Treatments -Clearasil - Vanishing Cream

I should have been wary of the 10% BP in this product...I'm an avid user of Neutrogena's Spot Treatment with 2.5% in it. I recently ran out of that one, which is my favorite, but I decided to venture out and get this Clearasil one. I have acne prone oily skin, and I've never considered to be sensitive, but this product irritated my skin quite a bit! It left red patches on the area of the pimple---I'm not sure if it even healed the pimple. I stopped using it immediately, realizing the effects of just how strong 10% BP really is. I'm going back to my Neutrogena one, and should have never EVER strayed. And so guys, BEWARE! It may have worked well for some of the reviewers here, but sadly for me it made my acne flareups even worse. The dry, reddish, and sometimes itchy patches that resulted from where I put this product managed to go away in about a week, with the help of an intensive moisturizer.

ONE WORD DESCRIBES THIS PERFUME: SEXY. I cannot tell you how much I adore this perfume; I try to limit my use of it because I want it to last me a long time. I usually don't go for sweet scents, I like floral and fruity scents. However, I got this as a Christmas present, and first and foremost the packaging is what really got me loving it. I spritzed a little onto my wrist; at first I get a very strong musky scent, but a couple of seconds later, it becomes this sexy but sweet scent that I just cannot get my words around. This definitely has vanilla as one of its top notes. Once on my skin, it lingers onto my hair. My boyfriend absolutely adores this scent!

Makeup Brushes -E.L.F. - Foundation brush

Come on guys, it's a buck at Target. You can't honestly expect to last you forever and give you a PERFECT performance. HOWEVER, I actually liked it. I was curious to try this foundation brush, since I do own elf's studio powder and complexion brushes(those are godly btw). Now, based on reading the reviews here, I can say that this brush will work only on cream or liquid foundations, and it will work on some foundations, not all. ALWAYS WASH FOUNDATION BRUSHES AFTER YOU USE IT, for better hygiene and better usage. Anyhow, my skin doesn't need heavy coverage, so I don't wear a liquid foundation. I wear a tinted moisturizer. Very surprisingly this brush worked WONDERS with Physician's Formula Organic Wear Tinted Moisturizer. I've always applied this product on with a stippling brush or just my own hands, but WOW this brush blew me away! IT MADE ME LOOK FLAWLESS. Mainly I think the reason was because it was able to reach in nooks and crannies. It's a rather small brush so application time will be longer. I've always washed it numerous times, and it hasn't shed. I don't expect it to last me forever though. As for repurchasing, I just might! It's only a dollar and it works so well with my TM.

Cleansers -Unlisted Brand - Likas Papaya Soap

I am not that dark, but I purchased this soap because of rave reviews about what it does for your complexion. I'M SO GLAD THAT I DID. For one, when I used it all over my body, I noticed that my skin started to become lighter in about 2-3 weeks, just subtly. I continued to use it, but I did stop because I was becoming too pale. I started to go back to my old facial cleanser and I started to break out, and it got me rather worried. I stumbled across a thread on a forum one day about skin care, and I saw a picture of a girl with NO makeup on, and her skin was ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESS. People asked her what she was using, and she said her "secret" was Likas Papaya Soap. I immediately got up from my chair and proceeded to the bathroom to wash my face with it. Within a week, the soap did what it has always done-brighten and even out my complexion. I use this every other day now on my face and neck(don't just use it on your face, you're going to end up with your face lighter than the rest of your body, and that will look weird). Oh, and do remember to moisturize well after using this soap, it is very drying, it will literally make your skin squeaky clean, LOL..PURCHASE THIS, AND IT'S DIRT CHEAP, I RECOMMEND THIS HIGHLY.

Styling Products -Farouk CHI - Chi Silk Infusion

THIS PRODUCT IS WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY. And plus, you only need a tiny tiny tiny TINY amount every time you use it, so expect it to last you a very long time (remember less is more, if you use a generous amount that will make your hair only oily and greasy, but experiment to see what is the best amount for your hair). I use Chi EVERY SINGLE DAY. After I get out of the shower, I use about 5-6 drops on massage it all over my hair, and then I blow-dry. It makes your hair so shiny, lustrous, full of volume, and bouncy. I swear the first time I used it I was so shocked by its performance, I kept waving my hair back and forth like those hair models on TV! It also protects your hair from heat damage. Before I curl my hair, I will also massage some Chi into my hair...the end results are just GORGEOUS. A little more hairspray, and my pin-straight long hair is transformed into voluminous, sexy curls. GET THIS GET THIS GET THIS.

Lips -Palladio - Tinted Lip Balm

OMFG, I CAN'T EXPRESS ENOUGH LOVE FOR THIS PRODUCT. I've used other chapsticks that seem to just make my lips even DRIER, as weird as it sounds. No matter how much I layer on, I get that nasty, greasy feeling, and they are just not moisturizing and hydrating enough. I got this in the rosey color, and its PHENOMENAL. I swear, I only need about 1-2 swipes on my lips, and it gives me the most natural, flushing pink color. Some people that meet me for the first time have commented on how pink my lips are...and that makes me a happy girl, no one has to know that I am using something on my lips. I love that it's tinted, I'm not a big fan of glosses and lipsticks...in fact I've never bought any. The only ones I have are the ones that I receive as gifts. SCREW THOSE, PALLADIO TINTED LIP BALM, FTW. Oh, did I mention how pigmented it is and that one will probably last me A VERY LONG TIME? I absolutely adore this product, hands down.

Blush -Physicians Formula - Mineral Wear Talc-Free - Nude Glow

I love Physicians Formula products, I really don't trust any other makeup...I wear very light makeup, because I want to keep my skin as cake-free and natural looking as possible. I've been looking for a good blush for a longggg time, researching over and over, reading countless reviews about numerous products. Overall, I was also concerned about the ingredients...I wanted it to be good for my skin, free from bad stuff like parabens, TALC, etc. I don't have a big budget for makeup (yet), and I absolutely don't use anything else except PF for my face. I use their foundation mineral wear, and I absolutely love it. It's actually the only thing I wear...I have to say that thanks to my parents I was blessed with rather problem-free skin, so I don't need to cake on so much concealer product. However, I needed a good blush, something to brighten up my face on those days that I would wake up and look utterly dull. I decided to just go ahead and buy the mineral wear talc-free blush (in radiant glow, actually). I got it off ebay for a rather good price, free shipping too! The minute I received it, I put it on. IT'S SUCH A WONDERFUL BLUSH, I LOOK LIKE I AM BLUSHING FROM THE INSIDE. No one will be able to tell that I am wearing blush. It's wonderful for my oily skin, and it has a considerable amount of staying power. As someone else commented on its pigmentation, I completely agree, it's not overly pigmented so you don't end up looking like a clown (unfortunately there are girls who look like cherries). You can't mess up with this product. It's as natural on your face as it can be. However, the sad thing is I didn't get it in the compact, but in the annoying packaging, you know with the brush inside and you have to flip it upside down...and yeah, I really don't like the packaging. But I can deal with it, because with just a little hassle, I can look so radiant and glowing, hence the name of the product. I LOVE PF!
