE it. I didn't think I would be crazy about it initially. It smelled very similar to FIL, but was missing some of the key notes. I was proved completely wrong though. It has that same warmness, but also a burst of citrus in the beginning. It reminds me of Fresh Sugar a bit. I will definitely be buying a full-size bottle of this in the near future.
This product was my first introduction to Philosophy, and I am very pleased to say that I am already addicted! Shortly after receiving the eau de parfum spray as a gift, I bought a small bottle of the toilette spray to keep in my bag for touch ups throughout the day. I absolutely adore the vanilla/blackberry combination. The staying power is mediocre, but with a price this inexpensive, I don't mind having to reapply. I did sample the lotion while at my last visit to Sephora, but I was not a fan of it. It did not exude the same fragrance of the perfume. Overall, this is my "go-to" perfume on a daily basis!
