Toners -Unlisted Brand - Hydrogen Peroxide

listen up ladies! i was wasting time on pinterest (obviously) and I came across a pin that said use hydrogen peroxide to whiten your teeth. At first i was skeptical because hydrogen peroxide sounds scary but i did my research and its totally safe to rinse with. i purchased a small bottle of hydrogen peroxide for about 3 dollars. I have been using this once in the morning for about 10 days now, and I have honestly seen great results. It tastes slightly weird but no worse than crest white strips and my teeth are definitely whiter and brighter. Forget spending 50 dollars on strips! just buy some hydrogen peroxide. Im going to start rinsing twice a day to see if i get faster results!!! dont be scared, try it, youll love the results!

Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Biotin (All brands)

ive been reading a lot of pros and cons about biotin, but i recently just chopped off 8 inches of my hair and im sooo desperate for it to grow. At first i bought Formula HSN from GNC (hair, skin, nails) but they must of switched the formula and the biotin amount is very very low in that formula, so i just bought straight up biotin from GNC and have been taking 5 (500 mcg) a day. Not going to lie i was extremely hesitant about taking Biotin in the first place because of all the acne horror stories ive read but then i came across a tip, that you should be taking ZINC along with your Biotin to help control skin. I did a lot of research regarding Biotin alone, Zinc alone, Biotin and Zinc together. and Zinc actually is a supplement some derms recommend to their patients because it helps control acne so much. I take 50 mg of Zinc with 2500 mcg of Biotin, and so far no acne. I will keep updating though because i havent had any real results regarding hair or nail growth. But for everyone breaking out while on Biotin, try taking a zinc supplement too.

Brows -Unlisted Brand - castor oil
kushqueen 7/24/2012 5:22:00 PM
i went through a "oil-cleansing method" phase a few months ago, and i've dabbled in a couple of different oils but i've had the best results with argan oil for my face. As for hair, castor oil is incredible. I mix a drop or two in my palm and mix with my shampoo, it seals the cuticle and adds some shine. Ive also read a lot of benefits of castor oil regarding hair growth. Im not sure if this is proven or not, but it seemed to work for my brows. I started growing my brows out completely to reshape them about 4 months ago, and i think putting castor oil on them everynight has definitely contributed to the amount of growth ive gotten. Its so cheap, and so easy to find, i recommend you give it a shot. The consistency of castor oil is super thick so that is why i didnt like really "cleansing" with it. If it didnt help grow my eyebrows, it definitely conditioned them.

Skincare - Body -Unlisted Brand - Melvita - Argan Oil
kushqueen 7/24/2012 5:15:00 PM
I started using Argan oil about 2-3 months ago, and i dont think i'll ever stop. I have medium-dark skin, with a fairly oily t-zone, comfortable cheeks and a monthly breakout. My skin has improved with the use of argan oil, especially my acne scars. I have also found that argan oil has helped speed up the healing process after a breakout has occurred. I use argan oil on my cheeks after washing in the morning (i think it adds a healthy glow) and i use argan oil all over my face at night, usually in replacement of a serum. I know argan oil has helped my skin because i recently just ran out and my scars have been more noticeable, as well as a new scar is healing alot slower than before when i was using argan oil everyday. If you want to try argan oil, do not go and spend $50 on a bottle of Josie Maran. I bought a regular argan oil (no brand name) from ebay and have had amazing results. Argan oil is also great for your hair. I havent used it in shampoo yet (i use a drop of castor oil instead), but i do put a tiny drop in my palms and run it through the ends of my hair before styling.

BB Cream -Maybelline - Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB Cream
kushqueen 7/24/2012 5:04:00 PM
I really like this BB cream, granted this is the first BB cream i've ever tried. I have dark skin, so i bought the second darkest shade and it looks pretty good, i was actually really impressed with maybelline. I agree with other MUA members that the color out of the tube is a little off, but it blends really well and creates an even canvas on my skin. The SPF 30 is a great bonus too!
